Colonel Gadaffi was an authoritative ruler, benevolent to his people, perhaps the only rulerƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  who annihilated poverty, established a first class health service, provided fabulous grants for university studies to his subjects,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  but his achievements did not matter in the least. He was used by the Superpowers to do their dirty work and later dumpedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the moment he stepped out of tune.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is now reported that, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-A French secret serviceman on the express orders of Nicolas Sarkozy is suspected of murdering GadaffiƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚¦. (.he) infiltrated the violent mob that was mutilating Gadaffi andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Shot him in the headƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Gadaffi had to be silencedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  before he spilled the beans in interrogation. ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…- Gadaffi (had) openly threatened to reveal details of his relationship with President Sarkozy including millions of dollars paid to finance his(SarkozyƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s) 2007 elections.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ In a bizarre turn of events,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the gunman, who ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-frequently brandished the gun that is said to have killedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  him(Gadaffi) died in Paris last MondayƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚.

(FromƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The Daily Mail. London )& Sunday Times(SL)24/10/12)

This is Superpower gangsterism at its zenith to get the killer killed so that there will be no evidence!

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is reported thatƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Gadaffi had tortured people handed over by the Superpowers to extract information before incarcerating them at Guantanamo Bay.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  All methods of extracting informationƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  which cannot be done in the US or at Guantanamo Bay was done through Gadaffi.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Finally it was the necessity to grab the oil wealth of Libya that made the Superpowers destroy Gadaffi and to try to establish a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”KarzaiƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ there.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ We are seeing war crimes in real action. Navi Pillai, the Head of Human Rights at Geneva is either blind or is in blinkers.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ On the other hand Navi Pillai, US Congressmen. and many others are trying to bring together the cobwebs to weave a netƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  accountability forƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  deaths at Nandikadal, in the last few days when the Sri Lankan Army did knock the LTTE arsenal out of action.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Navi Pillai, a few USƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Congressmen and the United Nations tend to forget thatƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The Sri Lankan Armed Forces were only liberating its own land from the marauder Prabhakaran who hadƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  with the help of India tried to establish a separate state in the North and East of Sri Lanka. Our forces were not fighting a battle in another land- like the French andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  British forcesƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  creating a rebellion in Libya, which really took Gadaffi unawares. I had a bitter taste of the LTTE attacks in Colombo when I lived there in 1995 to 2000. We were scared to leave our homes and the sporadic attacks in Colombo and everywhere in Sri Lanka were so frequent that no mother and father traveled together for fear of both being blasted leaving their siblings destitute.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Recently I visited Sri Maha Bodhi in Anuradhapura and gazed at the sands around the sacred bo tree which was once thick redƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  with the blood of around two hundred pilgrims who were venerating the Bo Tree that morning. That was the LTTE in action.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The LTTE was trained and armed by Indira Gandhi, the Indian Prime Minister. Later Rajiv GandhiƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the Prime Minister of India imposed the 13 th Amendment to the Sri lankan Constitution, which shackles us even today. Though we annihilated the LTTE in action we are yet strangled and are unable to throw out the 13 th Amendment, theƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-IndianƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ incursion into our sacred Constitution.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The 13 th Amendment does not enable the Divineguma Bill, the most progressive attempt by the Rajapaksa Government to rid poverty to get approval. It is time that we actedƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  fast to throw outƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the 13 th Amendment.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Let us no more be strangled in our effort to develop our country.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is up to the US Congressmen and the United NationsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ officialdom who are perhaps in the pay of the LTTE diaspora to understand the fine difference. In Sri Lanka in the entire three decadesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ insurrection by PrabhakaranƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  not a single shot was fired at innocents, very unlike the drones of the US armed forces that have repeatedly killed innocent civilians in Pakistan, a sovereign country.

Selective amnesia is a disease of the west and India. Morality and justice is not a part of the programme. Until the rest of the world acknowledge the part played by the west in destabilising the world and causing unnecessary violence destroying innocent lives ,human rights of the non western world will continue to be abused. I find it difficult to understand how Navi Pillai could stand up and accuse GSL of war crimes when she conveniently ignores the war crimes by America in Iraq, Afghanistan etc

  2. jayt Says:

navi pillai is a tiger woman appointed by known tiger supporters to laugh at singhalese

  3. Dham Says:

How about killing of civilian scientists in Iran ? These innocent people are being killed daily basis by the Zionist bastards.
Are these not war crimes ?
Why the Wahabis like HussainFahmy silent on these crimes ?
These are real war crimes going on now.

  4. HussainFahmy Says:

All Dictators/Despots ill gained wealth will eventually be consumed by the Thugs (Superpower Alliance). These Thugs’s have firm control over Tiger/Zion to pilfer the natural resources by creating, feeding and protecting these monsters. The dis-UN is just a tool to make it look legitimate. Heads of these organisations are well fed, clothed, and every whim and wishes are granted by their weapon industry masters. War is big business. Solution is; In Unity, Self Reliance and Improve Our Own Business Within Our Means.

Dear All we must thank this Government for ending the war but if we cannot run the country the way we want what’s the use of this freedom? Our heros sacrificed their lives on behalf of the whole country to live as free people but still after three years of ending the war we cannot straighten things up well and be united as Sri Lankans to lift this country up. Always there’s something evil come up and try to stop our forward march to become the wonder of Asia.

If our leaders are straight forward and have the will power the same way they had during the war we can get rid of all these miserable roadblocks like 13 A etc and march forward to accomplish our goals on our own way for the benefit of our country and it’s people. Let all these fish mongers hew and cry to put us in back seat but we will stand tall like Goliath unitedly and beat the hell out of them. Our country is ours not belongs to anyone and our rulers knows how to Govern and bring prosper to our nation. We must get rid of our own traitors who sell their mother even for green bucks of the white man. They dont stop till they get their hands on to the power and wealth they dream in their wild dreams. Be united to fight this menance and free our blessed country.

Ms Navi Pillai is very interested in removing “Institutionalized Discrimination” which was what she uttered when she first took office at the UNHRC. Translate that and we get “remove Caste system” (CS) of India, because that is the only system that has ‘Institutionalized Discrimination”. Ms Pillai’s father came from India and doubtless he knows all about the CS, even though he lived in South Africa with his family.

To Ms Pillai, the Tamil situation is seen through the eyes of ‘Caste discrimination’ in Sri Lanka. If ‘Caste discrimination’ happened in Sri Lanka, then it happened in Jaffna. In the the Upcountry Tea areas, it is a self imposed sense of discrimination, as there are no Vellala ‘high caste folk’ are not there in the Upcountry areas to bully the rest on grounds of Caste. Both areas are slowly gaining through Lanka’s Free Education system and Caste is getting erased through Education.

That the Tamil leadership in the TNA & leaders in Tamil Nadu are still trying their luck for a Separate state for Tamils in Lanka because of ‘discrimination’ in Sri Lanka will not carry any weight now. In SRI LANKA, Tamil people’s sense of ‘discrimination’ is based only on Caste issues, and imposed by Vellala leaders as well self imposed on themselves by Upcountry Tamils as a 3,000 yr old conditioning through the Laws of Manu.

Caste must be cast aside now as those ancient ‘laws’ do not hold up to scrutiny in the glaring light of analysis by sociologists and scientists, that one is high born or low born by birth.

The Indian Caste system existed at the time the Buddha lived. He had this to say about the Caste system : “one is high born or low born by one’s actions only”.

Ms Pillai must surely be aware of this. Sri Lanka is a Buddhist country and we know our core teachings of Buddhism very well. In other words, please don’t mess with us – we are too well educated.
