The Nation of Sri lLnka has once again prevailed over her political enemies and harbingers of evil as the voices of her people have spoken at the ballot!

The truth has never been more apparent by the mood and mind of the masses who once again have not been fooled by the lies and false rhetoric of the power hungry opposition which even at this very moment are a disgruntled and disoriented lot looking over their shoulders, perhaps shaking in their shoes while also screaming foul (towards their own comfort ) when most of the world is aware that this was a fair and well conducted election in the opinion of many external monitors and the people on site locally who orchestrated proceedings within all the guidelines of democracy and the requirements of the Election Act and did their job equitably to the task!

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ While this is a time for celebration and jubilation that the victory at the polls is also an extension of the victory over terrorism by the Nation of Sri Lanka for her charismatic as well as astute leader and his forceful team of administrators it is also a time to reflect upon the needs of the Nation, to lay aside differences between opponents and unite towards the future where there is no time nor place for petty bickerings and lopsided idealogies as the priorities surrounding the needs of the people of Sri Lanka cry out for restitution after decades of suffering and pain inflicted by her enemies, some of whom were also visible in the opposition camps through sheer self motivated mentality and their greed for power which they hardly deserved albeit coming a cropper due to the collective will of the people of Sri Lanka whose own vision has been sharpened by that of its visionary leader!

It is also perhaps a time to downsize the cabinet, restrict wayward spending by irresponsible politicians who seem to think that being elected to public office is Carte Blanche towards pocketing the taxpayers money and government revenue and need to be reprimanded at every turn of indiscretion to put it mildly and a time to negotiate with the greater world powers towards development and creating opportunities for the unemployed masses who nevertheless have shown their faith towards re-electing their much revered President!

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ While the viles and mendacities of the perpetrators of anti -Government sentiment have been widespread and painfully obvious and perhaps deserving of justice and punitive action, they are in all wisdom, options which need to be by-passed in the best interests of the Nation, her people and the manner in which the world would view Sri Lanka and her charismatic leader as a compassionate and forgiving one.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ This is a victory which by far surpasses all political victories of the past as it has laid to rest many doubts in those who doubted the capabilities of the President and portrayed him as” inconsistent and incapable” where the realities are quite to the contrary and is veritably the best Sri Lankan leader ever in how he has conducted his administrative operations with skill, dexterity and sensitivity towards the needs of the Nation and shows no retaliatory anger towards his enemies~ a sign of wisdom and greatness by virtue of which the Nation of Sri Lanka will surely be blessed and permitted the guidance to continue towards great progress as his new term continues.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ To his oppressors it may be said,” your efforts to bring down a great National Leader has failed and it is hoped you will relent your efforts and cast your lot with the present administration towards Nation rebuilding and addressing the needs of all Sri Lankans or else give up your political direction and head for greener Oklahomian pastures with your team of puerile consorts of bifurcated political dispensation!”

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ May the blessings of all religions and particularly that of the Triple Gem be with you dear Mr President and may your efforts towards re-building Sri Lanka into greater prominence than before and refurbishing her past beauty be very successful and grandiose as her people rejoice in the victory you have indisputably, very deservingly and overwhelmingly acheived!
