The world witnessed the difficulties and embarrassments underwent by Kurt Waldheim during his time as the Secretary General of the UNO.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Kurt Waldheim was accused of being an officer of the Nazi Regime during the WW11.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Israelis claimed that Kurt was responsible for the genocide of Jewish people.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  There was nothing that could be done to Kurt except for the embarrassments he had to face.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The reason being Kurt Waldheim was an officer of the UNO.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Hence Kurt received the full diplomatic immunity.

Shavendra Silva was an Officer of the Sri Lankan Army in the front line of the last face of the war against the Terrorist outfit LTTE.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Currently Shavendra is the Deputy High Commissioner to the UNO. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Therefore no matter what the position is held by Shavendra and Kurt, both of them carry the position of an officer of the UNO.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  That much is necessary to inform the judiciary of the USA.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  If the USA tries to be vindictive to the smaller nations, the book must be thrown at them. Diplomatic immunity must apply to Shavendra Silva to the full as in the case of Kurt Waldheim.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 

The court that issued Shavendra Silva with the summons looks as if it is a Kangaroo court and the law in the jungle.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Anything can happen in the USA.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  They think they are the super power and they can do anything they like.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The examples are Iraq war, Afganistan war, Vietnam and Libiyan war.
