What is SIRASA compared to Tai Sei Corporation to accuse them they are not capable ? Any reader can get into internet and see. It is one of the largest corporations in the world who have experince in thousnads of mega projects. But they don’t come here for free ! They want big profit margins. That is why clever negotitiations are needed. That is why honest governement is needed, which will reduce their risks.
Who were the people in the technical evelation commitee ? God ? Not submitting some docuements can make them disqualified easily. If there are two or three tenderers it is the right thing to consider all, negotiate with all , neglection minor shortcomings in the submissions. Then only we can get a relatively competitive price.
