THE SOUND OF ONE HAND CLAPPING!!!

Mahinda Weerasinghe-The Author of the Origin of species according to the Buddha

Erik SolheimƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Book ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Politics are to willƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ launched on March 5th, 2013, was dearth of facts or substance and rather hollow to my taste.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  If anything was to be gained by it, was the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢DATESƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ of some specific historical moments.

But as to; how and why the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢peace facilitationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ went haywire, remains unanswered and blurred. That is if one disregards SolheimƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s off the cuff accusations of, ThorbjƒÆ’†’ƒ”š‚¸rn JaglandƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  which is for the most unsubstantiated claptrap.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Jagland in fact was not just anybody. He served as Prime Minster (1992 to 2002) as Foreign Minister (2005 to 2009), and asƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ President of the Storting ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ (2005 to 2009). Currentcurrentlyserving as theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Secretary General of the Council of EuropeƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ (since 2009). He is also the Chairman of theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Norwegian Nobel CommitteeƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ (since 2009).

To those who are unaware of the great game played clandestinely, such finger pointing might sound malicious and envious.

Indeed important questions are studiously sidestepped such as; how many billions of Norsk kr was ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”washed down the drainƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ for this grand ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”peace’ undertaking. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ In a nut shell, the book is exactly like his ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”peace facilitationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ lacks transparency, accountability or responsibility. Curiously the very qualities he and his boss Bondevik demands from GOSL.

Solheim, informs that he ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-has been in Sri Lanka, a couple of weeks to write a book about Norwegian politics, and happen to be with his ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-my good friend and former Left Party leader Arne FjotoftƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚. Arne also called the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”king of JaffnaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ had been laying the ground work to introduce the Terrorist tigers to the Norwegian politicians of all shades while the Lankans were in a deep slumber.

He opens the tropic of Sri Lanka in this manner ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-17.May 2009 (National day of Norway) Oslo was decked with gloriously sunny weather. ChildrenƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s parades were fanning out towards the palace. I smiled and waved to my son Aiden… But the terrible feelingƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  IƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  hadƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  in my guts was in totalƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  contrastƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  to the jubilation which I ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ found myself in.

The war in Sri Lanka was at its final, brutal phase. Tens of thousands of people had been killed the week before in a bloodbath and the global media scarcely was concerned with the unfolding drama.

Sri Lankan government had restricted the media covering this area, and the Tigers had never been concerned about any media attention. The war took place in secret, and now it was in its final stage, and the Tamil Tigers rebelsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ days were numbered. The government forces were about to make a clean sweep, and had no intentions to spare anyone.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

Finally the terrible (Good) news announced on the 19th May 2009; that his hero ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”The murderer of Rajiv GandhiƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢; Pabakaren had been dispatched!

I suspect that SolheimƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s greatest fear was that if Pabakaren was netted by the Lankan forces he would spill the bean as to how terrorism was financed by the Norwegians?

Now, hold your horses, Solheim!ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  According to the rumors circulating, he was detained and questioned for three days and if I know our murderer, he would have spilled everything in order to save his own bacon!

So if I were you I wouldnƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t sleep soundly just yet Solheim!

Solheim informs ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Tens of thousands of people were killed the week before in a bloodbathƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ if so where is the proof? Indeed Germany under WWII had gassed millions of Jews, but the hardest part was getting rid of the evidence. And the Nuremberg tribunal brought out.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Such a cleanup up job would take a few battalions to execute.

Under the caption “JaglandƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s destructive egoƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚, Solheim qualify that the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”peace process in Sri Lanka was properly started only after Jagland and the Labor left the government after the elections of 2001ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢.

ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Another precondition for the peace process in 2001, paradoxically enough, was the change of government in Norway. VollebƒÆ’†’ƒ”š‚¦k had started the peace process in 2000, ThorbjƒÆ’†’ƒ”š‚¸rn Jagland brought it to a complete breakdown in 2001, but after the elections in the autumn 2001, Jan Petersen was able to pick it up again.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

Bizarrely enough, he keeps the name of Bondevik totally under wraps; though he was the Prime Minister and the Prime Planer and initiator of the whole gambit!

