Mr President sack the Alibaba and forty thieves immediately and request someone who has the majority in Parliament to form a new Government as the first step, to rescue the country from the present political and economic Augean mess in the wake of the startling CB scam revelations, before you are made the scape goat and victim by the culprits.

This is the time for you to act and save your neck and get exonerated from all sins you have committed since the day you left the SLFP on the instructions of Chandrika in Nov 2014.
I don’ think I need to tell you who the 40 thieves are. I will only name the 2nd, 3rd and 4th that is Ravi Karunanayaka, Arjun Mahenran and Arjun Aloysius: (the James Bond of bond business) as people call him.
The first, I hope you know better than anyone else does as you are so close to him, though he is leagues away from you. He is just in front of or behind you, though you pretend not to see him or you don’t see him at all for obvious reasons. if you find it difficult to locate him please ask anyone other than the Alibaba. The rest 36 thieves you can find out from the Central Bank, Treasury and perhaps from the political and business circle, may be the Cabinet and Parliament, who have benefitted from this mega robbery. You can either use the above four as informants or through your own grape wine. Both Alibaba and his thieves will most probably be elephants in rut or those who have benefitted from this scam.
PS : I have made a similar request to you. It was Posted on April 30th, 2017 to Lankaweb but you have not taken it seriously. You must have thought I am another MR supporter or someone who cries Woolf! Woolf!

Sudath No 1 is Ranil master planner who brought non citizen of SL Arjun Mahendran and his son-in-law Arjun Aloysius CB dealer.
There is no other person who is a Banker have a close family relationship member who is a licence Bond dear with CB. That is why Ranil picked Mahendran to robbed CB. Whether Ravi tell truth at the commission is big question. Probably Ranil would have already advised how to mislead the commission. Hope Govt: legal team is smarter specially Yasantha Kodagoda than Ravi & Ranil.

Don’t waste your time.. This guy is just acting as the president when he address a gathering in an opening ceremony or at similar functions. Otherwise he is just an obedient servant of Run-nil and Chandrika. Now, He cannot go to Mahanayaka’s also for the lie he told about the new constitution.
He will not take any action. He is already in line to pay back probably with his life for the Blunder he did on appointing a committee to investigate the Bond Scam in the eyes of Yamapalanaya.
Knowing the ground situation he will not utter a word against the actions of Yamapalanaya.

The PANA-NATH JANA-PATHI would do well to HEED your ADVICE, lest he be OUSTED as well when the TSUNAMI of public DISCONTENT hits the Yamapalanaya!
The BASTILLE DAY I predicted a while ago is NOW LOOMING, growing higher by the day, and we may SOON see a GUILLOTINE erected and at work on the Galle Face Green!
If the PANA-NATHI JANA-PATHI has an OUNCE of BACKBONE and PATRIOTISM left in his body and mind, he can still spare his Motherland of Sri Lanka the VIOLENCE that is to come!
But, can he summon the wisdom to sacrifice his own ambition and greed to save his People and his Motherland?
I doubt that a backstabbing naluwa of his ilk has what it takes. He too will go down in flames, still thinking that he is an all-powerful king who can ignore the wishes and the pain of his people.

Sudath, you are generous towards that entity to say that he is in danger of becoming a ‘scapegoat’ in a situation where naturally he takes full responsibility (i.e., should be made entirely accountable)) for the crime. But you have deliberately split the word into two parts: scape goat. Excellent! An “(e)scape goat”.
Joking apart, let’s hope that a person close to the personage translate your open letter for his benefit. I have my strong doubts about that. His lack of English and little learning stands him in good stead in the general bungling he is indulging in with impunity.
You could appeal to him. But he will never form a new government. The reason is because he knows that there is no one in the parliament who can muster enough numbers to build up an absolute majority (113 or more in the SL parliament) at present except MR or someone likely to be considered worthy to be his substitute (like Dinesh G in my opinion). He mistakenly fears MR as his nemesis. I think he is mistaken in this because MR is not a wicked vindictive person, unlike RW, CBK, MS, MM, or SF. You already know that a couple of days back your ‘Mr P’ revealed his absolute ignorance, lack of grey matter in his skull and his short memory by declaring that he won’t change the present administration even if someone is able to claim the support of 113 MPs! This from a person who pledged to remove the alleged dictatorial powers of the president under the current constitution, as Professor GLP has pointed out.
The only option for us, in my view, is to capitalize on the emerging non-partisan leadership of the Maha Sangha, however imperfect it is at present. Apparently Thibbotuwawe Mahanayake himi of the Malwatte Chapter is not a wholehearted supporter of that leadership; he acts as if he is even more ignorant and nilltelligent than the vip in question. I remember he used be in support of reopening the Maligawa stretch of the A6 road once when all others concerned opposed it. The possibility of the Maligawa stretch of road is being talked about again. It may be that the harassment that the Dambulla Viharaya is being subjected to in retaliation to the Asgiriya Statement is threated to be repeated in the case of the Dalada Maligawa, too.
Sudath, I know that you as a former distinguished civil servant and late PM Hon. Mrs Sirima Bandaranaike’s trusted secretary, and as a sincerely dedicated patriot, have the ability, stature and the recognition that is necessary for you to go and meet with the Maha Sangha (at least their representatives in Kandy where you live), and get them to convince the government to protect the Maligawa as the Constitution that gives the foremost place to Buddhism is still in force. Not that I am ignorant of the personal sense of frustration you’ve experienced in such meetings with the Nayake monks in the past. Forget about that now. Now the monks are more aware of the situation in the country, and particularly, of the sudden intensification of anti-Buddhist and anti-nationalist activism that we have encountered for centuries now.

RW/CBK, the Lead Figures in the Ali Baba saga, have an ‘axe to grind’ with Sri Lanka, for various past events in their lives.
They do not mean well for rural masses of Lanka. Their past acts have shown this, over and over again.
We need PATRIOTIC leaders, proven so, from past deeds.
A healthy balance between the State Sector and the Private Sector must be made.
Even the Architect of Capitalism, Adam Smith in his book “Wealth of Nations” recommends that Essential Services be held by the State.
Who are RW/CBK & their ‘Other Thieves’ to contradict this ?

We humbly suggest that the Authorities concerned in Lanka must define just what are the ESSENTIAL SERVICES (ES). These ESs are NOT up for sale ! Never ever !
99 yr leases ought NOT be allowed. Maximum leases could be for 20-30 yrs., no more.
Suggestions re Essential Services :
* SECURITY, State held Land, Health Care, Education, etc. ought to be declared as Essential Services.
* All truly large scale enterprises should be declared as Essential Services.
The Wealth of a Nation are its People, not Money.
A New Age in Economics has to dawn. The Old Ways in Economics may hold good for very large countries, not for small countries like Lanka. But it seems that even a very large country is floundering in some areas such as attempts to totally privatise Health Care.
REPEAT : Also, it is far kinder to give FREE birth control material to adults who want those than have severe internal & external conflicts leading to death.
