Ban Ki Moon should withdraw his Panel Report on Sri Lanka, in the face of continued “terrorism “ of USA, France and UK” against the people of Libya.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ While Ban Ki MoonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  awaitsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Sri Lanka GovernmentƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢sƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  reaction to his advisory PanelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Report ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-DemocracyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ is being ridiculed under his very nose by the powers to which he has become a stooge- USA, France and UK.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ In the most scandalous manner in which the terrorist leader of Al QaidaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Osama bin Laden ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ was murdered, USA, France and UK managed to divert the attention of the world from the other scandalƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  in which they are engaged in since the 19 March,2011- theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  attempting ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to murderƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Colonel Gaddafi theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Leader of the Sovereign State of Libya.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  This ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-warƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ they started ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ with Ban Ki MoonƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s apparent connivance, whichƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  was the getting of the sanction of the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ UN Security CouncilƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to keep free ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the air space in Libya against air attacks in Bengazi.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Ban Ki Moon seems no doubt in connivance, because the sanction of ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the UN Security Council was deviatedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to a war to murder Colonel Gaddafi. If Ban Ki MoonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  was genuinely unaware of the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-murder planƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  of the USA, France and UK , he should have called for a meeting of the Security Council the moment the USA bombed Libya, (killing many civiliansƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and recently even killing the youngest son of Colonel Gaddafi, Saif al-Arab Gadhafi and two of his little children in an inhuman bombardment), to demand these ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- murderersƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ to stop bombardments in Libya.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ But even to-day after many bombs have been blasted and many a civilians have been killed in Libya Ban Ki Moon as the Secretary General of UNO has not moved his fingerƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to stop this illegal bombardment by USA, France and UK.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ If Ban Ki Moon has any sense of priority, and knows his duties and responsibilities ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ as the Secretary GeneralƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  of the UN, ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ he should have withdrawn his Advisory Panel Report on Sri Lanka and concentrated ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ on what actionƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  he should take against ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-terrorism ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- that is being practiced by USA, France and UK against the people of Libya, and USA Special ForceƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s infringement of the international Laws in enteringƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the SovereignƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  State of Pakistan without its consent, to murder an unarmed terrorist.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Again, Ban Ki MoonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  has to withdraw his Panel Report on Sri LankaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  as it would otherwise be a paradox ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in comparison to military operationsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  by USA, France and UK against a innocent people in Libya.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sri Lanka was within its right to wage military operations in its own country against a group of terrorists creating mayhem in the Northern and Eastern parts of its own country .ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  ButƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the USA, France and UK are bombarding another country, which is not theirs and killing innocent people of that country.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  That is ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-terrorismƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ by the International Community.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ If there were deaths and massacres in the last phase ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ military operations of the Sri Lanka Armed Forces against the terrorists, they were inevitable as massacres of civilians had been what the terrorists were up to during thirty years of terrorism, and the shootingƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  at the terrorists by the Government Armed Forces was to finish with terrorism and their massacres of the innocent, and end the suffering ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the Tamil civilians.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Ban Ki MoonƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Panel report does not give the whole picture of theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  ground situation at that particular phase of the military operations of the Armed Forces against the terrorists.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  It gives only those hearsay material provided to the Panel by the LTTE Front Organizations of the Tamil Diaspora, those informationƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  given by NaviƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Pillai,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and those culled from the numerous terrorist supportive websites like theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Tamil Net, and the web site of the Tamil Sangam.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Ban Ki Moon advisory Panel report should be withdrawn , as there are other factors which the Advisory Panel had notƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  taken into consideration before coming toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  certain of their conclusions, without which there reportƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  remains ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-irrelevant and incompleteƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Advisory Panel had gone into investigate the crimes committed by the terrorists, and violation of human rights by the Sri Lanka Armed Forces , without investigating the humanitarianƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  activities carried out by the Sri Lanka Armed Forces during the height of theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  military operations, such as the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ rescue operations of three hundred thousand Tamil Civilians.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  That itself puts in to shade theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  accidental deaths that may have occurred in the cross fire between the terrorists and the Government Armed Forces.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Ban Ki Moon Advisory Panel report should be with drawn, as the Panel hadƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  failed to examine and take into account ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the mental state of the Sri Lanka Armed Forces and that of the terrorists , in coming to the conclusion who ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ it was capable in that very crucial stage to act with humanitarian considerations , and who it wasƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  capable of shooting ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ indiscriminately at any one with the only consideration of ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ saving its own skin. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ You cannot of course speak of investigating who was fighting with human rights consideration in his mind in a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-warƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ against ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ terrorists.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  And ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-stuffƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ like human rights, their violation,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  what is legal, andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  what is illegal are not in the mind of a soldier fighting a war againstƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  terrorist without any assurance of coming alive out of it. DemandingƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  whether there wasƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  any violationƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  of human right in suchƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  a situation, makes human rights a ridiculous concept.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The desire to know the mental state of the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-fightersƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ should have been at the core of the advisory panelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s investigation.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It was otherwise easy to go by the figures, statistics, information ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  number of buildings bombarded, how many hospitals have been shot at, how many dead bodies were strewn about on the sandy beaches etc., and come to ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the conclusion that both sides- the terrorists and the Armed Forces had killed masses of people , some say 40,000, another says 20,000.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Even with those figures there are the questions that have to be asked.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Who really counted the bodies ? Were they all dead bodies they counted or some dead and others wounded ?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Were they of the civilians, were they of the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ terrorists , or were they of the soldiers ?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Then,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  there are more questions to ask.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Who went round in that terrible situation, where bullets were wheezing past, where there was a din of noise of shooting, blasting, incoherent shouting of the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ people caught in the frenzy of the moment , crying of children , screaming of women , people running for their lives, soldiers taking cover, or reaching out to help an old woman, or a child, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦. Who went round , with a pad in hand to take notes ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  people dead and strewn on theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  groundƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and finally say there were 40, 000 civilians dead ?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Were they all killed by the shooting of the terrorists and the Armed Forces or were some of them killed in the stampede ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  300,000 or so civilians running away from being the human-shields of the terrorist to finally be saved by the Army Soldiers doing their best to rescue them unhurt ? Were they all killed by the Armed Forces or some killed by the Armed Forces and others by the terrorists ?

