Good Governance “Yahapalanaya” concept was a conspiracy for UNP to come to power using Maithripala Sirisena as the cats paw. Mithripala Srisena was one of the 12 children of a poor ex soldier who got 6 acres of Paddy Land from DS Senenayaka under Polonnaruwa govi Janapadaya. He worked as a Grama Sevaka for a little salary before he got the scholarship to Maxim Gorky Institute of Literature to do Russian Political science. Before that in 1971 he was sent to prison for one and a half years for JVP activities and re-rehabilitated. It is very difficult for him to communicate with foreign leaders, so Mangala and Ranill will always be taking the lead.

On the other hand Rajapaksa family was very rich from the time of British. Their uncle DR was a Member of the State Council. Those days every Jack and Jill could not go to Parliament. After independent MR’s father GR entered the Parliament. They had thousands of acres of plantations in Deniyaya and hundreds of Paddy Land in Tissamaharamaya by year 1960.Lots of Sri Lankans who had only few Rupees of savings became billionaires between 1980 and 2000. What can we say about people who already had money.
Sri Lankans would have kept on voting MR with a majority for many years. Ranil made a trip to USA and the West meeting the leaders and complaining about the MR government. They were the mastermind of “how to remove Rajapaksa” Diaspora was the main partner in this plan. Demolishing Rajapaksa name is the main item in “Yahapalanaya” 100 day program. After 100 days only power in Sri Lanka will be UNP. JVP will be in the opposition, TNA will get Federal state, which later will become the Elam.

1st – MR was accused saying he called army to help to stay in power after losing. An army Brigadiers said they were not aware of such a coup(a coup only Mangala was aware of).
- Ravi said there was an account in Thaprobane Branch of Bank of Ceylon in the Name of Gotabaya for 7.5 M and he transferred it to Central Bank. Gota gave a clear reply. New Deference Secretary confirmed Gota was right. MR3 is asking Deference Secretary to explain why he lied(Kakille Rajjuruwo)
- Made a big ha-ho about the floating Armory in Gall harbor “Mahanuwara”. UNP and Maithri put the countries security as well as the shipping lines that depended on Mahanuwara for heir safety in danger By trying to sling mud on last government, these idiots gave away the classified information.
- Reinstated former corrupted CJ. She was impeached by a Parliamentary committee(where Siripala was a member) for her fraudulent acts using her position as CJ. ie Taking the authority away from another judge who was in-charge of Golden Key Card case. Sold the property of Alwitigala Mawatha to her siblings for next to nothing. (4a) Investor are waiting to salvage as much as possible from it. (4b) She broke Bankruptcy laws by selling the luxury apartments. (4c) At the enquiry she said she did not buy it for her-self or with her money, she bought them for her siblings in Australia(if she was telling the truth She helped her siblings to hood wink Australian Tax Office).
- Now they after KP, to prove that Rajapaksa got billions from him by getting together with him. By embracing KP MR did a clever thing for that time. He split LTTE and got lots of secret information about LTTE which helped to win the war. In fact KP is a friend of Sri Lankan people and help to bring peace to the country. 4 years after the war even Wall street journals admitted that Sri Lankan Economic growth has never been so good in the history of that country.

I am mad and also sad that Mangal going around the world that they are ready to give Tamil separate state. Looks like Jaffna Parippu Joseph has manipulated and hoping get PEELAm at last. My3 owe some explanation for the families who lost their love ones who sacrificed for the mother land. Finally My3 will have to move to Sinhala area when Peelam is established.

Namaste: We are blinded by Indian imperialists like in the other Indian colonies from Fiji to Guyana. Under the DSS the UNP they started helping the poor Sinhalase who lost their land under the Crown Lands Ordinace of1840 to the Indian occupation and colonization by settling them on land neglected by the British Indian Empire. All these were abandoned by 1956 SWRD’s mob. Maithripala Senanayake ; no relative of DSS. MS became the Minister of Irrigation and his wife a Tamil ran the Department and no more Sinhala settlements and the Sinhalese were neglected and Indians were settled there. Sirisena’s were lucky they didn’t have to sell their land and move out. It all done by Indian imperialists.

