Traitors committing a treacherous act

Traitors committing a treacherous act by implementing an illegal and  fraudulent agreement to please foreign masters    Ben Silva Justice and fair play should be for all Sri Lankans. We should attempt to make the Sri Lankan society, inclusive rather than create tribal areas and promote racism. The 13th amendment creates tribal areas and promote tribalism. All Sri Lankans, irrespective of ethnicity or social status should have basic human rights and equal opportunities. A home grown solution is required that will safeguard the interests of all citizens. Large section of the Sinhaese are neglected and do not even have  basic human rights. For example, thousands die in NCP due consumption of water contaminated with toxins.  They do not even have the food and shelter that IDPs have.. No one seems to care! And no one seems to fight for their rights.  It is rather sad, if Sinhalese themselves promote Tamil empire building, the very Tamils that caused destruction in Sri Lanka for the past 35 years, the very Tamils that destroyed our irrigation system, due to their own stupidity, by implementing the 13th amendment sponsored by foreign powers. Those foreign powers that support the 13th amendment should be informed of our history and the damage caused to Sri Lanka by Tamils in the past as well as during the past 30 years. The root cause of violence and breach of peace in Sri Lanka could be attributed to:

1.      Extreme racism and tribalism by a few Tamils.

2.      Favouritism shown to Tamils by imperialists, giving them a privileged position.

3.      Favouritism shown to Tamils by Western Countries that gave residency to a large number of bogus refugees, that funded the terror war in Sri Lanka . This favouritism has caused a massive imbalance in economic  and political  power in favour of Tamils. Bogus refugee status was achieved by lies, deception and fraud.

4.      Existence of  mono ethnic Tamil areas, where  non Tamils were ejected by force.

5.      Support provided to Tamil terrorists  by India and Tamil Nadu Tamils. India trained, armed and supported the terrorists.

6.      Weakness of Sri Lanka ‘s security forces and  spineless  Politicians

7.      Weakness of the Sinhala peasants in terms of economic  power and political voice.

8.      Wealth gap between the rich and the poor irrespective of the ethnicity.

9.      India and Tamil Nadu forming  a  war material supply chain to Tamil terrorists.

10.  Power and wealth of overseas Tamils and bogus refugees.  In all Eelam wars,   items 3, 4, 5,6,7  and 10   given above  were significant. As funding  of all Ealam wars came  from overseas Tamils, giving Tamils control over significant part of Sri Lanka , becomes extremely dangerous to non Tamils in Sri Lanka . If the items given above could be the reasons for violence in Sri Lanka , how can implementation of the 13th amendment  reduce the violence ? In fact it would give a platform for racist Tamils to increase the violence,  Many may  hope the Sinhalese to wake up and stop being a “ƒ”¹…”Modaya’. By all means include Tamils in the decision making process of the Government, without facilitating the extension of Tamil Nadu. In view of the controversial nature of the 13th amendment, it should only be implemented after a referendum and after the public has been informed of the potential hazards. Mobilisation of the masses, to prevent the implementation of   the unjust, unfair, immoral, illegal  and fraudulent 13th amendment is needed. Please pass on the message to politicians and decision makers in Sri Lanka and of course to the masses. I hope the arse lickers of the President stop licking the arse and do some real work, like stopping the 13th amendment. If there are Tamil grievances, then they have to be identified and resolved rather than facilitate the extension of Tamil Nadu. Wake up Sinhalese and Muslims from your deep slumber and do not allow the selling of your only mother land, as you will have no where to go! Remember the smashing of the heads of Sinhala babies and removing the guts of Sinhala women, chasing out the Policeman and the film producer beaten unconscious. This would be the taste of the future ,  if  the 13th amendment is implemented.. Rather than attempt race based solutions, attempts to address item 8 given above would have been better. JVP rebellions and LTTE rebellions indicate that there is injustice in the Sri Lankan society, and merely helping Tamils is extremely unjust and unfair. There is a danger that  implementing the 13th amendment will actually promote racial tensions as it actually creates areas  mini Eelams  based on ethnicity. It appears that the 13th amendment does not deal with any of the root causes given above. In fact tribalism promoted by the 13th amendment would increase the chance of violence  in Sri Lanka , as it is inherently unfair by  giving a minority, the control of majority of the coastline. Any implementation of the 13th amendment would lead to Elam through the back door and lead to the eventual decline of the Sinhalese in Sri Lanka .  If the 13th amendment is implemented, all the sacrifices  made  by the masses and the security forces in the country to preserve the unitary nature  will be wasted. Many would feel that implementation of the 13th amendment is an insult to those who lost their life and those that spent their time and money defending Sri Lanka .  This key message has to be passed on to the President and the Politicians. It should be investigated, if the present group of politicians in power are more treacherous traitors than those that  handed power to the British in  1815. When we should integrate all ethnic groups for a harmonious living in Sri Lanka, the group of traitors appear to hand over power to racists, just to keep in power,  after the massive sacrifice made by many, to eject the terrorist racists. Patriots should remove their blind folds and see who these traitors are. It is time we start questioning the wisdom of the politicians and hopefully save the nation from  going to extinction. It is rather sad that the present group of politicians do not do justice to the majority, who are too weak even to fight back.

Already the Sinhalese have lost the North, the East, the Central part of Sri Lanka and the Capital itself. It is time that this serious decline is arrested. It has to be mentioned that in the past the whole of Sri Lanka was the home area of the Sinhalese.

We have to remember that  million-strong Sri Lankan Tamil diaspora organised large-scale meetings  showing support for the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. Funding, arms procurement and advocacy by Tamils in North America, Europe and Australasia played an important role in the island’s ethnic conflict. These groups that funded the Ealam war are still intact and if legitimate power is given to racist Tamils, it would only spell disaster.

