As an ordinary citizen who has no voting rights in Sri Lanka, I urge all Sri Lankans to leave alone your party politics and cast your vote from your heart to prosper and to save our beautiful motherland.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ We suffered enough for the past 30 years, and our kids need a bright future. I have enormous respect for both MR and SF but I personally believe this is not the right time to change for economic prosperity. We have won the war because our war heroƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s and collective effort from all armed forces. We have a leader with a backbone who stood against Western powers. They wanted to stop the war, and were trying their utmost best to give breathing space for LTTE thugs in Sri Lanka. After the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq see what they have done to them. Do you think some Western countries value human life? No they are still hungry for oil. We need a leader who loved the country not a person who used abusive language in public, and wanted power to get revenge from other people. If people think that current government is corrupt by voting for Sarath Fonseka will not bring wealth to our country. Money is material but our innocent people lives are far more important because you cannot go back and allow LTTE proxies (TNA), and LTTE sympathisers to raise head one more time. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ We owe to our war heroƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s and to their families for destroying our enemy.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ I would like to ask the following from our beloved parents who have young kids in our Schools. How many times their school terms were disrupted for the past 30 years? How many parents waited whole day in front of the school for their children because they were feared for their safety? Can you remember the days you were waiting for your parents, husband, wife, son or daughter not knowing whether they will return safely? How many Tamil kids were abducted after May 2009? After the war so many people visited Sri Lanka, and some people visited places they thought they were not able to visit in their life time. All this happen because we had a good leadership and discipline armed forces (Army, Navy, and Air force & Police) in our country. Hope our people are not self-centred to forget the past issues after 8 months of defeating the most ruthless thugs in the world.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ On 26^th morning cast your vote for the right person, and do not waste your vote because every vote is valuable for our future success. May God Bless our tiny nation from Western Evils, and hope you all elect the right leader for our future generation. Last but not least this is not a time to take revenge, this is the time to unite and work as a team to develop the country.
