ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Sir:
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
I wouldn’tƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ allow Canada toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ be too complacent about being “one of the lowest risks of terrorism” just because a 2010 Terrorism Risk Index says in a Special Report.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Let’s be vigilant.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
When our Charter of Rights and Freedoms have charmed the foreign terrorist cells to establish themselves on Canadian soilƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to plot and attack their targets in foreign countries, Canada will certainly be vulnerable for a reverse attack.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
It would also be interesting to find outƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ where Canada stands as the country with the highest potential to promote terrorism in other countries.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  I suspect it would be in the top five, having witnessed what they did to Sri Lanka by harbouring and encouraging the Tamil Tigers to do what they did best, suicide bombed andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  terrorize,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ allowing them to be funded by the Tamil Diaspora, and graduate them to be the first terroristƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ group to have an air capability withƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  four two seater ZLIN-143 planes that bombed Colombo.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  With the supportƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ given to the Tamil Tigers, Canada has certainly acquired membership in the consortium that specialized in Terrorist War Games.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
