Dealt a stunning blow by Trump at the recently concluded US Presidential Elections, the Neoliberal junta, fighting a desperate Rearguard Action, threatens the world with its secretly developed ‘Full Spectrum’ Dominance Weather Bomb, in a putsch, to recapture political power in the US.

In a country where democracy has for long been absent and has been replaced by a repressive plutocracy, the elections opened up the festering division in US society, the most bitter since their civil war of 1861.

The US is split asunder, between a vicious ruling minority of plutocrats and an oppressed majority of largely poor whites, short on education and dismissed by the plutocrats pejoratively as hicks or more abrasively as ‘trash’.

The United States is a Disunited State: The Haves are at war with the Have Nots. And leading the Have Nots, as it seemingly appears, is billionaire Donald Trump. Indeed, an enigmatic scenario.

The Plutocrats controlling the power centres of Washington operate in the shadows; to front them they have hired the scumbags of the middle class who staff slots in the Democratic Party, the Republican Party, the bureaucracy, the UN and the NGOs.

Disguising themselves in the garb of Neoliberalism is for these middle class vassals a part of the strategy to conceal the real intent and identity of the Plutocratic cabal.

The pus from the ruptured divide of US society is overflowing and polluting the world; the stench is overpowering. The battle lines are being drawn up between the Haves and the Have Nots. The local scum bags are clearly carrying the portable potties of the Neoliberals going to war.

Within a week of that Earth quaking defeat, when the oppressed White majority kicked out the despots (the Neoliberal minority) from office, Obama winged his way to Europe.

Reportedly, Obama was twisting Merkel’s arm to coerce Germany to come on board with the Neoliberals, on their reckless military adventure planned for Ukraine; this foray could spill far beyond Ukraine’s borders.

Merkel’s naked ambitions have made her vulnerable; she has become an extreme liability for Germany. Seeing her ambitions of being Germany’s, Hitler like ‘Monocrat – For – Life’ fast disappearing, the Neoliberals were quick to grab the ‘wand’ that could resuscitate Merkel’s diminishing fortunes; this was when Obama purportedly struck a deal with cash strapped Greece; a financial bailout for Greece, in return for retaining refugees using Greece as a transit point – either those bound for Germany from Syria or those bound from Germany to Syria – within Greece’s borders.

Observers have hinted that Merkel has agreed to permit German territory and military bases to be used by the ousted Neoliberal mafia, in its planned military offensive against Ukraine.

The Neoliberals, these analysts say, are hoping that the adventure would result in a conflagration in Europe extending to Syria, Lebanon and Iran; this would pit US and Europe against Iran and Russia.

The Neoliberals have, according to news reports datelined 10 Dec 16, inducted more US ground troops into Syria following the liberation of Aleppo and the rescue of about 200000 hostages by the Syrian Government from the clutches of the USIS terrorists; these terrorists were recruited, funded, trained and equipped by the Neoliberals.

In the run up to the Presidential Election Trump openly accused Obama of being the founder of the USIS terrorists.

The Pentagon forces inducted into Syria are expected to link up with the US Special Forces already operating covertly in that country.

This manipulation of countries, alliances and events by the deposed Neoliberal mob in Washington, yet to formally hand over the reins of power, could create a ‘fait accompli’ for Trump and seriously undermine his alluded foreign policy if or when he assumes office on 20 Jan 17.

Obama’s visit to Europe was preceded by Kerry’s visit to the South Pole, made just two days after that refreshing gust of democracy blew over US resulting in that historic regime change.

While the man, who unashamedly accepted a bribe of 1 Million US dollars from the Norwegians for posing off as a harbinger of peace, was plotting war, Kerry was slithering on the South Pole at McMurdo Station, the hub of Top – Secret’, US ‘Scientific’ experiments.

Kerry is the highest ranking junta member ever, to visit the South Pole. The visit was unexpected, unheralded, unexplained and under reported.

Within two days of Kerry’s visit to the South Pole, New Zealand was devastated by a massive earthquake.

New Zealand’s Prime Minister John Key in a knee jerk reaction blurted, The Earthquake is not a natural disaster; it is a man made disaster”!

