Since the day the terrorist aggressors embarked on their current waterloo, the warmonger politicians across the palk strait have made several ludicrous attempts to undermine the determination and dedication of the President and our valiant soldiers to completely eradicate the terrorist menace from our soil. The first such attempt was drawing up of a unilateral plan to help the terrorists, by demoralising our gallant soldiers airing the idea that they have to be evacuated en-masse from the Jaffna peninsula in order to save their lives. This was the so-called humanitarian aid they were contemplating - to have a clean sweep of our valiant soldiers from the peninsula and allow the terrorists to move in to fill the vacuum. To fortify this vicious motive, the terrorists on their behalf even called for laying down of arms and surrender by our soldiers, to provide safe passage out of Jaffna. The propitious and prudent action taken by the President, without gulping their pill as the old fox did at the time of parippu invasion, to rush the much needed counter weaponry turned the tide to their grief. At the height of this drama, the fanatic Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu publicly proclaimed that he would be happy if his cherished Terrorist gang managed to form its so-called homeland, Eelam,(the dreamland) either through battle or through talks. Prior to this when the Elephant Pass camp was overran, he immediately rushed to New Delhi to caution the Indian Premier against any overt action to deffuse Sri Lanka's problem.

The latest reproachable move made by this dramatist is to opine the need to evolve a Czechoslovakian type separation in Sri Lanka. It is surprising to find how such an ignorant person is allowed to rule one of the populous States of India. Before uttering whimsical statements about other sovereign nations, he should at least take the trouble to find out the demography of that nation, as this type of foolhardy talks may be palatable to the ignorant masses in his State, but not to the erudite populace in Sri Lanka. This shows his utter lack of knowledge that over 52% of the Tamil population in Sri Lanka live amicably in peace and harmony along with the majority community outside the so-called dreamland he is endeavouring for his fascist clique to offer him in the North and East of Sri Lanka, and even in the Eastern Province Tamils constitute the minority community. His statement should be vehemently condemned by all, and he should be asked to mind his own business.
