		<description>I am glad that Mr. C.S. Perera had taken a great effort to explain the rights of a sovereign nation to defend it&#039;s territory and people from ruthless terrorists. After reading this article I realize that the principles of sovereignty, right to defend,  non-interference, and standard diplomatic protocols are not applicable to little brown people. Only a few western countries have the patent to apply these principles to further their own causes.</description>
