In the eastern system you find the cause and treat the cause (same as how Gautama Buddha taught to end samsara). In the western system, first you create the illness (Small Pox, Cancer, Ibola) and then spend money (which becomes income to the multi-national pharmaceutical companies) to treat the symptoms. They will never cure the illness.