Solheim scorns ThorbjƒÆ’†’ƒ”š‚¸rn JutlandƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s style “for he had a dangerous belief that a person without knowledge can go into an area and make a difference.”

Indeed “He traveled to Sri Lanka as a Foreign Minister and was there for 13 hours in June 2001. It was the only time he was there, both before and since. Jagland had no significant knowledge of Sri Lanka and the peace process, but believed that he mastered the issues totally.”

Solheim further argue that ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-Jagland both stabbed his own (Norwegians) in the back, creating fuss in trying to make peace. The reason was that Jagland made an agreement with the Sri Lankan government without involving the Tamil Tigers.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

One is bound to question ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”pray what is the great knowledge Solheim had by comparison, except what the Tamil Catholics and Arne had instructed him.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢

If the truth be told, Jagland was not carrying any secreted barge as Bundavik and his side kicks Solheim and wesborge did. Jagland was not waging a holy war in the name of some fictive God; he was simply going by the labor party values of equal opportunity for everyone. Besides he was not made aware of the Catholic Eelam as being the ultimate target. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Surely you canƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t blame the man for what he does not know.

Question is; what is it Jagland and the Norwegians at large, was totally unacquainted with?

In order to get a peek at one of the most elaborately hatched plots of the last century; one must dive into the below given report commissioned by WAPS. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ In that sense it is a good indicator of what Solheim book does not say, and justify the bookƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s vagaries; but ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ above all why JaglandƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ is being blamed for the failed ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”peace quoƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢!

Posted on February 5th, 2012

Indeed the timing of HelgesenƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s historical arrival on the (24th January 1999) to Colombo was impeccable, in many ways than one. The Tamils propaganda onslaught had got the sympathy of the whole Norwegian nation by the 1990s.

The murder of Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi by LTTE terrorist was fast fading in to gray from the global and specifically Indian memory.

Occupying the presidential chair in Sri Lanka was Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga. She was rotten to the core. Surrounded by a bunch of ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”yes menƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ who were not second to her, in dumbness! Her regime was infiltrated by LTTE supporters and appeasers.

Then that once upon a time gunrunner of Jaffna, Jon Westborg was occupying the Norwegian AmbassadorƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s chair in Colombo.

http://www.asiantribune.com/oldsite/show_news.php?id=10875

Interestingly, we find the biggest Quisling of all time; Ranil Wickremasinghe has taken the centre stage in Sri Lanka, as its incumbent Prime Minister.

The Catholic action controlled English news in Lanka was working hand in glove with the UD, and blocked factual information from reaching the LankanƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s ears. They never disclosed that a total propaganda war has been initiated against Lankans by Norway. Kumar Rupasinghe should bear witness to this as he was one of the propagandists at the time.

On the other hand, Sri Lankans believe that the whole Norwegian nation were the culprit for their terrorists troubles. Nothing was further from the truth.

The real characters behind this game of smoke and mirrors did not act overtly to the world at large. The plotters wish to show the world that the whole Norwegian nation acted as a monolithic whole, vis a vis, Jaffna Tamils. Indeed they projected an illusion that there were no individuals pulling strings, but the whole of Norway acted in unison.

In fact, those who had hatched this scheme could be counted by ones fingers. Here I am specifically speaking of,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Kjell MagneƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Bondevik, Erik Solheim, JonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Westborg, and last but not least ArneƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Fjotoft.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Kjell MagneƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Bondevik

Kjell MagneƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Bondevik comes out as the adhesive for the whole gambit. He created opportunity gave direction and got a podium for the conspirators and got them the funds. Now he had melted away and acts as if he was disassociated.

Erik Solheim

Erik had such high regards for this mass murderer and hero worshiped him.

He informs he first was a Christian, but then lost his faith, and later has found it again.

Can we point to any qualifications what so ever that gives Eric an edge to carry out his intricate facilitation job? Without his Jaffna Tamil Catholic advisers, he would be one dead politician as he subsequently has become!

JonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Westborg

He was former Ambassador toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sri LankaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ (1996-2003) 7 years, and then Ambassador toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ IndiaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ (2003-2007) 4 years.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
Jon Westborg

Wiretap one: Norwegian Ambassador Jon Westborg and Pulidevan from the LTTE.

