   The MR Govt inherited a festering and terrible National tragedy that had lasted nearly 30 yrs.
   This situation had got out of control, with the LTTE killing villagers, VIPs and even bombing the Central Bank.
   The MR Govt faced the impossible situation bravely and removed the terrorist group, the LTTE, with the help of a few foreign countries. The situation with the LTTE had got out of hand because the present day Exec PM (because the west wants it so !) , together with the inept President of that time, had grown the outfit beyond recognition with the help of Norway, the so called ‘Peacekeeper”. Cold War politics prevailed.

   Able & balanced and proven leaders from the past must govern again.
   The present day Yahap folk leaders are a spineless, simpering lot, bending backwards to please outsiders, and humiliating the People & the Country.

   Lankans need to get back their Self Respect.
