We should attempt to make the Sri Lankan society, inclusive rather than create tribal areas and promote racism. The 13^th amendment creates tribal areas and promote tribalism. All Sri Lankans, irrespective of ethnicity or social status should have basic human rights and equal opportunities. A home grown solution is required that will safeguard the interests of all citizens. Large section of the Sinhaese are neglected and do not even haveƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  basic human rights. For example, thousands die in NCP due consumption of water contaminated with toxins.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  They do not even have the food and shelter that IDPs have.. No one seems to care! And no one seems to fight for their rights. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is rather sad, if Sinhalese themselves promote Tamil empire building, the very Tamils that caused destruction in Sri Lanka for the past 35 years, the very Tamils that destroyed our irrigation system, due to their own stupidity, by implementing the 13^th amendment sponsored by foreign powers. Those foreign powers that support the 13th amendment should be informed of our history and the damage caused to Sri Lanka by Tamils in the past as well as during the past 30 years. The root cause of violence and breach of peace in Sri Lanka could be attributed to:

3.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Favouritism shown to Tamils by Western Countries that gave residency to a large number of bogus refugees, that funded the terror war in Sri Lanka . This favouritism has caused a massive imbalance in economicƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and political ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ power in favour of Tamils. Bogus refugee status was achieved by lies, deception and fraud.

By all means include Tamils in the decision making process of the Government, without facilitating the extension of Tamil Nadu. In view of the controversial nature of the 13th amendment, it should only be implemented after a referendum and after the public has been informed of the potential hazards. Mobilisation of the masses, to prevent the implementation of ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the unjust, unfair, immoral, illegalƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and fraudulent 13^th amendment is needed. Please pass on the message to politicians and decision makers in Sri Lanka and of course to the masses. I hope the arse lickers of the President stop licking the arse and do some real work, like stopping the 13^th amendment. If there are Tamil grievances, then they have to be identified and resolved rather than facilitate the extension of Tamil Nadu. Wake up Sinhalese and Muslims from your deep slumber and do not allow the selling of your only mother land, as you will have no where to go! Remember the smashing of the heads of Sinhala babies and removing the guts of Sinhala women, chasing out the Policeman and the film producer beaten unconscious. Rather than attempt race based solutions, attempts to address item 8 given above would have been better. JVP rebellions and LTTE rebellions indicate that there is injustice in the Sri Lankan society, and merely helping Tamils is extremely unjust and unfair. There is a danger thatƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  implementing the 13^th amendment will actually promote racial tensions as it actually creates areasƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  mini Eelams ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ based on ethnicity. It appears that the 13^th amendment does not deal with any of the root causes given above. In fact tribalism promoted by the 13^th amendment would increase the chance of violenceƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  in Sri Lanka , as it is inherently unfair byƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  giving a minority, the control of majority of the coastline. Any implementation of the 13^th amendment would lead to Elam through the back door and lead to the eventual decline of the Sinhalese in Sri Lanka . ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ If the 13th amendment is implemented, all the sacrificesƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  made ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ by the masses and the security forces in the country to preserve the unitary natureƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  will be wasted. Many would feel that implementation of the 13th amendment is an insult to those who lost their life and those that spent their time and money defending Sri Lanka .ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  This key message has to be passed on to the President and the Politicians. It should be investigated, if the present group of politicians in power are more treacherous traitors than those that ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ handed power to the British inƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  1815. When we should integrate all ethnic groups for a harmonious living in Sri Lanka, the group of traitors appear to hand over power to racists, just to keep in power, ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ after the massive sacrifice made by many, to eject the terrorist racists. Patriots should remove their blind folds and see who these traitors are. It is time we start questioning the wisdom of the politicians and hopefully save the nation fromƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  going to extinction. It is rather sad that the present group of politicians do not do justice to the majority, who are too weak even to fight back.

Already the Sinhalese have lost the North, the East, the Central part of Sri Lanka and the Capital itself. It is time that this serious decline is arrested. It has to be mentioned that in the past the whole of Sri Lanka was the home area of the Sinhalese.

Funding, arms procurement and advocacy by Tamils in North America, Europe and Australasia played an important role in the island’s ethnic conflict. These groups that funded the Ealam war are still intact and if legitimate power is given to racist Tamils, it would only spell disaster.

Media reports indicate that LTTE agents have infiltrated IDP camps. It is possible, if power is devolved in the North and the East, for racists and LTTE agents to get into power. Once in power, racists can do much damage to Sri Lanka . It is utterly stupid to devolve power, without carrying out a risk assessmentƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and an impact assessment. It is even equally stupid to devolve power, just to keep a promise. It is utterly stupid to ignore the impact of Tamil Nadu and the impact of Global Tamils on devolved areas.

It is time for the Sinhalese to wake up and make their voice heard.

In view of the serious threats made to Sri Lanka by Tamil Nadu politicians such as Karunanidhi andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Jayalalitha, any provision to extend Tamil Nadu, by means ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  race based devolution would be a step to extend Tamil Nadu. Mistakes by JR and RW caused unnecessary deaths of thousands. Any mistake by MR to devolve power based on race would cause irreversible damage to the Sinhalese and should not e carried out without adequate research on the impactƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and without a referendum.
