I Did Not Have Sex With That Woman – Bill Clinton , “THIS TIME!” NO RAPE AS SRI LANKA POLICY – Hillary Clinton

“ƒ”¹…”Remember, how Bill Clinton told the world that he “did not have sex with Monica Lewinsky.” After having oral sex in the Oval Office with Lewinsky “¦ According to Bill Clinton’s lexicon sex is confined to genital contact and not oral stuffing.

Knowing the mendacious tendencies of this duo one has to leave a wide margin to statements made by the Clintons, especially when they blacken the image of others.’ [H.L.D.Mahindapala].

After having told the UN Security Council that Sri Lanka used rape as a tool of war, now according to Clinton’s spokesperson Melanne Verveer, what Hillary Clinton meant was:

in the most recent phase of the conflict, from 2006 to 2009 … we have not    received reports that rape and sexual abuse were used as tools of war, as they clearly have in other conflict areas around the world.”

Meaning:

In the periods prior to 2006 we have reports of rape and sexual abuse used as tools of war in Sri Lanka.

THIS IS WHAT SRI LANKA IS SAYING

A report in Colombo Page Oct 05, referring to the above statement by the US state department states:

Sri Lanka’s Minister of Disaster Management and Human Rights Mahinda Samarasinghe today welcomed the clarification made by the U.S. State Department over the U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton’s remarks that Sri Lanka is culpable of using rape as a weapon of war.

With all due respects to the minister, “Welcome the clarification” “”…” ABSURD!

If the Honorable Minister’s statement is for local political consumption, that would be a different matter.  But if it is, in fact, our government’s way of  accepting of an apology or a retraction by Hillary Clinton, the good minister must think again, because that is not what the State Department statement is saying.

Curiously, it appears as if the minister is attempting to save face, where none is due. The minister appears to be bending-over-backwards to save face for Hillary Clinton, while Hillary Clinton is fiddling for the LTTE-USA “”…” that should be left to Melanne Verveer, or Ambassador Patricia Butenis.

Clearly, that statement from the State Department is far from an apology or a retraction for Clinton’s “vulgar” accusation to demonize Sri Lanka.  It is a cover up to sooth  State Department’s client, the Terrorist LTTE-USA.

 As H.L.D. Mahindapala says:

Knowing the mendacious tendencies of this duo [Hillary & Bill Clinton] one has to leave a wide margin to statements made by the Clintons, especially when they blacken the image of others [Mahindapala].

Between the lines, what Melanne Verveer of the US State Department is saying is simply, Sri Lanka:

“This time around”, has not used rape as a tool of war. But, however, “Sri Lanka has used rape as a tool of war, in the period before 2006″.

The lesson here is, just like in the CH-4 case the damage is done to mar the image of Sri Lanka once these allegations are made.  These activities are not “mistakes” or “gaffs” as some seem to think; these are deliberate tactics.  Take for example, in a court of law, in the US, it is common practice by lawyers to make deliberately outrageous statements not permissible in court, aimed at prejudicing the jury.  But sure enough, the judge “strikes those remarks” off from the record as inadmissible; but the point is, the jury hears the statement and once mentally registered, it is nonsense to “strike it from the record” as inadmissible.  This abuser of the law, the lawyer who intentionally prejudiced the jury, goes unpunished.  The abuse is intentional, but there is no punishment to this deliberate abuse.

That tactic is the same in the court of world opinion, when it is perpetrated by the high profile rich and powerful against poor nations.  There is no punishment for the perpetrators of crime when the perpetrator is the high profile, rich and powerful – forget the UNO and the International Courts “”…” “blacks and poor need not apply”!

It is the same principle/tactic that’s in play in the current smear campaign against Sri Lanka; once publicized worldwide the damage is done in the minds of the world jury. Besides, each episode, each accusation, however false adds up against us.  Therefore, we must not assume that once we respond to these allegations, or even if it is retracted later by the accusers, that the world jury will forget or “strike it from the record” and be forgotten.  On the contrary, these charges have a cumulative effect in the mind of the international community.

