Oooooo, lady, just read the TIME on WORLD article, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”REPORT: The Sins of Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Great War VictoryƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢, of Wednesday May 19, 2010, by-lined Jyoti Thottam and Amantha Perera, which said, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-The International Crisis Group, and international human rights group based in Brussels, released an alarming report on Tuesday, timed to coincide with the first anniversary of the end of Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s war.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The report, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-War Crimes in Sri Lanka,ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ calls for an international inquiry into violations by Sri Lankan security forces, describing several incidents in which civilian targets, including hospitals and humanitarian aid shelters, were shelled.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  UmmmmmƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦.nastyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦nasty.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The Government of Sri Lanka has come back saying that all this is damn poppycock.

It looks like you have not cut your ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ finger nails for a while and they have now grown out to be claws to make it easy to go after Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s President Mahinda Rajapaksa and his administration and draw blood out of them.

What stood out early in that article was the fact that you released the said ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”alarming reportƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ on Tuesday to coincide the first anniversary of the end of Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s war.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  So it was a deliberate and a mischievous act of a nasty nature of vindictive theatrics. UmmmƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦.I donƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t like it.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  It certainly paints you as a heartless brute of a woman who sings for your ICG paymasters who provide you with the plate of egg and bacon and a bowl of Kellogg cereal at each breakfast.

I understand your anger with the President of Sri Lanka who refused you to place a posting of a Human Rights office in Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  So boo to you ladyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦you sneak after Rajapaksa like a cobra in the grass to spit your venom at him to bring him down on his knees.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  NastyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦.nasty!ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Mind you, Louise,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Sri Lankans do know how to deal with vipers.

Now, you being a lawyer and taken up playing War Games rather than the gentle ladies game of cricket with Sri Lanka, lets have an honest shoot out between your ICG and the Sri Lankan Government.

What Sri Lanka did was to wipe out the Tamil Tigers on May 18, 2009 militarily. According to the UN the Tamil Tigers were the most ruthless terrorist outfit in the world, which perfected the suicide jacket for human bombs which is now being used around the world by other terrorists in copy cat massacres.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  That has got the international bullies like you, Navi Pillay, Ban ki-Moon, David Milliband, Robert Blake, Gareth Evans, Radhika Coomaraswamy, Brad Adams, Chris Patten, Bernard Kouchner and Channel 4 smarting, as if you all have swallowed some JalapeƒÆ’†’ƒ”š‚±o chilli peppers.

This Eelam War could have ended differently, if only Prabhakaran had surrendered when requested by PresidentƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Mahinda Rajapaksa and to let his people go, when he knew that he had no where to go other than get buried waist deep in muddy waters of the Nandikadal lagoon. And beyond that was the sea where he would have drowned taking with him 300,000 Tamils that he kept as the human shield and drowning them too. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ This idiot was stubborn and did not want to surrender.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  His police chief, another God damn idiot, and later the Tamil Tiger political wing leader Nadesan said, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-We will never surrender.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  So Louise it was Prabhakaran who was the architect of his and his senior army commanders destinies as well as some of the innocent Tamil victims at the latter days of the war.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Prabhakaran and his senior commanders were too cowardly to bite the necklace cyanide-capsule that they expected all their minions to bite when they were about to be captured. So they died with bullet wounds during their arrogant battle thinking they could still win the war and their separate ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ state, Eelam or perhaps that their Mother India or theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  supporting Western nations would come and save them. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Ney!ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  What a bunch of stupid fools.

Sri Lanka shouldnƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t be penalized for giving back to the civilized world a life without the most ruthless terrorist group, the Tamil Tigers who taught the other international terrorists how to kill with human bombs. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ So whatƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s your problem ICG?

Louise, you are an intelligent woman with a legal mind, and letƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s be serious about this Eelam War in which the Sri Lankan Armed Forces did the Tamil Tigers in and buried them under a foot of kabook soil after they created mayhem for 27 long years, killing, massacring thousands of innocent civilians, snuffed out two heads of states, Rajiv Gandhi of India and Ranasinghe Premadasa of Sri Lanka, and abducted and recruited over 5,300 children under the age of 14 to train them to be their Baby Brigade to be sent to the font line to fight an adult war only to be mowed down like tender flowers in the poppy fields of Kandahar.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  And specially the young girls were also trained to be suicide bombers.