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ For an advisory Panel to come to a conclusion whether there was any violation of human rights by the Government Armed Forces (or the terrorists), those ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-dry ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- information unfortunately do not provide the essential information.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The essential information comes from investigating the psychological make up, the mental state of the fighters ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in a situation like it was happening in a last ditch fight in a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-warƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to save their lives at any cost, or fight unto death by one party,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and fight with responsibility, to save oneself,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  not to kill the wrong person,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and save another in need of help.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is the investigation of the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ psychological state at the time ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ of theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-soldiersƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ on the one hand and the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-terroristsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ on the otherƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  during the last phase of the military operations against the terrorists ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ which would enable one to understandƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  who would have been able to distinguish one asƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  an enemy, and the otherƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  as an innocent civilian, child, orƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  a woman, and avoid theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  innocent, and shoot at the enemy.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Ban Ki Moon Panel should have taken into consideration this ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ mental state of the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-fightersƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ to conclude whether it was the Government Forces that violated human rights at that crucial phase of time or the terrorists. ( in the case of terrorists their mental state is that of terrorists all the time) . ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ But the Ban Ki Moon Panel had ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ failed to take that important aspect in to consideration, therefore their report is incomplete and incoherent, and should be withdrawn.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Going back to the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-terrorismƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ of the International Community, for which Ban Ki Moon has not appointed an Advisory Panel to investigate whether there is violation of Human rights. USA, France and UK have no right to continue their bombardment in Libya, as they havenƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t got the sanction for bombardment from the Security Council.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ USA said they will not deploy troops on ground, butƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  there was an article in the New York Herald Tribune of 21 April, 2011 written by C.J.Chivers ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…”ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-The will, but not the means to fight a war ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It has been said that the Benghazi ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-rebelsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ have arms but cannot use them and they are disorganized and incapable of fighting against the armies ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Colonel Gaddafi .ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Therefore the NATO is proposing to send a group of advisors to form theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  rebel army.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Now the question is, has that been sanctioned by the UN Security Council ?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The West with NATO is fighting an illegal war, and Ban Ki Moon should call a meeting of the UN Security Council to demand USA, France and UK to stop furtherƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  involvement in Libya either to bombard or to help theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  so called ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-liberationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ army which is no more than ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-terroristsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ helped byƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  USA, France and UK.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ If Ban Ki Moon is not prepared to do that, he ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ will be ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ aiding and abetting ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- Terrorrism ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  USA, France, and UKƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ (ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  which is same as state terrorism – which was coined by some human rights activists).

