All patriotic Sri Lankans should be grateful to Mr Wimal Weerawansa

Mr Wimal Weerawansa and his family is today suffering today from the ruthless acts of the so called ‘Yaha Plana’ government of Ranil Wickramasinghe ( I would not call this a government of My3pala Sirsiena as he is only a puppet used by the West to bring Ranil to power) because of his fearless actions to protect Sri Lanka.
Prior to 2005 when Wimal was in the JVP, he organised protest marches to bring down the Ranil Wickramasinghe government which signed a pact with the LTTE. He was in the forefront to bring Mr Mahinda Rajapakse to power in 2005 when the country was virtually divided and LTTE was ruling the North and East of Sri Lanka with it’s own military, Police, courts and civil administration. Then again, when the JVP left the Mahinda Rajapakse government prior to end of the war, It was Wimal Weerawansa who saved the government by aligning with the government. Had Mahinda Rajapakse government fallen prior to end of the war in 2009, history of Sri Lanka would have been different or it would have been permanently divided by now.
What happened during the last presidential election was a conspiracy of some of the Western countries which bought not only My3Pala Sirisena, Rajitha Senaratne an d the JHU but the JVP as well through a conspiracy and today Ranil, the lackey of USA/UK is ruling the country after gaining power through the back door. Wimal may have weaknesses but he is a true patriot unlike Champika, Athureliye Rathana or the JVP leaders who have helped the West for their own benefit and brought Ranil back to power. There is no person other than Mahinda Rajapakse who can prevent Ranil’s treacherous actions to please the anti national elements and the LTTE diaspora.
Mr Wimal Weerwansa ‘s family have been shamelessly targeted by the Yama Palana government for uniting all patriots to bring back Mahinda Rajapakse. However Ranil and his cohorts will never succeed to suppress the voice of the majority. It reminds me of the following Sinhala poem.

if Rajapakse returns to power due to an election under peaceful conditions, then the majority have spoken
if Rajapakse returns to power due an election under conditions of ethnic tensions then it is reaction to those tensions. He will return to rectify a problem and not necessarily continue where he left off
If Rajapakse returns to power because the situation has got out of hand and Sri Lanka is facing yet another war then I hope we all learn that a massive political change is needed. Sri Lanka needs to realize that it is home only to the SINGHALESE CULTURE AND PEOPLE TO BUDDHISM AND NOTHING ELSE.
Tamils have a bigger presence and have played a more central role in all of the :Dravidian states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala but none of them have even made Tamil a second official language. Keep that in mind and Ignore the protests of the UNHRC in the same manner Putin is doing.
If Rajapakse never returns to power and new governments govern Sri Lanka it is still important to address why Tamil Nadu continues to host pro Tamil Tiger outfits, why the Tamil National Alliance consults with Chennai and New Delhi when no other political party in Sri Lanka does that (regarding domestic issues, why Tamil Majority places in Sri Lanka are called “Tamil Homelands” to finally the burning issue of amendment 13.

Wimal Weerawansa is a TOP PATRIOT. That is why the LTTE-UNP is punishing his family.
IF MR comes back to power, there are MANY scores to settle.
BUT for MR to come to power, he should promise to SCRAP 13 amendment. Otherwise NO CHANCE.
VIGNESWARAN’S TNA NPC and SLMC+UPFA Muslim group’s EPC toppled MR’s govt. It was the 13 amendment that toppled MR.

Nimal R: your are far away from S/L. For your information this “Politician” Mr. Weerawansa was one of those responsible for the defeat of ex President Mr. Mahinda Rajapakse. At the Kaduwela meeting this man was the main speaker and when he “screamed” : “Sirisenayo! Srisenayo! Palayan! Palayan, Chuthawelama Palayan” the crowed started the hoot and he estimated that shouting it to be in appreciation. With that “reaction” instantaneously I knew Mr. MR will lose the Colombo vote. So do you want all “Patriots” (what type of “patriots”?) to honour this man Mr. Weerawansa who was a party to the defeat of Mr. MR. If you know what is going on inside the SLFP, you will never say such a thing. Most of the members of the SLF are trying to “distance” themselves from this politician for the safety of the party as well as themselves. For your information even Mr. MR is conscious of this fact. It is no doubt a good sign.

Our Stanley Perera who went to speak to this man after an appointment was completely devastated seeing is $10000 pen and terrible attention given to him.
Whether is WW or anyone else we should understand the term “PATRIOT” deeply.

Wimal is a great Patriot. He is from grass roots stock and has made good as he truly cares for the country. He expresses his feelings with passion and some in the presnt illegal govt do not like that ….
Current trouble with the illegal govt is due to WW fearless speeches. The cowardly current govt is running after Mrs SW passport matter whilst big sharks are ignored. Anyway the passport matter seems to be an error on the part of the passport office and they have pasted the blame on Mrs SW.