This whole issue that you have taken upon yourself hoping to teach Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s President Mahinda Rajapaksa a lesson ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  white-colonial bully power, should be based on the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Cosmic Law of Cause and EffectƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 

Let us be reasonable. This war would not have happened if not for someone instructing the bare footed Tamil Tiger guerrillas who couldnƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t shoot straight prior to July 1983, and did not know-how to pull a pin off a hand grenade to throw it at the enemy.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  This war would have never happened or prolonged for 27 blooding years unless these Tamil Tigers were provided oxygen to sustain themselves by someone providing sophisticated modern weaponry or monies to purchase conventional army weapons to fight a conventional war.

If you pry to find out who this ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-someoneƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ who was aiding and abetting this war, you will soon find out were countries like India, Norway, Canada, UK, US, France, Germany, Australia and many more country NGOs from the West that surreptitiously helped these unelected bunch ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Tamil thugs to fight a democratically elected Government and its armed forces for the want of their separate state which they had no right, historically, archaeologically, ethnographically or geographically. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ And they turned out to be terrorists as their motive for the killing and maiming thousands of innocent civilians was to create their mono-ethnic, separate, racist, Tamil state, Eelam.

DuringƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  OttawaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s convicted terrorist Momin KhawajaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s trial in an Ontario Court, the terrorist act was defined as one being committed for a political, religious or ideological purpose, objective or cause, and that motive distinguishes from other crimes. Thus the Tamil Tigers had the political, ideological purpose and objective for this war which made them ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-TerroristsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ by definition.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Being a lawyer, you will no doubt acknowledge that definition, I am sure.

You know that in law, an ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”accompliceƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ is a person who actively participates in the commission of a crime, even though they take no part in the actual criminal offence.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  For example, in a bank robbery, the person who points the gun at the Bank teller and demands for the money is guilty of armed robbery.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  However, anyone else directly involved in the commission of the crime, such as the lookout or the getaway car driver is an accomplice, even though in the absence of an underlying offence keeping a look out or driving a car would not be an offence in the normal sense.

So at law, an accomplice has the same degree of guilt as the person he or she is assisting the execution of the crime.

Thus I have difficulty to understand why you and your International Crisis Group (ICG) ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ have not gone after the accomplices of the Eelam War and charged them of War Crimes in an International War Crimes Court for helping the Tamil Tigers kill, massacre, and maim thousands of innocent civilians for the want of their Eelam (motive), when India, Norway, Canada, US, US, France, Germany and Australia were direct accomplices ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the Eelam War.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Or is that you and your ICG group have difficulty to go that route as they happen to be your paymasters who provide you all a pay cheque at the end of the month for being their sordid mouth pieces singing in harmony their song ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” We Gotch Ya Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦yeaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦yeaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦yea!

Here is some food for your thoughts Louise.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Can transnational corporations or their executives be held criminally or civilly liable for aiding and abetting human rights violations committed by governments or militaries of foreign countries where they do business?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Likewise, can this be applied to terrorist groups as well as to the post-9/11 terrorism?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  What body of law determines the answer?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Is it International law, law of the foreign state, or the law of the home state?

For corporate executives, whether they can be held criminally liable as accessories to crimes (watch out NorwayƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Eric Solheim) against human rights has long been clear.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  As early as 1946, for example, the British military court convicted two top officials of the firm that supplied Zyklon B to Nazi gas chambers as accessories to war crimes.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Thus should countries like the US, UK, ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Norway, India, Canada and other western nations be criminally libel for being accessories for aiding and abetting the Eelam war against violations of Human Rights in Sri Lanka? And there you are Louise and work that out.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Why the heck are you going after puny Sri Lanka when the liability for human rights violations during the Eelam War are clearly elsewhere?

