OPEN LETTER TO UNO GENERAL SECRETARY BANKY MOON -UNO MUST BE FAIR AND RESPONSIBLE
Posted on December 22nd, 2009

BY STANLEY PERERA FROM MELBOURNE

UNO representative in Colombo. Please ensure that this open letter is delivered to General Secretary Banky Moon.

Dear Sir,

The UNO is calling for an explanation from Sri Lanka on a statement made by the retired army commander Sarath Fonseka regarding the killing of three hard core Tamil Tiger LTTE Terrorists leaders. THREE HARD CORE TAMIL TIGER TERRORIST LEADERS who are responsible in killing 75,000 innocent and unarmed civilians.

The UNO is acting on hear say news broadcast by a news media. There is no complaint made by any single individual. Hence UNO is running on wild goose chase. Sarath Fonseka is categorically denying of killing three hard core Tamil Tiger Terrorists who surrendered with white flags. There are no witnesses to the killing. Sarath Fonseka says ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-how can you see white flags in the pitch darkƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚? Therefore this call for an explanation must cease forthwith. UNO to act on some flimsy grounds is irresponsible unless and otherwise there is some powerful people in the UNO wanting to take revenge from Sri Lanka for annihilating the Terrorist LTTE who had been feeding numerous people in the organisation. Where are the dead bodies? Where are the people who killed the three Terrorists? Where are the weapons that killed the Terrorists? Who identified those three Terrorists? Without any answer to those questions there is no case to answer. So UNO must shut its face.

UNO MUST BE FAIR AND REASONABLE

Now that UNO has taken action on a non-existing war crime of killing THREE HARDCORE TAMIL TIGER TERRORIST LEADERS, I want the UNO to be fair and reasonable in taking serious action against my complaints:

1. Retired President Chandrika Kumaranatunga openly accused opposition leader Ranil Wickremasinghe of killing hundreds of unarmed civilians in a place called BATALANDA. Retired President also appointed a presidential commission to investigate into the killing of hundreds of unarmed innocent civilians. Please note they were unarmed innocent civilians who were not terrorists or murderers. The number is not THREE that is HUNDREDS in retired PresidentƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s words.

UNO must direct the Chief Prosecutor in the Haigh to commence proceedings against Mr.Ranil Wickremasinghe and supened the retired President Chandrika Kumaranatunge as the Crown Witness.

2. Retired army commander Sarath Fonseka while he was the commander of the army, Sinha Regiment camp in Trincomalee, thousands of unarmed innocent civilians in the Trincomalee district who were JVP sympathisers were killed. The incident took place during the period of 1987-1989. UNO must direct the Chief prosecutor in the Haigh to indict Sarath Silva for the mass murder of un-armed innocent civilians. These un-armed,innocent civilians were not TERRORISTS or MURDERERS. Chief Prosecutor must supened the then second in command of JVP Jayantha …… as the crown witness who accused Fonseka of the mass murder.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ If none of those complaints is actioned by the UNO, Sri Lanka is not obliged to respond to the UNO call for the explanation. When Izrael, Iran, Libiya, Siriya,Russia, Mianmar, China, Sudan and North Korea do not take UNO serious Sri Lanka has no reason to respond to UNO. UNO has proved that it has no teeth and a defunked organisation with its corruption up to the brink. UNO corrupt ambassadors are determined to take the revenge from Sri Lanka for wiping out the Tamil Tiger Terrorists organisation that have been very lavish in the donations. Under these circumstances Sri Lanka is not obliged to respond the UNO. In the worst case scenario or if Sri Lanka feels that it must respond all he can say is that UNO is unreasonable, unfair and unnecessarily bothering its member country.

Thanking You.

Yours faithfully,

Stanley Perera.

Melbourne, Australia.
