Sri Lanka rules out visas for UN Panel

United Nations Secretary General, Ban Ki-Moon had set up a 3 member panel to investigate alleged war crimes in Sri Lanka during the last phase of the war.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
The UN decision is based on maliciously manipulated evidence by LTTE backers, Human Rights monitors, Peace Activists and certain countries which tried to save the LTTE leadership on the final stage of the war.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Towards the end, the attempt made by the government was to rescue nearly 300,000 civilians held as aƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ human shield by the LTTE. According to Brussels – based International Crisis Group, the government encouraged ‘hundreds of thousands’ into government controlled areas and subjected them to ‘intense artillery and mortar barrages’. This is a diabolical lie because the world watched from satellite relays how the rescued civilians walked from the No Fire Zone to government controlled areas and subsequently settled in welfare centres.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
There were also so many pictures of how the members of the armedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ forces helped women, children, the sick and the disabled to cross over to the govt. controlled areas.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Therefore, the UN decision to appoint a panel to investigate into war crimes is due to international pressure brought by these groups who had supplied fabricated reports and by countries who sympathisedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ with the LTTE.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Human Rights monitors, Peace Activists, International Crisis Group etc., investigate and produce reports only in relevance to developing countries. In 2004, when US forces were abusing and sexually humiliating detainees in the notorious Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, the UN and other allied agencies were passive on lookers. President Bush sent the US army to Iraq to look for non-existing weapons of mass destruction and for nearly five years they have been bogged in killing innocent civilians. Why is Ban Ki-Moon not appointing a panel to look into the war crimes in Iraq?
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Therefore, the government had quite rightly made a decision not to issue visas to the UN Panel. Mr. G.L.Peiris, the External Affairs Minister has said, “We will not issue them visas. We will not allow them into the country”. After all, Sri Lanka has alreadyƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ appointed its own Commission to investigate and uncover any wrong doing.

  1. Sri Rohana Says:

Whole world know very well that South Koreans are American puppets throughout the history. Their country is an American den. Without US army they cannot exist at all. South Koreans allowed westerners to kill 2 million Koreans in 1950-53. Then South Korea helped US, Australian, and New Zealand invasion in Vietnam and killed 3 million innocent civilians. At present in Iraq, South Korean army is helping American, British, Australian and Polish invaders to kill innocent Iraqis and already 1 million civilians had killed and 6 million civilians living out side Iraq as refugees. South Korea involved with NATO and EEC invasion in Afghanistan. Ban Ki Moon is behaving like a deaf and dumb ass on Iraq and Afghanistan invasions.
Ban Ki Moon why not you appoint a committee for the 1 million civilians killed by US/NATO, Japanese and South Korean forces. Appoint another panel to investigate Afghanistan invasion by EEC, NATO, Japanese and South Koreans. This shows UNO is non other than an US.NATO.Organization.
Sri Lanka has a right not to grant visa’s to enter these Ban Ki Moon’s jokers to Sri Lanka. (If they come without visa no doubt next is to deporting them on the expense of the Air Line whom they brought to Sri Lanka). Those clones will signed any report already prepared by western Pro Tamil Racist Terrorists expansionist supporters. They want only to take a grudge and revenge from Sri Lanka for the death of their lapdog murderer terrorist Velupillai Prabakaran and his terrorist clique.
