ජාතික විධායක සභාව

මේ තීරණය ගත් රැස්වීමට මාදුළුවාවේ සෝභිත හිමියන් සහභාගි වූ සේක් දැයි දැනගැනීමට ක්‍රමයක් නැත. උන්වහන්සේ පසුගිය දිනෙක ප්‍රකාශ කර තිබුණේ තමන්වහන්සේට ජාතික විධායක සභාවේ රැස්වීම් ගැන නොදන්වන බව ය. එසේ කියා උන්වහන්සේට ඒ වැදගත් සභාව ගන්නා තීරණවලින් නිදහස් වීමට නො හැකි ය. රැස්වීම්වලට සහභාගි වුවත් නැතත් උන්වහන්සේ ඒ වැදහත් සභාවෙහි සාමාජිකත්වය දරණ තාක් එහි තීරණවලට උන්වහන්සේ ද වගකිව යුතු ය.
ඒ කෙසේ වෙතත් ජාතික විධායක සභාව පිහිටුවනු ලැබ ඇත්තේ කිනම් පනතක් යටතේ ද , කිනම් ඇමතිවරයකු විසින් ද, කැබිනට් මණ්ඩලය විසින් ද, පාර්ලිමේන්තුව විසින් ද, ගැසට් නිවේදනයකින් ද ආදී වශයෙන් කරුණු රාශියක් දැනගැනීමට අවශ්‍ය වෙයි. ගමක මරණාධාර සමිතියක් පිහිටුවීමේ දී ද අනුගමනය කළ යුතු ක්‍රියාදාමයක් වෙයි. එයට ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් වෙයි. එහි වැඩ කටයුතු කෙරෙන පිළිවෙළක් වෙයි. එයට අයත් බලතල වෙයි. එයට කළ හැකි වැඩ හා කළ නොහැකි වැඩ වෙයි.
ජාතික විධායක සභාවට ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් වේ ද? එහි කටයුතු කෙරෙන්නේ කෙසේ ද? ඒ සභාවට යම් නීත්‍යානුකූලභාවයක් වේ ද? ඒ නීත්‍යානුකූලභාවය ලැබෙන්නේ කෙසේ ද? ඒ සභාව ගන්නා තීරණ ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන්නේ කෙසේ ද? අප දන්නා තරමින් ජාතික විධායක සභාවට පුද්ගලයන් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට, සිරභාරයට ගැනීමට බලයක් නැත. බලයක් නැතිව තීරණ ගන්නේ කෙසේ ද? ගන්නා තීරණ ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන්නේ කෙසේ ද?
ජාතික විධායක සභාව අඩුම තරමෙන් කැබිනට් උපදේශක මණ්ඩලයක් ද? ජනාධිපති මෛත්‍රිපාල සිරිසේන හෝ වෙනත් අයකු හෝ මේ පිලිබඳ පැහැදිලි පිළිතුරක් දිය යුතු ය. එසේ නොමැතිනම් ජාතික විධායක සභාව ජාතික විකට සභාව බවට පත්වීමේ අවදානමක් ඇත.
ඇතැම් විට ළමයි සෙල්ලම් පාර්ලිමේන්තු පිහිටුවති. එසේ සෙල්ලම් පාර්ලිමේන්තුවල කටයුතු කිරීමෙන් ළමයි විනෝද වෙති. ජාතික විධායක සභාවත් එවැනි සෙල්ලම් ආයතනයක් ද? කිසි දිනෙක බලයට පැමිණීමට නොහැකි කිහිප දෙනකුට ඉඳහිට රැස්වී තමන්ට නිල බලයක් නැති වුවත් තීරණ රැගෙන තේ කෝප්පයක් බී ගිලන්පස වළඳා සතුටු වීමට තැනක් ලබාදීම එතරම් වරදක් නො වේ. එහෙත් මේ විකට වටයට වියදම් වන්නේ එහි සාමාජිකයන්ගේ මුදල් විය නො හැකි ය. යහපාලනය අනුව මෙවැනි ආයතනයකට මහජන මුදල් වියදම් කිරීමට හැකි ද? සාධාරණ සමාජයක් ඇති කිරීමට මෙවැනි ආයතනයක් මහජන මුදලින් පිහිටුවිය හැකි දැයි සෝභිත හිමියන් අප වැනි හුදී ජනයාගේ පහන් සංව්ගය පිණිස වදාරන්නේ ද?

ෂෝ- භීත හිමියනි ශ්‍රී මුඛයෙන් බැරි නම් අධෝමුඛයෙන් හරි මේවාට උත්තර දෙන්න බෝම්බ නැවැත්වීම ගැන ඇ ය් මෙතරම් තරහ .කොය් කවදද කුට්ටි වලට යට වුනේ චීවරය රැ කුනෙත් ත්‍රස්තයෝ නැතිවුනාට පසු නේද

Who ever in the British High Commission of Sri lanka can not be promoting Sri lanka or Sri lankan values. He/she taught Mrs. sirisena to bend the way she bent was pathetic.
The way we Sinhala people greet is excellent and genuine. We keep our hands together, our “mapatgilla” pointed towards the heart is very sinsere and has a great meaning.
Instead, she was taught to show the sub ordination to the queen.
That was colonial mentality.

What we seen today in Sri Lanka is the lowest standard of human dignity. As a country, a nation and as an individual, true Sri Lankans must hide there heads in shame. Most of the leaders in the west and neighbouring country treat our president as a ‘rila patiya who dance to the orders of his master Ahikuntikaya’ Going to see the queen may be a big opportunity for some and good enough reason to bend down for the ‘previllage granted’ Then come other heroes such as Camoran and Modi and advice us how to improve our human rights and change the constitution. The Mangal give and interview to the Hindu and promise they will somehow fram Raajapakshas. Have we ever seen our fellow Sri Lankan utter such nonsonse to foreign media condeming our own leaders. Is there is story that the God make some people go mad before they are detroyed. Probably that is what happeining now.

Most of the Yahapalana leaders do not have any public support at all. They are there by force and utter words which has no value to the public in this country. People knows that these are bunch of fools and Idiots who are there to satisfy the Foreigners for their own benefits. Anyone who condemns or work against Rajpaksa’s were treated like heroes in America and in the west. Awamangalaya,CBK,Ranil and some of yahapalana stooges were all paid servants of the west and they will do anything to bring our country down. If anything happens America is ready to take them and offer them asylum and also give medals for their heroics. America is already happy and praised the Yahapalana Govt for releasing that LTTE woman last week and that show how these western Govts work and what are their motives. Step by step they are coming closer to their unfinished Goal which our fools cannot understand. We have to fight if not there won’t be a country to call us Home. So prepare my dear countrymen.