In this wiretap the ambassador gives information about the communications equipment and informs him that the Norwegians will pay for the added cost. This reveals a discussion between Westborg and Pulidevan about the transmission equipment that has been ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-dealt with and explained and arranged with Mr. Bradman Weerakoon.ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚

A total of six tons of equipment was delivered to the LTTE in 2002 including V-Sat equipment used in satellite communications. Westborg specifically instructs Pulidevan to send the fax direct to his residence at GregoryƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Road and not to the embassy.

We know that Bondevik was a man ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”lacking in valuesƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢, and Solheim was a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”babe in the woodsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢, so how should we qualify JonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Westborg. I would say, he was a pure Christian.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The type; that burnt an odd witch, and went on a holy war to kill the heathen in order to save the world.

But without Bondevik say so he would still be running guns to terrorists. Here the plot thickens.

Westborg was a rarity in the Norwegian foreign service. Indeed Bondevik had a special use for him; as a go between, him and Catholic Pabakaren, which propelled this unqualified ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Holier than thouƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ character, to grab the Ambassadorial chair in Colombo, for Norway.

Arne Fjotoft

Now this man was above the rest of riffraff and he is ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”as slippery as an eelƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢.

We have to assume that, when he entered Sri Lanka in 1967 his puritan attitudes must have been dominating. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Here we find common ground with Bondevik, which is to say; to disperse of ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”the good values and moralsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ to heathen in Lanka.

Under the circumstances the following points are indisputable, and can be recognized as facts.

Kjell MagneƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Bondevik,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ JonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Westborg, Erik Solheim and Arne FjotoftsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ were comrades in arms, knew each other well, and were covering each otherƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s backs, and were Christians to boot.

They were in cohort with the Catholic Tamils and conspired to destroy the Sinhalese Buddhists nation.

JonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Westborg andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Arne Fjotoft knew the mass murder Pabakaren personally. And had running contacts with him.

Now comes a more vital point which does not come under the category of facts but it will in, time to come.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  The surprising thing is that no one saw this connection.

Tsunami hit Killinochi on 25th of Dec. 2004.

How can Pabakaren survive in an underground bunker when the whole area was inundated with water?

So the real question is; was he in Mullaitheevu at all? In fact, was he in Sri Lank when Tsunami hit Killinochi on 25th of Dec. 2004?

According to some private intelligence that I am sitting with, when Tsunami hit Mullaithu, Pabakaren was in Oslo, spending his X charismas with Westborg and other Christian conspirators.

FurtherƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”The IslandƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ had reported that, an expensive coffin ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ…-for a top LTTE leaderƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”š‚ had been smuggled into a northern Tiger area inside a container carrying relief for tsunami survivors.(The expensive coffin information was leaked for good reason)

Indeed UD needed the time to get terror Boss back to Mullaithu incognito or Christian conspirators will be exposed in Norway.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  And in order to smuggle him back they needed at least 3 weeks. Accordingly they drew up a game plan. LTTE bought an expensive coffin from Colombo and acted as if they were going to bury an important LTTE member. They never told who this important person was, and it is still a secret who was that person?ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Everybody assumed that it was Pabakaren. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Indeed a red herring had been conjured up by Pabakaren to divert LankanƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s attention, and keep them suspended in limbo, so they wouldnƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢t trigger an investigation.

Now if we connect up the dots, we get a clear view of this smoke and mirrors. It murmurs of a plot so intricate, so farfetched, so mind boggling, that only a Catholic Jaffna Tamil could have put it together.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Erik Solheim, Kjell MagneƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Bondevik, JonƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Westborg and Pabakaren must have agreed by 2000 or there about, that they coordinate and cooperate their activity in order to gain a Catholic Eelam in Sri Lanka.

By 5thƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ December 2001 these basic conditions were in the bag.

