When Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated, Indian government appointed Jain Commission to investigate. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The Indian High court jailed a LTTE woman conspirator, and sentenced three others to death and now they are awaiting execution.
When Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s President Premadasa was assassinated by the LTTE, not even a police inquiry was held by the Government of Sri Lanka.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Aranthalawa massacre, Kent Farm massacre, Dollar Farm massacre, Dambulla bus massacre and many other massacres in the border villages conducted by the Terrorists were not even investigated.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Massacre of the Buddhist priests and many more politicians including the foreign affairs minister were not investigated.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Killing of 600 police men by Pillayan and the TNA supported LTTE were not investigated.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The list of those who were murdered can go on until 70,000 Sri Lankan names are mentioned.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The list of names of those who were killed and made disabled is available with the Ministry of defence.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The list of the number of suicide bombers who blew up the lives of the Sri Lankan people is available with the Ministry of defence.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Suicide bombers attempted to blow up the lives of Defence Secretary and the army commander.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ When time is right the whole list of heinous crimes can be made available.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The crimes, killing and destruction to the infrastructure continued on for 27 long years. The report of all the massacres, atrocities and damage to the country in rupees and cents is available with the ministry of defence.

I have a dream to seeƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ all Sri Lankans living in peace and harmony as brothers and sisters as a one nation, one country, classless and a casteless society, one national flag, one national anthem, taking oath of allegiance to the Government of Sri Lanka.
I HAVE A PLAN
I have a plan to implement the reconciliation and development process with no different ethnic identities and provide equal opportunities to every citizen of Sri Lanka.
IF GOSL DIDNƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢T, I WILL
If the GOSL fail to take legal action against the abovementioned PiLLAYAN, RAUFF HAKEEM AND 21 TNA MEMBERS INCLUDING SIVAJILINGAM, I WILL DO IT WITH A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THE TRAITORS AND MASS MURDERS ON BEHALF OF THE 70,000 MURDERED SRI LANKANS, 600 POLICEMEN ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ WHO WERE MURDERED COLD BLOODED, ASSASINATION OF President Premadasa and all other politicians and civilians.
If Sarath Fonseka is jailed on flimsy charges and further charges to be laid for engaging 44 army deserters on the Presidential election campaign, GOSL must pay its attention on the foregoing submissions and action must be taken expeditiously.
THE WRITER CALLS UPON ALL PATRIOTIC SRI LANKANS TO SUPPORT THE FOREGOING SUBMISSIONS TO THE GOSL.

You have mixed 3 separate issues.
1. TNA/LTTE MUST pay for their crimes.
2. Karuna, KP, Pillayan, George Master, Daya Master, DD have been ESSENTIALLY pardoned by the president. If it comes to a court case, it will be official. He may reverse it as the need arises. But legally they are no longer punishable. Besides they have defence uses to destroy the LTTE Diaspora and TNA.
3. SF has committed MANY offences. Politicking while on duty, harbouring army deserters, corruption, DISGUSTING false allegations against the Defence Secretary, Shavendra Silva, etc., JOINING WITH TNA/LTTE/Pooppillai/Mano Ganesan/Mangala/Ranil at the election (this crime is UNFORGIVABLE).
MOST SLs agree with you only on #1.
So shall we all get together and do that FIRST?
If you want agreement to all, you won’t go anywhere.
At least of we can do #1 first, that is one MAJOR headache out of the way.

We have to follow the “Dutugemunu Strategy”.
We have to defeat who can be relatively easily defeated first.
If we go all out against all the 3 forces above, we will not have anyone.
EVERYONE wants to scr*w TNA now so we have the numbers and lets do it.

General Sarath Fonseka committed the ultimate treachery by siding with the TNA bastards and accepting there conditions. He also committed slander against many other people. There is no denying the great service Gen. SF rendered to our motherland but he made a very very bad decision.
As Lorenzo as suggested, taking legal action against the TNA is the best option. Enforce the 6th amendment and kick this garbage out of parliament along with Hakeem and Ganeshan. Their civic rights should be abolished (I mean abolished not suspended) and if possible kicked out of the country!
Mr. Stanley Perera you have the blessings of all people who love mother Sri Lanka to go ahead………. Please do!!

