Perera had taken a great effort to explain the rights of a sovereign nation to defend it's territory and people from ruthless terrorists. After reading this article I realize that the principles of sovereignty, right to defend, non-interference, and standard diplomatic protocols are not applicable to little brown people. Only a few western countries have the patent to apply these principles to further their own causes. I am glad that Mr. C.S.
