රණවිරුවාගේ සිට ඝාතකයාගේ භූමිකාව දක්වා

වෛද්‍ය රුවන් එම් ජයතුංග
යාපනයේ මිරුසිවිල්හිදී දරුවන් දෙදෙනෙකු ඇතුළු ද්‍රවිඩ ජාතික සිවිල් පුරවැසියන් අටදෙනකු අමානුෂික ලෙස ගෙල කපා ඝාතනය කිරීම ඇතුළු චෝදනා 17කට වරදකරු වූ යුද හමුදා මාණ්ඩලික සැරයන් රත්නායක මුදියන්සේලාගේ සුනිල් රත්නායකට මරණ දඬුවම නියමවී තිබේ. යුද හමුදා ගජබා රෙජිමේන්තුවේ විශේෂ විමර්ශන අනුඛණ්ඩයක සේවයේ යෙදී සිටි මෙම සෙබළා බොහෝ ක්‍රියාන්විත වලට සහභාගි වී ක්‍රියාන්විතයේදී තුවාලද ලබා සිටි යුද අත්දැකීම් බහුල පුද්ගලයෙකි. මොහු මෙම ඝාතන කරන ලද්දේ ක්‍ෂිතිමය යුද ආතතියට ලක්වී සිටීම නිසා බවට උපකල්පනය කිරීමේ සාධක තිබේ. එසේ නැතහොත් විශේෂිත දුර විහිදුම් ක්‍රියාන්විත වල යෙදුනු දක්‍ෂ සොල්දාදුවෙකු අමු අමුවේ ළමුන්ගේ බෙලි කපන්නේ නැත.
තිස් අවුරුදු යුද්දය නිසා මෙවැනි යුද ආතතියට ලක්වී සිටින සොල්දාදුවෝ බොහෝ දෙනෙක් සමාජයේ සැරිසරති. යුද ආතතියට පත් වූ සොල්දාදුවන්ට ප්‍රතිකාර කිරීම සඳහා විශේෂඥ මනෝ වෛද්‍ය නීල් ප්‍රනාන්දු මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් මා ඇතුළු වෛද්‍යවරු කිහිප දෙනෙක් යුද හමුදා රෝහලේ ඒකකයක් ස්ථාපිත කලෙමු. මෙම ඒකකයට වෛද්‍ය සමන්ත වාකීෂ්ට , වෛද්‍ය මනෝජ් ප්‍රනාන්දු වැනි වෛද්‍යවරුද පූර්ණ සහාය ලබා දුන්හ. මෙම ඒකකය සාර්ථල ලෙස ක්‍ෂිතිමය යුද අත්දැකීම් වලට ලක් වූ පශ්චාත් ව්‍යසන ක්ලමථ අක්‍රමතාවට (PTSD) ගොදුරු වූ සොල්දාදුවන් රැසකට ප්‍රතිකාර ලබා දෙන ලදි.
දිනෙන් දින ජනප්‍රිය වන මෙම ඒකකයේ සාර්ථකතාව නොඉවසූ ඉරිසියාව , කුහකකම සහ මෝඩකම ඉහට ගැසූ යුද හමුදා රෝහලේ එක්තරා අණ දෙන නිලධාරියෙකු විසින් මෙකී ප්‍රතිකාර ඒකකයට බොහෝ බාධා පමුණුවා අවසානයේදී එය වසා දමන ලදි. ඔහු සිතුවේ එම පියවර මගින් මෙම ඒකකයේ සේවය කරන ලද වෛද්‍යවරුන්ට කෙළවනු ඇතැයි සිතාය. ඔහුගේ අනුමානය වැරදී ගියේය. එම ඒකකයේ සේවය කරන ලද වෛද්‍යවරු අද දින ලෝකයේ ප්‍රධාන පෙලේ ප්‍රතිකාර මධ්‍යස්ථාන වල සේවය කරති. ඔහුගේ ක්‍රියාව නිසා කෙළ වූයේ යුද්දයේ බර ඇද්දාවූ රත්නායක මුදියන්සේලාගේ සුනිල් රත්නායක වැනි ගම් වලින් පැමිණි යුද ආතතියට ලක්වූ සොල්දාදුවන්ටය, යුද ආතතිය නිසා ඝාතන සිදු කොට පසුව බෝගම්බර බන්ධනාගාරයේදී දිවි නසාගත් මේජර් අනුරුද්ධ විජයබාහු වැනි නිලධාරීන්ටය.
2009 යුද්දය අවසානයත් සමග මේ වන විට සොල්දාදුවෝ 400 අධික ප්‍රමාණයක් දිවි නසාගෙන තිබේ. බොහෝ සොල්දාදුවෝ මිනීමැරුම් ස්ත්‍රී දූෂණ වල යෙදී දඞුවම් විඳිති. යුද ආතතියට ලක්වී සිටින සොල්දාදුවෝ බොහෝ දෙනෙකු නිසි ප්‍රතිකාර රහිතව සමාජ ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වයේ යෙදෙති. ඉදිරි කාලයේ තව තවත් රත්නායක මුදියන්සේලාගේ සුනිල් රත්නායක මේජර් අනුරුද්ධ විජයබාහු වැන්නවුන් මතු වනු ඇත.
මේ සමාජ ව්‍යසන වලට වග කියන්නේ කවුද ?
සායනික අත්දැකීම් බහුල අන්තර්ජාතික අවධානයට ලක්වූ විශේෂඥ මනෝ වෛද්‍ය නීල් ප්‍රනාන්දු ඇතුළු අනෙකුත් වෛද්‍යවරුන්ගේ සේවය යුද හමුදාවට සහ යුද්දයේ බර ඇදි සොල්දාදුවන්ට අහිමි කළ ඉරිසියාව , කුහකකම සහ මෝඩකම යන තුන් දොසින් පිරි නිලධාරියා මේ සමාජ ව්‍යසන හමුවේ කියන්නේ කුමක්ද ?