As Lorenzo as suggested take one dose at a time. By taking legal action against TNA which is still the LTTE in Parliament if success then all Tamil Nadu will be salient and diaspora. Let all of these people pay for their crimes. Stanley Perera I appreciate your voluble comments and proposal. Go ahead!
Leave Sarath Fonseka to a side. Let him battle himself for the treachery committed. Foreign currency matter with Danuna’s mother Mrs Thilakaratne hiding in her safe. Who gave such Large sum of US$ to SF. At the trial unbelievable “fire works” could be seen! Therefore for the time been just forget SF.

Certainly I am not a Sarath Fonseka fan. During his election campaign I wrote him five open letters advising him not to contest his master Guttila eduru tuma. I also wrote hime to swallow his pride and say sorry to MR. He is a puffed up fool who swallowed the dead ropes of JVP, UNP and the bloody Americans. Without the support of the patriotic Sri Lankans including peace loving Tamil and muslims, I cannot do it alone.

Sarath Ponseka is a JVP and TNA pawn now. Stop worrying about him. You know the character of JVP and TNA. Let the JVP and TNA friends of his look after him now. They got him jailed, let them worry now. I’m sure even they don’t worry.

I agree with Lorenzo.
The biggest problem we have against any reconcilaition with the Tamil Community is TNA.
Therefore we should consult a good lawyer perhaps some one like Gomin Dayasiri ( ?) to find out the possibility of sanctions against TNA. I think we can take criminal charges against them for aiding and abetting the terrorists. They have as Parliamentarians I think have taken an oath of Allegiance. Therefore there campaign against the Government in Sri Lanka visiting different could be challenged as breach of confidence.
There is also the question of their immunity as Parliamentarians. Perhaps the President does not want to take direct action against them for fear of antagonising the International Community who are scheming against Sri Lanka. Therefore it is best an ordinary citizen files action against the TNA.
I therefore agree with Stanley Perera.
Pillayan is a foolish man, who can be lured. SF should have been with the President and Gotabhya Rajapakse. He is no better than Pillayan- he gave in to Americans, UNP and JVP.
What he is to day is his own making. He and even JVP could be left out for the Moment. Rauf Hakeem cannot be trusted. One does not know where he is. His walking away with his six Muslim Parliamentarians when he was with Chandrika Bandaranayake, resulted in the UNP forming a government which with Ranil’s CFA doomed Sri Lanka for considerable peril. Any way they could be left out for the moment.
We should concentrate on TNA and go ahead with Stanley’s proposal.

Good work. We have some agreements here. Gomin’s name has been proposed quite correctly. He did it once in 2007 and he can do it again.
The lawyer who represented Fonseka is also good. I’m not going to drag the Fonseka issue here. But I fully agree with Lorenz.
We now have a target.
As General Janaka Perera said after winning Jaffna, all those who take part in noble exercise can be proud of it and so too their parents and family members.

Pillayan is very unpopular with the people. Good on the president to appoint Sam Tambimuttu’s son as the SLFP organizer for Batticaloa. That may not win Batticaloa in the crucial EPC election this year but it will force TNA not to contest. If TNA contests, no chance of any Tamil becoming the Chief Minister which is also good.
Either way Tamil racists are heading for a major loss – the loss of the Eastern Province.
Only one left – Northern Province.
With sufficient “colonization” and militarisation we can turn the north into another east.
All this possible because we won the war.

Patriot Ranjith Soyza is helping me to communicate with Gomin and SL Gunasekera for their legal opinion and guidance towards a class action. I am heading for Sri Lanka next month to launch a web site under the name of “Patriotic Dutu Gemunu Foundation”. All our readers and patriotic Sri Lankans spread out will be notified of progress. Thank you all for the support. Sarath Fonseka factor was mentioned as for an argument sake and not for the love of SF. MR’s declaretion at Anuradhapura independence day celebration ” Sri Lanka is for all Sri Lankans and there is no ethnic regions” and that is the home grown solution. It is very encouraging. We have to push for one national anthem, one nation factor.

Even if the class action fails, it will BRING TO THE ATTENTION of all SLs what TNA really is and make ANY compromise with them IMPOSSIBLE. But we will press on UNTIL ALL racist parties are banned.
Good timing of the trip. In March there will be pressure on SL at the UNHRC to divide the country and empower TNA (LTTE). It will be more than countered PEACEFULLY and DEMOCRATICALLY.
Don’t deviate from the original stance – A CLASS ACTION AGAINST RACIST TNA.
