Maithripala SDirisena had been doing things in breach of the Constitution ever since he was elected President. His swearing in of Ranil Wickramasinghe as the Prime Minister when there was already a Prime Minister, re-appointment of Chief Justice Shiranee and dismissing the Chief Justice and appointing a new Chief Justtice were all acts outside the Constitution. His dis missing the SLFP and UPFA Secrtetaries just before the General election was ultra vires. He has no business to continue as the President in view of these serious breaches of the Constitution.