This indiscretion cost Key, a former Federal Reserve employee, his job; he was forced to resign hurriedly, at the height of his popularity, a post he had comfortably held since 2008.

Under the Antarctic Treaty of 1959 to which the US is a signatory, the South Pole is to be used for peaceful purposes only; the establishment of military bases, the carrying out of military manoeuvres and testing of any types of weapons is strictly prohibited.

Scientific work is permitted under the Treaty.

All US bases in the Antarctica are run by the National Science Foundation and managing these bases on behalf of the Foundation is Raytheon Polar Services Company, a member of the Raytheon Group.

The Raytheon Company is the third largest US Defence Contractor whose core business is the manufacture of weapons and military electronics. Raytheon is the biggest producer of  ‘guided missiles’  in the world.

The company has an annual income worth 25 billion US dollars of which over 90% comes from military contracts.

In 2007, the Neoliberal mafia forced the people of the US to pay this private Company, out of their personal incomes, 152 million dollars, when the government awarded Raytheon a grant for the management of the station in the South Pole; this was more than to any other institution or organisation in the US.

In the US, widely acknowledged as one of the most corrupt countries in the world, the nefarious Neoliberal clique has made bribery legal.

Raytheon proved that it is a past master in this game; the Company paid for the career advancement of the Presidential candidates in the 2004 Election; the Company forked out millions of dollars.

This sum was over and above the millions of dollars of bribes US Congressmen demanded and received from Raytheon, for clinching lucrative government contracts for the Company.

The US acknowledges that it is conducting a Top – Secret program out of its Base on the Antarctica; it is called ‘HAARP’ (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme), a controversial US Military defence programme capable of electromagnetic warfare and designed to fast forward the US military to achieve Pentagon’s stated policy objective of achieving ‘full spectrum’ dominance of the world, by 2020.

Major aspects of the programme are kept secret for alleged reasons of ‘National Security’; access to the Raytheon controlled Base in the Antarctica is severely restricted.

According to the official HAARP website, HAARP is a scientific endeavour aimed at studying the properties and behaviour of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defence purposes.”

Fred Burks writing to ‘Global Research’ describes the ionosphere as the ‘delicate upper layer of our atmosphere which ranges from about 30 miles to 600 miles above the surface of the Earth’.

The HAARP website further acknowledges that electromagnetic frequencies are used to fire pulsed, directed energy beams, to selected areas of the ionosphere to temporarily heat it.

Renowned Professor, Michel Chossudovsky quotes scientist Nicholas Begich (son of a US Congressman) who describes HAARP as, A super-powerful ‘radiowave – beaming’ technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those targeted areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything, living and dead”

Chossudovsky and Begich have both expressed grave concern that by manipulating the ionosphere in this manner, Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Floods, Droughts, Cyclones etc are being artificially created.

Chossudovsky analysing statements emanating from the US Air Force points to the unthinkable: the covert manipulation of weather patterns, communication systems and electric power, as weapons of global warfare – to enable the US to disrupt and dominate entire regions of the world – has now been achieved.

The HAARP build out is jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy and the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (vide Business Wire – 10 Jun 2004).

Phillips Geophysics Lab, a partner in the HAARP project, provides a course for military personnel at the Hanscom Air Force Base in Maryland on the ‘Weather Modification Techniques’. Says Chossudovsky, The course outline, explicitly contemplates the triggering of storms, hurricanes etc. for military use.

HAARP’s work is based on strategic weather warfare technology patented by APTI (Advanced Power Technologies Inc) and Bernard Eastlund’s US patent No: 4686605 titled ‘Method and Apparatus for altering a region in the Earth’s atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere.

Through a series of sales and purchases this technology is now with Raytheon. With this acquisition, Raytheon has become the owner of the patents used to develop the HAARP weather warfare facility.

Eastlund, describes his deadly patented technology as being capable of causing, total disruption of communication over a very large portion of the Earth, the destruction, deflection or confusion of missile or aircraft and the modification of weather.

Professor Chossudovsky says The final expanded stage envisioned by Eastlund, which will provide maximum capability to manipulate the World’s weather patterns, has now been reached”.

The HAARP programme is not controlled by the global community.