There is nothing to be surprised about such officers when a very few were found to be on terrorist payroll. Our system isn’t strong enough to give precedence to Doctor’s recommendations. By the way it sounds, that particular officer was one who really needed a psychiatric assessment and treatment.
Till the government of the day understands the importance of such a process and establish a system, this will go on…. And those poor village kids will be paying with their lives.
I am sure that all patriotic Sri Lankans are greatful to you and appreciate your contribution for such a cause. Thank you for exposing such transgressions by a senior officer who has sworn to upheld the ethos and morality of the organisation that he serves.
I request this story be notified to all politicians as they are the only ones who can do something to rectify this situation, as it is a national interest.

ලංකාව සමස්තයක් ලෙසගත් කල ඔයකියන හමුදා නිලදාරියා වැනි ඉර්සියාවත් සමග ඉහවහා ගිය මෝඩකමින් යුත් නිලදාරීන් සෑම කාර්යාලයකම හා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවකම පාහේ සිටිනවා. ඔවුන්ට කිසිමදෙයක් තේරුම්කර දිය නොහැක. බක පන්ඩිතයන්ය. ඔවුන්නිසා සමාජයට හා පොදුවේ රටට සිදුවන හානිය ඉමහත්ය. ඔවුන් මෙල්ල කිරීමට හා ඔවුන්ගෙන් වැඩගැනීමට සමනත්වතාව හා මානවහිමිකම් සංකල්පවලට ඔබ්බෙන් යන නීති හා ප්‍රතිපත්ති අවශ්‍යයි

Who are the war heroes ? Those who fought in actual battles.
Not the buggers
1. Who sign the orders
2. Who talk of giving great leadership to war
3. Not even some commanders
4. Not those who make protecting backside as first priority
5. Not those who earn commissions by importing military hardware
He commuted this crime some 13 years ago. What military leadership we have to check him out and help him out if found suffering from PTSD even after 10 years ?
Lorenzo always talking about Military takeover. Who is going to takeover ? Not the foot soldiers but some kind of IDI AMIN somewhere.
A correct commander will not even talk about a war after defeating the terrorist. All those who claim the credits and thieves stealing blood and flesh of real heroes.

මේක හෙණගහන අපරාධයක් තවත් ඔලුවට හෙණ හතම ගහන අපරාධයකින් කෙළවර කිරීමකි. ලොව කිසිම රටක යුදවැදුන සෙබලෙකුට මරණ දන්ඩුවම දෙන්නේ නැත.
අවුරුදු 13ක් මේ රටේ හිටි ජනාධිපතිලා කියාගන්නා බලලෝභී පාපතරයන්ට මේ මිනිසාගේ නඩුව ඉක්මනින් අසා සාධාරණයක් කිරීමට නොහැකිනම් අපි මුන් එකෙකුටවත් ගරු කළ යුතුද ?

The real heroes are the ones who PHYSICALLY GOT RID of terrorists and the leaders who gave them leadership.

Are you mad or you did not understand what I said ?
Most military heads are not good people. Even the commander of the military hospital is a crook according to the writer who did some good work.
This case has been there for so long with three or four presidents not interested in paying proper attention to PTSD. Normally cases like this is heard quickly and punishment given or if insane r, required treatment given ( I mean in most other countries)

Namaste: Last month the Indian Empire’s military butchers wiped out whole villages along the Indian Empire and Burma border using latest military equipment and technology including latest Israeli made rifles. The operation was carried out in the middle of the night. Indian Empire’s law prohibiting the prosecuting of soldiers. Please wake up to Indian Empire. Indian Empire calls this a surgical operation. Some Indians and Tamils have indicated that India should carry out such an operation if needed in Sri Lanka. With the coming election and if India loose they will create trouble in the island with its terrorist arm and the new Sinhala terrorist group lead by an Indian colonial parasite with so many names and many passports and citizen ships including Indian.