Further, Sri Lanka’s situation is all the more serious because of our own traitorous politicians and the local “Experts” in foreign pockets (in the West they are labeled as “Spies” “Foreign Agents” “Cults” and “Communists” and usually jailed for “tax evasion” if nothing else!).

So we must not let the world forget this abuse of the big bullies, be it “CH-4 executions”, “War Crimes”, “Genocide”, “IMF loan”, or “Rape as a tool of war”

BULLY TACTICS TO SAVE THE TERRORISTS

Remember Hillary Clinton’s threat with regard to the IMF loan, to save the terrorist Prabakaran?  She in fact together with the Europeans tried their best to block the IMF loan.  There too, Clinton publicly stated that she would block the IMF loan.

“We have also raised questions about the IMF loan at this time. We think that it is not an appropriate time to consider that [loan] until there is a resolution of the conflict,” “”…” Clinton, AFP, May 14, 2009

But after having failed to block the IMF loan, (USA, UK, France and Germany opposed the loan) Mr. James Moore, chargƒÆ’†’© d’ affaires of the U.S. Embassy, later stated that:

“The U.S. government has on no occasion, either publicly or privately, threatened to block the IMF loan to Sri Lanka on political grounds”.

In Mahindapala’s words “Knowing the mendacious tendencies of “¦” Secretary Clinton, Sri Lanka should not expect this to be the end of the Big Bully tactics of US foreign policy.  President Obama’s “softly, softly” attitude cannot and will not work when it comes to U S foreign policy with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by his side.

Our appeal to minister Mahinda Samarasinghe:

  • There’s more coming!  So don’t try to bury this.  Like the CH-4, and the IMF loan keep this too on the front burner.
  • Cry “bloody murder”!

PS

[The FBI once reported that LTTE operatives were charged for “attempting” to bribe US State Department officials; one wonders if the FBI got it right!]

As a contemporary phrase has it, ‘let’s get real’. Hilary Clinton got in wrong and everyone knows it. But you cannot realistically expect an abject climb down from the US, unreservedly admitting they got it wrong. All we can expect to get is what we have got – some face saving jugglery with words. That is how these things happen. . There are no more points to prove, and continuing to dwell on this thing will be of no use. So, let’s now put this whole episode behind us and move on

At least we Sri Lankans wan to know what made her say this. May be she has all false reports. Otherwise the ealamist will highlight this in the future as proven fact. The ealamist get hold of a dumb, currupt, broke western politician, give them lot of money, feed them tons of lies and get them to make a statement and use that statement to fool another ediot. It goes on and on.

THe Blind men described the elephant: This is a hilarious story about Hilary Clinton who support a man who goes around the world and speak about promoting sex.The Tamil Tiger movement were using the Clinton family for their political properganda for a long time. This lady should be ashamed to speak about sexual abuser because she has failed to bring justice for many women who were sexually asaulted by her husband.I read one story about a black woman who was not only sexually assaukted but also biten by this anima on her lipsl who roams as a preacher. At the end of his sexual assaukt he has advised that woman to apply ice on her sore lips.
Srxual asauklt on women and male prisonars happens everywhere around the world from time to time.It could happen anywhere because humans are humans. We have read and reread the horrible sexual assaukts of the American soldieers in Vietnam, Korea and Phillipines.Recently an American sailor was prisoned in the court yards of the American embassy in phillipines.
Of course there are many men in the Sri lankan Armed forces who have misconducted and was punished too.We are not here to use these type of sily alecations of sexual abuse of a nation which was crippled
by terrorism, drug , viollence and murder and also robberies.WE are very proud of our soldiers. If someone misconduct of course we ill deal with them.We comes from a cultured civilizations. Those who try to poit their finger should point the finger at themselves about how genuine they are.
We are talikg about a race who sexually asauked my wife six times and sold her for sex for 20, 000 dolars here in the land name canada. This tamil race from Sri lanka should be exterminated around the world. My heart is still bleeding from the horrors this race cabn make .Hey world wake up.
