Where are the Buddhist organizations?
Are they formed simply to hold meetings, dansals, wesak celebrations and be invited for opening ceremonies?
Do they not realize that they play a pivotal role in making sure the identity of the Buddhist heritage remains in Sri Lanka and work towards inculcating amongst the youth and adult the needed nationalism that would ensure we do not fall prey to multicultural, liberal and interfaith agenda…. alas the Pope became the heroes of the Buddhists? WHY because not a single Buddhist organization was brave enough to demand an apology for the crimes of the Church, instead they were like the former President willing to go and kneel down and kiss the hand of the Pope whose Vatican is a Government and a country that is workgn towards expanding their flock of people by conversions.
WAKE UP Buddhists.. before long your children will be going to church because you and your organizations have failed to deliver…. and there is no karma worse than playing a role in the demise.
Have you had a look at the new cabinet. Do none of your organizations plan to demand why the Buddha sasana ministry should now be Buddhist Affairs… if you cant write in English why don’t you hire some writers … if you cant write in English write in Sinhala.

So, only a few are claimed to be buddhists. Other than that, Wahabis, born Again christians, and chtristians/catholics.
Two dissanayakes are not suitable as leaders. Because, they are not honest. If I were the party leader, I would sack them.

Percy you are correct when saying “WAKE UP BUDDHISTS” Yes Islamists,Christians and Hindus will take over our country if our Buddhist monks do not get united and save it without taking sides in politics. Their place is in the temple.Their duty is to promote Buddhism not politics. They are there to advise the Govt whether black or white to go on the correct path. They have a duty on behalf of all Buddhists to preach only the good not running behind politicians and enjoy all the luxury they provide for their services.
The Buddhist Monks were sacred in olden days but now they were acting like western gangsters fighting,arguing,disturbing the peace sometimes but not all some few. Some live luxury lives. Instead of preaching Buddhism they preach hatred,Instead of uniting they divide the people. While Monks fighting each other the rest Hindus,Muslims and Christians promote their religions wisely and effectively through out the country. The Buddhists looks on while they build Mosques,Churches,Kovils around the country with the help of politicians and NGO’s from abroad. So as Percy says “WAKE UP BUDDHISTS” before outsiders come and wipe our Sinhala race and our sacred religion Buddhism from our beloved country Sri Lanka.

Unpatriotic party (UNP) is responsible for the mess Sinhalese are, especially Sinhalese Buddhists, in. Unpatriotic Party takes orders from US, UK, France, Germany, Norway etc. etc. All Catholic countries. But pea-brained, short sighted Sinhalese idiots think it is fashionable to be Unpatriotic Party supporters. So they dig their and their fellow Sinhalese graves in the long run. To make matters worse the Catholics in the Unpatriotic Party run the show, while Sinhalese idiots who are