When people with brains speak out the truth some facebook idiots go on calling them unpatriotic. Any idiot should understand that this was a coup orchestrated by the Americans and Indians. How come an inexperience guy suddenly became the President of Sri Lanka? Everyone knows about this Tie Coat guy Ranil how cunning he is and the relationship he was having with the western Govts in the past and to date. Why nobody is investigating the tape conversation Rajitha was having with coup plotters. How come everyone forgot all this in a sudden. The election win was a coup whether people do not agree with me or not. There were rumors of vote rigging in some areas in the North and East with the help of foreign collaborators. It’s the truth.
Current President is like a puppet on a string. Actual actors are Ranil,chandrika,Awamangalaya,Rajitha and the JVP who run the show. JVPer’s have started to lick Ranils feet and they are the mouth piece for him and for the Yahapalana Thugs. They were well paid by coup plotters. Some ex-JVPer’s and LTTE sympathizers are running the American backed Govt. at the moment. If you love your country please get them out if not we will see the end of our sovereign nation.

Putting the record straight regarding the Rajapakse family history as stated in the article above since some statements are incorrect….
The Rajapakses were a highly respected land-owning middle class family hailing from the Beliatta area near Tangalla in the Hambantota district. MR’s father was DA Rajapakse (not ‘GR’, as stated in the story). DA was brother of the well-known and respected politician DM Rajapakse of the UNP. DA had followed his brother into UNP politics, but gained fame and respect in the SLFP as the SWRD loyalist who crossed the floor with the latter and helped form a new party, the SLFP. That is how Mahinda and brothers who also turned to politics stayed with the SLFP. However, DM Rajapakse’s sons Lakshman and George who also were politicians, remained with the UNP as I remember.
In addition to other plantation property, the Rajapakses had very large paddy holdings. The SLFP’s Paddy Lands Act and Land Reform legislation must have affected them as well, and they may have lost many of their acres as did the bulk of the land-owning UNP. These latter still hold a grudge against the SLFP for this reason, although they were recompensed during the JRJ era. The Rajapakse progeny (wxcept BasilRhave remained SLFP politicians from the Tangalla and Hambantota electorates.

President’s allocation in the budget has been reduced by US$ 700,000,000!! Or rupees 90,000,000,000!!
OMG! That is a HUGE number. That is equal to rupees 4,500 per person additional money going to the president’s allocation until now!!!
This is CRIMINAL. Imagine a family of 4 persons appa, amma, 2 kids. They had to pay an additional 18,000 rupees a year for the president!! That is more than 200 loaves of bread!!

When people paid in 200+ loaves of bread to UPKEEP the president, they were living the high life. Even Ferdinand Marcos looks like a small town thief.

That is right but it is NO excuse. OFFICIALLY only the defence ministry came under him and defence already got 210,000,000,000 rupees!
The others were NOT assigned to respective ministries because then MR cannot use that money the way he wanted.
My3 is running the country WITHOUT ANY DEFICIENCY by cutting 90,000,000,000 rupees from the president’s allocation. NO institution was closed!!
I KNOW you are a patriot. But patriots kept quiet when these horrible things happened. That is the main problem.
Just imagine if MALINGA demands $1 million to play the world cup. Is it fair? NO. Just because he is a match winner doesn’t mean he is worth so much. MR is certainly NOT worth to preside over 90,000,000,000 rupees when his family had an allocation of over 350,000,000,000 already!!

Everybody talks about Rajapksa family what about the Bandaranayake ,Senanayaka,Sirisena,Premadasa families who were there before and did the same during their times. Except Senanayaka family all the rest had some dirt on their hands. So don’t think only Rajapksa was corrupt. Prove it then only you can judge anybody. This so called Yahapalanaya won’t last for ever we can see their last dance pretty soon. Adios Gringos.

Many economists are predicting a massive crash of the US economy like what happened in 2008. They say it will be bigger than what happened in 2008. When that happens since our western puppets in suits have aligned Sri Lanka with the west we will crash along with them. President Rajapaksa had tied the Sri Lanka Rupee to the Yuan instead of the US $ for three years. I think this was not acceptable to the West which is why they pumped money in to the coup to get rid of MR. It was the same for Gaddaffi. He was going to sell oil for the Libyan currency instead of the US $. If and when the crash comes all the suited puppets will look very foolish. I hope you are right. However the $ crash is being predicted by some eminent economists. Last time in 2008 Obams was there to bail out the banks and save the country. This time he will not be there. Read the book if you can and take the advice as to how to avoid crashing with the crash. Let us hope for the best.
