ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It was a pleasant sight for people with normal vision and undoubtedly a sight for those with sore eyes, but sad to say indeed it must have been all thorns in the eyes of those who hired their voice to see Sri Lankan President hand cuffed and dragged all the way to the prison seated with the head of the Commonwealth of Nations, the Queen Elisabeth II and Prime Minister Julia Gillard.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Please donƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t get disheartened, LTTE rump has unlimited funds in the coffers and greedy vultures are unlimited, a former Prime Minister too has joined the bandwagon. It is through hatred that LTTE rump produces, these fabricated video clips to win the hearts & minds of the gullible Australian public. The Australian media, VIPƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s and the Parliamentarians enjoy repeating a script prepared for them by LTTE Tamil Diaspora laughing all the way to the bank! We know among them are Attorney Generals, Chief Justices, Parliamentarians who after their careers caught by the law enforcing agencies for cheap misdemeanors, which exposed their true character! Fortunately there are saner people who are in control!

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is indeed a mystery if none of those whom I have mentioned here have not been enticed by the monetary gains from the LTTE rump, then, what grievances or what hatred do these people have against the Sinhalese of the Sri Lankans? Surely there must be some valid reasons for these Australians to denigrate Sri Lanka so viciously in print & audiovisual media!

3. In year 2005, 46-year-old Premkumar Pathmanathan got 14 months, his brother Sivakumar Pathmanathan, 43, got 15 months, Nalliah Kowridas, 43, received a 15-month sentence and Shamini Kowridas, 38, was jailed for six months. They fraudulently claimed 170,000 pounds in housing benefits.

A master forger who created 130 separate identities for himself and opened almost 500 bank accounts to carry out a `A31 million fraud was jailed for five and a half years yesterday.

4. In year 2008, Kanagaratnam Ganan, 33, a Sri Lankan who was given British citizenship in 2002, was described as the ringleader in a sophisticated operation that involved two fellow Sri Lankans. They were also jailed yesterday. Ganan, using forged passports and utility bills, built up credit on the accounts and then defaulted, leaving all the major High Street clearing banks with large debts.

Ganan, from Croydon, south London, and Jeyaseelan Rajaratnam, 32, from Sutton, who had indefinite leave to remain in Britain, had pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing at Guildford Crown Court, Surrey, to conspiracy to defraud.

Tharmalingham Gnanachchandran, 33, from Liverpool, had admitted money-laundering offences.
