    Good move by the president.

It shows we ACKNOWLEDGE other kings, princes and princesses too not ONLY British monarchs AHEAD of commonwealth meeting.

    Very good balancing act.

Very delighted to see Royals visiting SriLanka, when our prestigious event of Temple of Tooth ceremony takes place.

It would be just wonderful, NOW if only HRH Queen Eizabeth & HRHs Duke & Dutchess also accompany her to CHOGM in Lanka in November. We are very fortunate to have ROYALS visiting us, & I took the liberty of inviting DUKE & DUTCHESS of Cambridge, little HRH George to accompany Prince Charles to Lanka for this valuable & honourable occasion for Sri Lankans.

It is true it is very short notice, BUT if they come at least few hours of stay, if Queen Elizabeth is unablle to, it would be a very happy occasion for us in Sri Lanka.

I am sure if things go well, our Ambassoder Dr. Norris frmm London, can officially invite these Royals through HE President Rajapaksha. The GRACE & BEAUTY of our new Royals, will immensely give all concerned a JOYEOUS TIME. Dutchess of Cambridge has a very inviting & gracious SMILE & they are like her Mother late Priness Diane.

We also have the good fortune to have HRH Prince Harry who is involved in DE-MINING efforts in Sri Lanka, which also was a pet project of Late Princess Diane.

I know these are wishful thinking on my part as it is may NOT happen because of the very short notice. Nothing like trying.though….~…Again an expat from Canada .. mouthing off re: a NON political event……J
