DHAM !!! IT IS AN INSIDUOUS REFLECTION OF HIS DUBIOUS CHARACTER. BACK STABBING IS HIS FORTE. KNOWING A PERSON FOR MANY YEARS WILL NOT NECESSARILY CHANGE THIS ATTRIBUTE.

I don’t think so.
You listen to him, Fonseka and you will notice how angry they are. There should be a reason. Every unenlightened person is capable of evil but that evil comes out under pressure with no where to go. MR surely have hurt these people very badly. There not the best but not so bad compared to most others.
Did you hear the story how MR was brought into leadership with so much effort from MY3pala ? JVP was so powerful those days ( with WW in it) and they opposed MR strongly. It was MY3 who wanted MR as leader and pushed for it.
But how did MR treat MY3 ?

DHAM !!! Yes, I agree with you. For a person to be so repulsive there has to ” extreme hurt ” suffered by that individual. Hatred is then born with a vengeance. Understandable. MR apparently tread on their toes and hurt them. MR to a great extent abused his Authority. IT CHANGED HUMILITY AND HUMBLENESS TO A VENDETTA OF HATRED AND REVENGE. The Law of Karma then took over. IT IS A CONTINUOUS PROCESS IN LIFE. ** REVENGE WILL ALWAYS BE MET WITH REVENGE.**
MR LOST HIS CHANCE OF BEING A **STATESMAN**. POSSIBLY FORGOT THE MEANING OF TOLERANCE.

Appreciate your wisdom. So easy to communicate with you because you are an actual person, not one obsessed with Thanha.
I too have experienced Kamma, first hand.
Character changes with the change of wisdom. Wisdom too can be affected by circumstances.
As people develop wisdom they go through diminution, stagnation, distinction and finally penetration to enlightenment. ( according to Buddhism)
If we can move upward towards distinction than stagnate we are on the right path.
Most people unfortunately will be subjected to diminution and be born in hell worlds.

Dear Susantha and Dham, I too have been confused and angry why people become traitors, specifically in the third world and the resource rich countries. After reading “CONFESSIONS OF AN ECONOMIC HIT MAN” it dawned on me. John Perkins gives detailed account of how he mislead leaders of the country’s he was assigned to. The only aim of the corooratocracy as he describes is to install a puppet regime. With that reading when I look at what happened and what is happening in Sri Lanka lot of our leaders seems to have fallen to the trap. I think JRJ, Fonseka, Sirisena, Ranil, Chandrika and many others are already lost causes.
If these multi national corporations through their NGOs cannot trap anybody, they will release their hired murderers and kill their target. That happened to Saddam Hussain and Gaddafi. When our Rajapakse left Temple Trees early morning of January 9th, I was very pleased. Sirisena and the puppet government was needed by them not by the Sri Lankans. They invested millions and created the atmosphere to defeat the incumbent. That’s why there are no evidence against Rajapakse’s for bribery. The anti Rajapakse campaign was based on a lie.
I have a copy of the book and recently Lanka Web published a copy with an interview with John Perkins.

KUMARI !! JVP…’ DEAL KUMAR ‘ SAID, THAT IF MR DOES NOT VACATE TEMPLE TREES, HE WOULD PERSONALLY GO THERE, AND DRAG HIM OUT ONTO THE ROAD. SIMULTANEOUSLY, DENTAL MECHANIC RAJITHA SAID, HE WILL GO TO TEMPLE TREES AND EXTRACT MR’S TEETH, ONE BY ONE. These are indelible in my mind.
MR treated both these ARZ OLES as friends, and see how they talk after MR has lost. SAD INDEED.

I know it is sad. But I believe in Karmic forces. Datha apparently cannot talk now, Pacha is facing lot of trouble , don’t know much about Deal Kumara (was never interested in him ).
I hear the period up to July is very bad. I don’t mind if Mahinda doesn’t take the mantle again, but we have to ensure the Chinthanaya remains. Mahinda is the magnet to rally the masses and he is a shrewd politician. He must take power and handover the country to the next generation.
We have to safeguard Mahinda, Gotabhaya, the Joint Opposition for the eventual power change that will happen sooner than later. Have faith our country is called DHARMADWEEPAYA. The future generations deserve way better than what these jokers are offering.