I supported MR from 2005 until the UNTIMELY ELECTION and NOT scrapping 13 amendment. I spent money for his election campaign in 2010. I spent LESS money in 2014 for My3 campaign.
But I NEVER HATED MR. I ONLY wanted to CORRECT MR. When a kid disobeys you deprive him his toys. You never KILL him!
WW is the BEST in the MR camp. PRO-CBK SLFPers are against WW because he is a patriot. They are the same losers who will do anything for some money.
MR WON in 2005 thanks to WW. Wimal ran a HIGH OCTANE campaign to win MR. The so called “most SLFPers” were just parasites undecided between MR and CBK.
SLFP under Nimal Siripala is WORSE than UriNePee under Run-nil.
IF you think jailing a politician’s wife because “most of the members of the SLF are trying to “distance” themselves from this politician”, then get ready with all UNP, etc. wives when their turn in prison comes!!!

He is a true son of Mother Lanka. He is so clever that he can read the situation and all out to protect the motherland. Similar to a dog protecting its master. It can go to great lengths. WW is similar. He will go to great lengths to protect the motherland. He was demanding MR to improve his performance but finally he had to back down and I think he had to dilute his demands in order to be in the Alliance and to support MR.
At Nugegoda, they were trying to bring back MR not because he likes MR personally. I don’t believe that. Their thinking cannot be identical. They cannot be good friends from the behaviour patterns. I think, it is by thinking of the country and to protect the country he needs MR in the fore front. We have the lion to lead in MR and WW had read the situation correctly.
One thing he should learn is to become settled down and be patient rather than shouting from top of his voice even in the Parliament. He will eventually learn and get more matured.
Now he is barking similar to Sajith Premadasa in high octave, which will take away the leadership image and educated and matured people will hesitate to follow him in public although they sense a true patriot in him. At present he is playing to the gallery.
If WW reads this, hope he will change his attitude but not the love towards Mother Lanka. This is my honest comment for him. We need him. A good cricket captain is able to read the game properly and change the action plan instantaneously. They are the ones who win at the end of the day. I see a good leader who can read the political situation in WW. Hope he can change his image within the educated and professional circle to make them follow him.

No other leader than Wimal Weerawansa have stood against our enemies in various occasions in public and in Parliament. He is genuine patriot who has fought on behalf of the country for many years. He is a strong politician who has guts unlike other useless politicians on both sides. He worked hard to save our country during war giving lectures abroad and in various places around the country. He supported the then Govt in many occasion when they were in difficult situations. People love to hear him on the stage. For some most hated person is him in Sri Lankan politics.
Let the UNP thugs harass you or intimidate you and your family, just be strong like a lion and face it like true worrier Wimal because millions are standing behind you at this very moment. Truth will prevail and the liars will face the end of the road pretty soon.

Wimal and Sashi Weerawansa are being hounded just to keep the public who support Yahapalana satisfied that something is being done re all that was loudly proclaimed about corruption. Now everyone knows they are harassing small fry while the big fish are going free.
Now behind all this also at this time is the role played by WimalW in the Nugegoda Rally, and his passionate call to the attendees that the message of the rally be taken to every corner and every village of the country.
To RW and the Yahapalana crowd this has been a cause for real jitters!

Kerala: 33 million 10% Tamil or 3 million 3 hundred thousand
All belonged to the Madras Presidency with Madras as the Capital
All the languages in one way or another originated from Tamil
All the states shared common empires and dynasties such as the Chola, Pallava, Chera, Pandya Vijayanagar.
Tamil is the mother tongue to the Dravidian Family of Languages
It is not remotely connected to Singhalese or has made a significant contribution to the history or formation of the culture and civilization of Sri Lanka.
It has however played a major role in the modern Indian Dravidian states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Telangana.
To impose Tamil on Sri Lanka and the Singhalese while not doing the same in the Dravidian states of India is nothing short of TAMIL IMPERIALISM.

The Sri Lankan military has the right to any part of Sri Lanka. Tamils DO NOT have the right to call any part of Sri Lanka as
‘TAMIL HOMELANDS” and those provinces are NOT TAMIL PRIVATE LANDS. The Sri Lankan military including the police have the right to enter PRIVATE PROPERTY if they deem it is necessary in the case of a criminal investigation or national security. that includes any privately held property by anyone.
I will not give the stats of how many minority Dravidians or non Dravidians live in Tamil Nadu since the issue is the imposition of Tamil over Sri Lanka. NO OTHER DRAVIDIAN SPEAKING COMMUNITY IN SRI LANKA IS DEMANDING THIS.

More than anyone organisation, the JVP is hell bent on destroying those who left them, such as Wimal Weerawansa and Kumar Guneratnam.
You would note that, whenever Wimal Weerawansa makes a statement hoards of JVP supporters and anti-nationalist forces would abuse, slander and ridicule him, rather than debate the issues. I hope Wimal Weerawansa will have the strength to go on supporting Sri Lanka’s interests and not buckle under pressure fro unruly and unpatriotic elements.
It seems his latest “crime” is being a party to the successful “Nugegoda meeting”, which would have embarrassed anti-national elements as well as those dreaming to be the next Prime Minister, such as Nimal Siripala and Ranil Wicks.

THE SUFFERING OF THE SINGHALESE PEOPLE BEFORE THE WAR, – Wrong I called MR as King of Mother Lanka even though He kill our Self declare Thesiya Thalaivar VP .
Sad he order to killed so many Tamils at Nanthikaddal to kill VP. He could have done differently to avoid these killing but liberated 297,000 peoples & put them in 3 years (IDP camp ) in prison in our own mother Land it is pain & anger.