Then in keeping to the ruse, LTTEƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s announced a unilateral ceasefire on the 19th Dec. Ranil follow suit with a month-ceasefire from 24 December 2001. Accordingly, on 27thƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ December 2001, Ranil gives a call to Kjell Magne Bondevik, and officially requests the Royal Norwegian Government (RNG) to recommence its facilitator role. Thus the great game of ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”illusionƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ has been set in motion.

There were 6 rounds of talks and Lankan dolts were waiting with anticipation for a positive outcome of these, which were:

1.)ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  16-18 September 2002 -Sattahip, Thailand

2.)ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  31 October ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚3 November 2002ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚Rose Garden Hotel, Thailand

3.)ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  2-5 December 2002 ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚Oslo,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Norway

4.)ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  6-9 January 2003 ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚Rose Garden Hotel, Thailand

5.)ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  7-8 February 2003 ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬‚ Norwegian Embassy, Berlin

6.)ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  18-21 March -Hakone, Japan

On21st April 2003, without any how do you do, LTTE announced its withdrawal from direct talks

In hindsight we can see that Pabakaren and Kjell have been playing a game of brinkmanship with the GOSL. They must destabilize the Sri Lankan state and frustrate the locals, for reasons best known only to them.

Uncle Tom Ranil implicitly trusted Kjell as he has secured to him the position of the Deputy Leader in the Christian Union.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  He also had been promised to get the Nobel Peace Prize once Eelam was in the box. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ I very much doubt if Kjell and Pabakaren ever trusted Ranil with the real game plan.

Moving on with plan, onƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 22 FebruaryƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 2002,ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ AmbassadorƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Jon Westborg acting asƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ go between Pabakaren and Ranil signed an agreement.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Kudos for Bondevik.

By thenƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Bondevik and co. was working intensively to get a whitewash done for LTTE and get its ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”terroristsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ identification, expunged.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  This in turn would inspire EU members to extend recognition of LTTE terrorists as a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”none terroristsƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ outfit. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Everything UD was doing then had a purpose at that point. For once LTTE terroristƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s epitaph was removed, LTTE automatically gains respectability. This in turn would open up the possibility to seek a mandate from UN for invading Sri Lanka similar to what France executed in Libya.

From here on we have to make some educated guesses as to what part each of these shifty characters contributed for the success of operation ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”EelamƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢.

Main functions of Bondevik

Exclusive priority was given by Kjell to put in place ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”a nicheƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ in the foreign ministry to deal with the peace facilitation in Lanka. He grants his pal Solheim the position of ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”The Chief peace facilitatorƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢. Obviously all of the vital positions in the niche organization were filled by trusted Christian cronies. With the formation of SLMM these facilitators gets a mandate to destabilize the Island from within.

In fact this ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”nicheƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ was a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”government within a governmentƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ within a government. No transparency, no accountability no responsibility was ever stipulated, including from the foreign office auditing.

Main functions ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Westborg

WestborgƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s main job was as being in liaison with the terrorist Boss Pabakaren. He also should use the secret founds in cash (in rupees) to bribe strategic secret operations and buying strategically placed bureaucrats.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ This money may have found its way to the coffers from the covert Sri Lankan Eelamists as well as secret Norwegian founds.

(As soon as it was confirmed that Prabhakaran was a ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”has beenƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ Westborg was sitting pretty with tons of RS. (Using those resources he has bought among other things 75 perch plot in the Victoria Golf Club at Rs 150000 a perch Now I am a member of Victoria Golf Club so I knowt his for a fact.)

Now ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”EelamƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ should have beenƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”a fat accompliƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ before the binging of ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 2005,

Westborg as the Ambassador in Sri Lanka could not be prolonged in Lanka ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ now (7 years),so he ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ got him the ambassadorship of India next(4 years);ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ this in order to keep him as liaison to have an a open line to Pabakaren.

Then we find nature ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”the weather GodƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ giving a helping hand to the Sri Lankan people. For we find:

2003ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ May ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” CountryƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s worst-ever floods leave more than 200 people dead and drive some 4,000 people from their homes.

2004ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ March ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” Renegade Tamil Tiger commander, known as Karuna, leads split in rebel movement and goes underground with his supporters.

Then the LTTE Chief realizes he has to go back to square one; which is the Suicide bombings, Assassinations, and intimidations of the Lankan people.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  And on:

2004ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ July ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” Suicide bomb blast in Colombo ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” the first such incident since 2001.