India is guilty of training these Tamil guerrillas from the following groups:ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  EPRLF (Eelam Peoples Revolutionary Front); TELO (Tamil Eelam Liberation Organization); PLOT (Peoples Liberation Organization of Tamil Eelam); EROS (Eelam Revolutionary Organization); TELA (Tamil Eelam Liberation Army).ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  All of them were provided ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ military training by the Indian Government at the following locations:

1. @ Parangimali and at a place about 40 km from the Madras airport. Indian instructors trained them on firing practice, leopard crawl, monkey crawl, ghost walk, close quarter unarmed combat, first aid, preparation of Molotov cocktails, fire-fighting endurance tests;
2. @Salem Kollimalai Kanjipuram. Trained by ex-Subedar Major Narashima Varman of the Indian Army on drill, PT military subjects;
3. @Kollimalai, Kakavel. Training given on AK47, G3, pistols, SLR, LMG, SMG, No.36 Browning revolvers, Rocket launchers, 2ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ Mortar explosives;
4. @ Sengalpattu, Thanathur, Kongurukolam in Erodi.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Trained by Sekar, a retired Indian army soldier on Military tactics, guerrilla warfare, jungle warfare, handling of weapons ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” 380 & 450 revolvers and 22 air rifles;
5. @Sadtagen Development Area adjoining Canal Park in New Delhi. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Trained by Narayan and two others from the Indian government on manufacturing of bombs, handling of SMGGs, AK47s and pistol. And there were umpteen other military training camps.

So Louise Arbour and your International Crisis Group ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” what the heck are you waiting for? Go after India for aiding and abetting this Eelam War which violated Human Rights which you bleeding hearts seem to be policing.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  LetƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s see some honesty here!

NORWAY:ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  * The Norwegian government helped the Tamil Tigers to establish a relationship with Eritrea which allowed the terrorist group to purchase arms, ammunition and equipment from China on Eritrean end-user certificates. This tripartite understanding had been reached in Norway as far back as 2002-2003.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 

If you donƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t believe me, just ask KPƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  (Kumaran Pathmanathan) who is now in custody in Sri Lanka who will tell you that over 90 percent of all heavy equipment, includingƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  a range of artillery pieces and 14.5mm four barrelled anti-aircraft guns were in that deal and brought over to theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Tamil Tigers along the east coast Mullaitivu beaches at night.

*Norway participated in smuggling of high-tech communication equipment to the Tamil Tigers.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Norwegian generals also gave the Tamil Tiger leaders sensitive information.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  General Trygve Tellefsen leaked information about theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sri Lankan Navy pursuit of a Tamil Tiger arms smuggling ship to the Tamil Tigers allowing them to escape.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He was leading the Scandinavian Peace Monitoring Group.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  After the incident Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s President Chandrika Kumaratunga complained to NorwayƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik to remove the Head of the Monitoring Mission, and the Retired Major General Trygve Tellefsen was removed immediately.

* Telephone wiretaps had revealed the close cooperation between the Norway Government and the Tamil Tiger terrorist leaders.

Wiretap 1 ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” Norwegian Ambassador Jon Westborg and Duleep from the Tamil Tigers indicated that the ambassador giving information about the communication equipment and informed that the Norwegians will pay for the added costs.

A total of six tons of electronic equipment was delivered to the Tamil Tigers in 2002, including V-Sat equipment used in satellite communication.

In it sensitive information was passed on to the Tamil Tiger Puleedevan and coaching him to put the blame on the latest terrorist act to a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Third partyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ wearing stolenƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Sri Lankan army uniforms.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The General also states, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-IƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢m using all their resources to calm down the Sinhalese part of the populationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚, and requests Puleedevan to order his people to do the same.

Louise, both these wiretaps were made in the autumnƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ of 2002.

*Norwegian ex-Special Forces were also used to train Sea Tigers to attack Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The training was given by these Norwegians along ThailandƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Andaman Coast, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-To strengthen the Tamil Tiger capability to attack Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s navy, which included training on underwater demolition strikes.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Among the confiscated weapons which were used during this training mission were Swedish Carl Gustav missile launchers, the type that are used by the Norwegian Army, HK Mark 23s and GlockƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s with silencers, also used by Norwegian Special Forces and SWAT teams.