In view of threats from persons such as Vaiko, claiming Prabkaran to be alive ref: http://www.newkerala.com/nkfullnews-1-73570.html, and his aim of forming Ealam, it would e deadly to Sri Lanka to allow a pseudo Ealam by means of the 13th amendment , setting the stage for the real Ealam to be formed. Whilst it is essential to get            all  citizen  involved in running of the country, it is deadly to devolve power   to ethnic groups that has links with foreign groups.  International community ought to be informed of the threats to Sri Lanka , from Global Tamils.

Police and land powers are a handle which may lead to separation, thus playing into the hands of the separatists. The need of the hour is a strong centre with district and urban councils, modelled after a country like Singapore Ack:  Ivor Samarasigne

With reference to ,  Daily Mirror,SL,11-07-09, “ƒ”¹…”The LTTE’s international network is in place despite the defeat of its military wing in Sri Lanka .. Leading members of this network have publicly vowed to carry on with their campaign to destabilise and dismember Sri Lanka in order to carve out a country for the Tamil people. This network is notorious for its use of illegal activities such as drug  smuggling, human smuggling, and credit card fraud amongst a host of other crimes to raise funds for its separatist campaign.’ If power is devolved, the International Tamil group will have the land and the funds to carry out their illegal activities and destroy Lanka.

In my view, the whole of Sri Lanka should be for all its citizens and should not be carved out on the basis of ethnicity. We should work towards integration, social justice for all and not towards division based on ethnicity.

Media reports indicate that LTTE agents have infiltrated IDP camps. It is possible, if power is devolved in the North and the East, for racists and LTTE agents to get into power. Once in power, racists can do much damage to Sri Lanka . It is utterly stupid to devolve power, without carrying out a risk assessment  and an impact assessment. It is even equally stupid to devolve power, just to keep a promise. It is utterly stupid to ignore the impact of Tamil Nadu and the impact of Global Tamils on devolved areas.

It is time for the Sinhalese to wake up and make their voice heard.

In view of the serious threats made to Sri Lanka by Tamil Nadu politicians such as Karunanidhi and  Jayalalitha, any provision to extend Tamil Nadu, by means of  race based devolution would be a step to extend Tamil Nadu. Mistakes by JR and RW caused unnecessary deaths of thousands. Any mistake by MR to devolve power based on race would cause irreversible damage to the Sinhalese and should not e carried out without adequate research on the impact  and without a referendum.

I have given below a comment by  PRIYAN WIJEYERATNE .
‘Tamils are extremely anxious on carrying out their own affairs and to achieve this they will do anything and everything in the North and East by force or any other means. If we and our politicians including our Presidenet and the family have not yet realised this then we are Sinhalese and the Sri Lankan Family are heading for a slow but real extinction. Tamils say that they are disadvantaged but it is hard to estimate its extent as there are very many poor peasants of Sinhalese origin who are living much below poverty levels by any standard. Tamils since independence were planning to separate and its in their flesh and blood and more seriously in their culture. Rich Tamils will continue to buy out the best real estate of anywhere in Sri Lanka at a pace the poor Sri Lankans can not even think of. With all this on to Tamils’ advantage if you provide them with a legitimate means of separation like power devolution they would only laugh at us and say “Sinhalaya modaya kaun kanna Yodaya”. So pl”¦..ease, pl”¦..ease, pl”¦..ease, say no to devolution. What we need is “equal rights and opportunity” legislation and speedy development of North and East.’

It is rather sad that the poor Sinhalese peasants, who are at the bottom of the social ladder have no voice and may end up being second class citizens in their own home country, just like the poor Bolivians.

It is important that the Sinhalese wake up before disaster strikes.Any changes to the political structure of Sri Lanka that has the potential  to wipe out the Sinhalese, should only done after a referendum. There is a need to integrate various ethnic groups and make the society inclusive rather than create division by using tools such as the 13th amendment.

I would appeal to the President not to give in to the   wishes of the enemies of the Sri Lanka , and devolve power on the basis of  ethnicity.. I would also appeal to MPs  to take steps so that the irreversible disaster of devolving power on the basis of race does not take place. Politicians in Sri Lanka should not be so naƒÆ’†’¯ve as to allow the formation of Elam through the back door. The demand by world Tamils for a separate country  must not be ignored.  There is an entity called the world federation of Tamils, with considerable finance  and power, which fight for a Tamil country with a UN seat. This is not an organization limited to Sri Lankan expat Tamils.  With remnants of Prabakaran’s 30 year-old world net work rising to raise its head again those Tamils in Colombo Sri Lanka will work with outside forces to take group right to its logical conclusion of a Tamil country. Therefore, 13-A which is official recognition of a Tamil traditional homeland in North and East is made attractive to world Tamils and would be deadly to Sri Lanka . The following is an extract from  Fuel and fire: A Tamil homeland backed by 13-A C. Wijeyawickrema “ƒ”¹…”The link between Tamil separatism in Tamil Nadu and Tamil separatists in Colombo will always be there. Tamil Nadu politicians will always find some topic to stir the racial pot if the spatial unit created was based on language. It can be water allocation in times of drought or discrimination in allowing dealing with foreign investors or the Kachchativu Island or illegal fishing.  If 13-A set up is continued there will come a time that even a loud fart would become an issue for conflict because in Tamil Nadu there will always be politicians waiting to catch it. Nedumaran still believes that Prabakarna is not dead! These are perennial issues in the Indian devolution system today. There are demands to create two more states out of the present Tamil Nadu, making it three states.’ It is time for the Sinhalese to wake up before their only homeland disappear.