2004ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ December ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” More than 30,000 people are killed when a tsunami, massive waves generated by a powerful undersea earthquake, devastate coastal communities. 1/3 of terrorist carders were swept away.

Post tsunami BondevikƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s power was ebbing fast and he lost his control of the Eelam project by 2005.

Mahinda Rajapkse was declared president on November 19, 2005after winning the elections.

RanilƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  WickremasingheƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ hope for victory were effectively dashed when the LTTE ordered Tamil voters, most of whom would likely have voted for him, to boycott the polls. Why? I believe Norway and LTTE expected to get the Eelam before the 2005 election, but Ranil has not done his bit. So Prabhakaran told the Tamils not to vote.

Indeed by 2005 we find that Bondevik has lost his position as Prime Minister and by 2007 he was fighting to keep his name clean.

Hence the closure by theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ (LTTE), sluice-gates of Mavil Aru on July 26, 2006Prabhakaran thought the EU nations would come to his aids.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Perhaps they would have like to but dare not, as China and Russia was looking over their shoulders.

Mavil Aru was a crucial turning point in theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sri Lankan terrorists War. By 2007 things look bad for the creators of Eelam and the UD coordinator, for they lost control of the fast deteriorating situation. ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ China and Russian evolving as world powers and the Rajapkse brothers taken the reins of power by 2005 the conspirers came up against a granite wall.

Under the circumstances I would wish to ask this glorious peace facilitor Solheim just one question; Was the terrorist Boss Pabakaren in Oslo with Hans Westborg when Tsunami hit Sri Lanka, (on the 25thƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ of Dec. 2004)?

Simple no, yes or do not know will soffit! And if this is a fact then the whole report becomes factual!

    Mahinda,

I wished you had also included the roles played by the monks, specifically the JHU monks in directing MR and his brothers to eliminate the ltte. The Rajapkse brothers were all courting the ltte at that time and had to be reminded by these monks the consequences of our past leaders that courted with these deadly lunatics.

Some dispute between Endia and China over Ladakh. Endia blames China for INTRUSION into Ladakh by 10km. China refuses.

Hope this will lead to war. Or a diplomatic solution where India loses 10km of its LAC to China.

This is in Kashmir. So it has no easy solution.

One slimy smelly thread of rotting rat guts run through this whole narrative – Catholic Church. And yet very soon our President with his Catholic wife will go to kiss the hand of the new incumbent of the Universal Pedophile Protectorate the Vatican. He doesn’t know he is dealing with the Plague!

  4. Lorenzo Says:

Bloody Endia now trying to invade peaceful China over BS allegations. Typical. I hope Endia will go bust soon.

“India will take “every step” to protect its interests to resolve the situation arising out of deep incursion by Chinese troops into Indian territory in eastern Ladakh, defence minister AK Antony said Monday.

“We are taking every action to protect our interest… We will take every step to protect our interest,” he told reporters outside Parliament House.

He was asked the government’s response to the Chinese incursion some 10 to 12km deep into Indian territory.
Government sources have already said that India and China are in touch to resolve the issue of Chinese incursion into Indian territory in Daulat Beg Oldi (DBO) sector in eastern Ladakh and erecting a tented post.

According to government sources, the issue was raised by India after the incident came to light some time ago.
A Platoon-strength contingent of China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) came 10km inside the Indian territory in Burthe in DBO sector, which is at an altitude of about 17,000 feet, on the night of April 15 and established a tented post there, according to highly placed sources, which said that a Chinese Army Platoon usually consists of around 50 men.

Troops from Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) have also established a camp approximately 300 metres opposite the location, the sources said.

ITBP has asked for a Flag meeting with the Chinese side but there has been no response as of now, sources said.

When contacted, the spokesman of Udhampur-based Northern Command Col Rajesh Kalia said, “due to differences in perception of the Line of Actual Control (LAC) a few face-offs take place in the eastern Ladakh side. These are resolved amicably through existing mechanism.”
    He refused to elaborate.

