   2016 November is the REPRINT date.

   The ORIGINAL gazette date is 01/01/2015.

   On 01/01/2015 someone made sure those who had bonds that date will get paid interest until 2022 and their bonds will purchased back by CBSL.

   Obviously it was well known that govt. will go home in a week.

   SAD because all this destroys the SL economy. Politicians blame each other!!!

   I am not willing to accept Katussa (Lorenzo)’s interpretation that the 2016/11 date is NOT the date the gazette notification was originally printed/issued, but is only the REPRINT date of the gazette notification.

   If so, what then is the original actual issue date of the gazette notification?

   In the absence of any other information on the issue date, we must accept that 2016/11 is the ACTUAL date of this gazette notification, as Mahinda Rajapaksa has stated.

   There are two possible interpretations of what actually happened:

   1. The Bond Issuance was devised BEFORE Jan 09, 2015, and the bond issue paperwork was dated 2015/01/01 and the gazette notification was made on some unknown date BEFORE MR left office on Jan 09, 2015 by scammers who knew, and anticipated, he would be OUSTED by some criminal means. This is what Katussa (Lorenzo) states.

   If this is what happened, then AN EVEN BIGGER QUESTION ARISES: How did the scammers know/anticipate the election result ahead of the Presidential election?

   Was the ELECTION RIGGED? If so there is a MUCH LARGER CRIME than MERE THEFT amounting to A TREASONOUS ELECTORAL COUP-DE-ETAT, with RIGGING of vote casting/vote counting that was committed.

   2. The Bond Issuance was devised AFTER Jan 09, 2015, executed in February of 2015 AFTER MR had left office, and then gazetted on 2016/11 as having been approved by MR to hang the scam around MR’s neck when the bond scam had blown up and had become a MASSIVE POLITICAL LIABILITY for the Yamapalanaya.

   This is what MR alleges, and amounts only to CRIMINAL THEFT of high order.

   Of these two interpretations, we must accept the SECOND interpretation as MR states, if there is the gazette notification date is NOT earlier than Jan 09, 2015 when MR left office.

   In either case, other criminal aspects of the Bond Scam, such as how Perpetual Treasuries was empowered to bid for the full amount of Bonds approved, and then turn around and sell them to a GOSL-related public employees pension fund at a much higher price, remain Yamapalanaya criminal acts.

   BTW,

   High Court Justice Chitrasiri has suspended the Bond Scam commission proceedings until the CID completes it’s new investigation of the above gazette notification by grilling the Government Printing Office workers.

   This will help the Yamapalanaya FURTHER DELAY action on prosecuting the Bond Scammers!

   USA,

   There are 2 frauds here.

   1. The MASSIVE ARJUN-ARJUNA bond fraud – the BIGGEST BANK FRAUD in the world. This happened AFTER Sirisena became president. ARJUN was made the governor by Sirisena.

   2. Another happened on 01 January 2015 which made sure people who bought bonds in 2012 will be LOOKED AFTER until 2022 with a regular monthly income (bond interest) and in 2022 a LUMP SUM payment when CBSL will buy them back. A CLEVER tactic anticipating the DEFEAT and poverty of rulers until MAXIMUM 2022.

   Why 2022? Because the then govt. calculated the MAXIMUM time for the FOLLOWING parliament election.

   2010 + 6 = 2016 (the latest the next parliament election).
   2016 + 6 = 2022 (the latest the following parliament election).

   Run-nil’s govt. reprinted the OLD 01/01/2015 gazette in 2016 (READ the gazette date on the top) to FRAME MR as a TIT-FOR-TAT for their bond fraud.

   So now IF POST-JAN-9 fraudsters are punished, PRE-JAN-9 fraudsters will also be punished. By doing that RUN-NIL hopes that MR will back down so BOTH frauds will be pushed under the carpet.

   I ONLY LOVE SL certainly NOT politicians. SO I want ALL BOND frauds arrested and thrown in jail. 2 frauds above AND the 2011 GREEK BOND FRAUD.

   This is the problem in SL. When SLFP robs it is GOOD for SLFPers When UNP robs it is GOOD for UNPers. Then they come to an UNDERSTANDING to PARDON each others’ robberies. The country suffers.

   This what exactly Chief Priest of Bellanwila Temple told at a meeting to the face of Sira. All these investigation committees are just to bluff the people. This CB investigation will not complete even for next 30 years until total Bond validity is over. Meantime UNP will make use of CB money for next election 2020 and will outcast Sira same as Sarath Gonseka after defeated common candidate. If Sira did not take any meaningful action immediately he will regret for his entire balance life time.

   Here we have a country called Sri Lanka, where the Reserve bank ( Central bank) issues a gazette dated January 1 2015 on January 1 2016. Is there any country in this world doing such fraud ?

   Furthermore, it is clear now this practice has been going on for years, not just by this governement. Governement officials were made to work like dumbos by politicians.

   Even though this forum commentators are learned people, lawyers , Doctors , Engineers etc. only one person Lorenzo has seen this as a FRAUD to steal the country by politicians, not just by this governement. This is how politicians have fooled even the best produced by the country.

   There is no other place on earth like BHG ( Battaramull Hora Guhawa).
