Let us see whether this goes in. Firstly, which made you to be so convinced of this arms deal ? The letter head of so called British Borneo was made in Sri Lanka. The address of the same is a house in Queensland and the company is "just a registered name". I am sure this deal is a mudslinging effort by Tamils, government does not bother to stop it. Didn’t you have sense to read the heading “innocent civilians” in proper perspective ? Fonseka ( he is not a Catholic as you predicted) is in anyway not assumed to be 100% clean by any Sri Lankan. So is the President. So is your idol LKY of Singapore and Mahathir of Mayasia. These people are not expected to live modest lives by any standards. Publishing their family photos is common way of classical politics in Sri Lanka. Remember minister Banda’s photo while eating “ham bacon” was published in “Eththa” ( now Lanka Truth) pathhare ? Fonseka and Rajapakse used each other. That is all. But something good happened to the whole world because of this alliance together with our other heroes. The irony is we are divided as you correctly mentioned and cleverly predicted. As the Sri Lankans cannot afford to feed another family tree, it is best that they stick to Rajapakse, at least for this time. But remember, all are thieves and we vote for the better one!
