Chandrika is going around saying all the development projects were planned under her leadership. Now she claims even 75% of the conflict with the Tigers were won under her. We know all these utterances are untrue but Chandrika is relying on the LTTE technique of lying as many times as possible till at least some people accept it as the truth.
However, it would be interesting to see General Fonseka’s reaction. We know it was under President Rajapakse and Genneral Fonseka as the commander of the Army that Tigers were totally defeated. But according to Chandrika’s claim, General Fonseka had only completed the last 25% only. Can the good General let us know, which version is true?

This just shows hot out-of-touch CBK is with the voters of Sri Lanka. They will re-elect Rajapaksa because he ENDED terrorism and has brought peace, stability and economic development and growth to the country, something she, Ranil and Maithripala are incapable of doing based on their past record or lack of a record.
