It is no doubt that the Wadukkodai Resolution of 1976 calling for the youth to take up arms is being resurrected at Batticaloa at the most recent ITAK session. Not direct but indirectly. Prabahakaran carried out the Wadukkodai Resolution with thirty years of brutal terrorism. Can we vouch that there won’t be another Prabhakaran born from those released or unsurrendered LTTE cadres with the help from Tamil Nadu and ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the Tamil Diaspora in the west. There are reports from India that LTTE Activists in Tamil Nadu are ganging up again to launch LTTE 2. The TNA MP R Sampanthan without mincing any words has categorically mentioned that TNA calls for a Unitary Tamil Eelam. Among the many statements he made at the ITAK Session, following are very critical;

• ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ he says quote ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- the struggle is “outside a unitary government in a united Sri Lanka”.
• “right to internal self-determinationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ unquote IsnƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t it Eelam?
• ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Quote ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-in the event their right to self-determination is continuously denied, they will claim a right to “external self-determinationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ Unquote.

Does any one needs more proof that R.Sampanthan ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”s TNA wants nothing short of Eelam what LTTE was fighting for and that TNA will continue PrabahakaranƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s agenda with the help of the Tamil Diaspora in the western block who overtly and covertly supportingƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  them to see that Sri Lanka is broken into ethnic pieces.

The Hindu reports, quote – The Ilankai Tamil Arasu Katchi (ITAK), the main constituent of the Tamil National Alliance – the lone credible representative of Tamil people in the Northern Province – has refused to revisit its constitution, which seeks the establishment of a separate state, at its 14th national convention in the Eastern headquarter town of Batticaloa.

R. Sampanthan has called that TNA is the legitimate the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ representatives of the Tamil people”. He should change this slogan ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to TNA (we) ARE THE LEGITIMATE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE TAMIL VELLALA PEOPLEƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

Their past Gandhigi- non violence campaign finally ended up with forming of the LTTEƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Terrorist group which bought more misery to the Tamil leadership, their own people and the people in every part of Sri Lanka. If TNA cannot achieve Eelam (Separate State) thro Non-Violence, as done in the past they willƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  launch LTTE-2 to achieve that. There is also subtle conspiracyƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  going on with the west in connivance with the Tamil LTTE supportive Diaspora to get the army camps closed in the North & The East. The very idea behind this move is to get Sri Lanka security forces out of North & East so that they can launch another terrorist campaign with a free run and with least obstructions. TNA is clear for what they want which is separate State for Tamils. TNA doesnƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t want to share power but absolute power in the North & East.. ItƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s not the ordinary Tamils who live in the North and East who wants Eelam ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ but the TNA politicians living in Colombo ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ and the Tamil Diaspora of the Vellala caste. Although Prabahkaran was smart in many ways, he was so naƒÆ’†’ƒ”š‚¯ve to understand that the Vellala politicians were making him the cats paw to achieve political power to Vellala Tamils.

The message from TNA is clear now. The Government should not play hide and seek with them. It’s time that the Government “Called ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ a spade a spade” and seriously implement the 6the amendment to the constitution up to the last letter.

• It says:ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  157A. (1) No person shall, directly or indirectly, in or outside Sri Lanka, support, espouse, promote, finance, encourage or advocate the establishment of a separate State within the territory of Sri Lanka.
• d) if he is a Member of Parliament or a person in such service or holding such office as is referred to in paragraph (1) of Article 165, cease to be such Member or to be in such service or to hold such office
• (4) Where any political party or other association or organisation has as one of its aims or objects the establishment of a separate State within the territory of Sri Lanka, any person may make an application to the Supreme Court for a declaration that such political party or other association or organisation has as one of its aims or objects the establishment of a separate State within the territory of Sri Lanka. The Secretary or other officer of such political party or other association or organisation shall be made a respondent to such application.

So the Parliament has every right to ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ take action against those political parties and the politicians who call for separate State or Eelam.

• Scrap the 13 the Amendment that was forced down our throat by Rajiv Gandhi . HIS DEATH IS A RETRIBUTION FOR THE CURSE HE DID TO Sri Lanka
• Do not remove a single army camp which is necessary for our internal security from the NORTH & East and for that matter even from other parts of the Island;

The Government has a ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ two third majority even to make a woman a man and why not use the democratic right of the Govt to introduce a home grown constitution without dilly dallying.