The Ladakh Scouts, an Infantry regiment of the Indian Army and specializing in mountain warfare, has also moved towards the area where the situation was described as tense.

The place has not been known to have any permanent civilian population.
DBO, located in northernmost Ladakh, is an historic camp site and located on an ancient trade route connecting Ladakh to Yarkand in Xinjiang, China.
It lies at the easternmost point of the Karakoram Range in a cold desert region in the far north of India, just 8km south of the Chinese border and 9km northwest of the Aksai Chin LAC between China and India. Temperature plummets as low as minus 30 degree Celsius in the winters.

Lorenzo – I am sorry your prayers that “Bloody India will go bust soon ” will not be answered by God Almighty . But you can continue with your hatred against the more than 1 billion people of India , since we need some entertainment !

By the way, since you are not fully aware about the border problems China is facing , let me educate your feeble mind on this :

    a) China has a territorial dispute with Japan , and is claiming Japan’s Senkaku islands as its own. Both these countries nearly went to war over this recently , but Japan stood firm and told the Chinese not to mess around with them .

    b) China has a long standing Border Dispute with Russia, and border clashes occurred between both Armies in March 1969 .

    c) China has a territorial dispute with Vietnam over the Spratley Islands and the Paracel Islands in the South China Sea , and Vietnam was not cowed down by Chinese threats .

    d) China is having a dispute on the maritime boundary off the coast of central Philippines and the Luzon Strait with the Philippines

    e) China is having a Maritime boundary dispute north of Borneo between Vietnam, Malaysia and Brunei

    f) China has always had differences with India over its long borders along the state of Arunachal Pradesh and Tibet. They have fought one war in 1962 .

Lorenzo’s favourite country Pakistan also has border issues with Afganistan , and both Armies have clashed several times .

Therefore, it is evident that border issues are common in todays international scenario. India and China are both Nuclear powers now, and both countries realize the death and destruction a full-blown war will bring forth among both populations. Of course , some people are praying for this eventuality which will remain their fantasy ! We are interested in Realities – not Fantasies .

“Bloody India will go bust soon”

Listen to Sridaran, sitting behind a computer in a wealthy enclave and arrogantly talking as if India has achieved anything much since independence (apart from nuclear weapons). Say hello to the families living on your street outside your doorstep for me Sridaran. There is nothing to go bust for the teeming millions of Dalits, Harijans, Scheduled castes, tribals, Sikhs, most women and girls, Muslims and millions and millions of other oppressed and marginalised and poor in India. There are thousands of Indians, as I speak trying desperately to use every trick in the book to claim assylum or escape to wealthier countries. Marginalised groups have been oppressed or forced to live like animals in India for millennia. Just because they know no better or accept their lot, doesnt make it correct. The catch for India is, unless they bring the standard of living of these people up to globally acceptable standards, they can never aspire to be a superpower – or even to be a regular third world country because they are more like fifth world! However, to attempt to bring them up to even third world standards, the Indian establishment will have to commit suicide – or “eliminate” their poor people. In the meantime, the elite slavishly continues seeking approval from the west.

Yes Sridaran, your country wont go bust, because the majority of your people had nothing to begin with.

Voice 123, there is a common saying ” Comment is free – But facts are Sacred ” . This applies to you 100% . India and China are the economic giants of Asia – and both economies are growing well . Neither will go bust !! The only thing that will GO BUST is your paranoia !!! Be patriotic and love your own country – it applies to both you and me ! Erase racism and hatred from your bloodstream Voice 123 !!!!!! May the blessings of the triple gem be with you and help you with yr intelligence dear !!

  8. Voice123 Says:

Sridaran thanks for the cut and paste that came straight out of the CIA yearbook. You still didnt mention how more than 25 percent of Indian families live permanently on the street and around 50 percent dont have access to water or primary education – but wait – they are happy with their conditions of destitution, so it doesnt matter! You dont see this kind of situation in China or Africa or anywhere else. When the CIA is finished with your country they’ll be saying different things. Im not sure how my pointing out these facts about your country can be construed as “racism”. There is rampant racism in India – Indians racist towards different Indians. I have witnessed it myself and it aint pretty.
