The Rajapakse administration in 2009 rescued SL from ‚ ‚ three decades of Tiger Terrorism , that denied‚  twenty million Sri Lankans‚  the most basic human right, the right to life. Since then SL has overwhelmingly endorsed this administration in Presidential, Parliamentary and Provincial elections. Following demining, three hundred thousand displaced Tamil civilians have been resettled . ‚ 12000 ‚ rehabilitated‚  former combatants , six hundred child soldiers‚  reunited with parents, now pursue normal civilian lives . The war ravaged regions have been rebuilt recording 24% growth vs national average of 7%. Even Callum Macrae , the producer ‚ of ‚ a series of films falsely maligning Sri Lanka is, ‚ back in SL to cover the CHOGM. Is this -authoritarianism- ?

Pitched against SL is the Tiger Diaspora who funded the terror in Sri Lanka now aiming to terrorize SL again‚ ‚  through misinformation‚  ‚ orchestrated by the Amnesty International having received a grant of $50,000 from them in Canada in 2012. Sitting in judgment in a dispute between Sinhalese and Tamils in SL, is the Tamil UNHRchief.‚  How impartial can they be?

The -Blot- would be if the CHOGM fails to recognize this unfairness.