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ He therefore forfeits the to right call the Government of Sri Lanka to answer the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-falseƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ allegations of theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Ban Ki Moon Panel, which is also called the Darusman Panel Report.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Ban Ki Moon should therefore withdraw immediately his Advisory Panel Report on the investigation of violation ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  human rights ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ by the Armed Forces of ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sri Lanka during the last phase of military operations against terrorist.

THE AFORESAID COUNTRIES ARE DOING CONTRACT KILLINGS, WHICH IS TANTAMOUNT TO MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE KILLED FOR NO REASON, MEN, WOMEN, CHILDREN, AND ALL, ARE NOT CONSIDERED AS INNOCENT HUMAN BEINGS OR CIVILIANS. DEPRAVITY OF MIND IS AN INCURABLE DISEASE.

BANKI MOON HAS DONE MANY ILLEGAL ACTS, AND IS SERVILE TO THE AFORESAID COUNTRIES. HE HAS MISERABLY FAILED TO EXECUTE HIS MANDATE AS UNSG.

THEREFORE, ALL THE REST OF THE COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD, SHOULD CALL FOR THE IMMEDIATE RESIGNATION OF BANKI MOON. I TRUST THAT CHINA AND RUSSIA WILL INITIATE THUS.

Banking Moon has become Spanking Moon. He will not retract his rubbish. Let him keep his rubbish with him.

    Mockingbird,

Not always. Sometimes it is wise to let things pass especially when things are not going to affect you apart from unpleasentness.

But even within the govt, opinions differ. Some want to respond while others don’t.

I recon its best not to respond.

“You say it best when you say nothing at all”! Let them know that we don’t give a flying continent about their BS. There have been many many UNSG’s expert panels and reports. Most were disregarded by the intended countries.

Charles this guy damn care what others say he is only intersted at the moment is to get his second term backed by three terrorist regimes of USA,BRITISH,and FRANCE. He is not worried or care about Gadafi’s children or anybody’s children as long as their children are safe living in air-condition rooms.
This is a one sided game unfair and unacceptable to all fair minded people in the world. Nobody can do anything except watch in horror what they do to this world. They bombed only empty buildings with those powerful bombs. They think the whole world is full of fools except them. So Charles how much we write and argue they will keep on killing innocents and say SORRY.This is the corrupt world today. Money and power rule the world. Panel or no panel let’s walk unitedly to complete our mission we started after the liberation for all of us to live in peace and harmony.

  5. aravinda Says:

UN is a tool for Americans to steal from other nations. It is time, UN die from the same disease which killed ” League of Nations.”

Without a complete overhaul of United Nations, rest of the world is no longer safe from military thuggery of United States. The façade of wealth, in-house poverty and unfathomable debts of USA is the main cause of misery for rest of the world. The Rest of the world need to unite behind BRIC nations(Brazil, Russia, India and China) to form a new world order with an equitable organisation. It will happen, but how long it will take is the question.
