ඇවන්ගාඞ් මුහුදු ආරක්‍ෂන සේවාවට මෙරට රජයෙන් එල්ල වී ඇති දැඩි බාධාකාරී තත්වය ප‍්‍රයෝජනයට ගෙන ඉන්දීය ව්‍යාපාරිකයින් පිරිසක් විසින් එම ව්‍යාපාරය තමන් සතු කර ගනිමින් සිටිති. මෙම ව්‍යාපාරයේ ප‍්‍රධාන අංගයක් වන ‘සී-මාෂල්’ වරුන් සැපයීම වේගයෙන් ඔවුන් අතර පත්වෙමින් තිබේ.
පසුගිය මාස 08ක කාලය තුල ඉන්දීය සමාගම් විසින් ‘සී-මාෂල්’වරුන් දහසකට ආසන්න පිරිසක් සේවයේ යෝදවා ඇතද ඇවන්ගාඞ් සමාගම යොදවා ඇත්තේ ‘සී-මාෂල්’වරුන් 60ක පමණ ප‍්‍රමාණයක් යයිද කියැවේ.
මෙම ව්‍යාපාර මෙරට නාවික හමුදාවට පවර ගත් දින සිට ‘සී-මාෂල්’ වරුන් යොදවා නැති අතර නාවික හමුදා නීති රෙගුලාසි අනුව එය කල හැක්කක්ද නොවේ.

Was Avant Garde proposed working with the Nigerian govt was the bone of contention with Yahap ?
If so, isn’t this a failure of laws in Lanka which do not specify exactly with which countries Sri Lankan businesses can sign up with and to what extent ?
Everything is going horribly to tie up with India. India is the very country that trained the LTTE in Tamil Nadu ! India is the country that imposed under Duress (and therefore illegal) the pro-Separatist 13-A on Lanka. What perfidy is going on !
Yahap is going against the will of the majority of People of Lanka. Yahap is unjust.
