තිස්ස ගුණතිලක සිඞ්නි සිට
පසුගිය පෙබරවාරි 10 වනදා පැවැත්වූ පලාත් පාලන මැතිවරණයේ ප්‍රතිඵල නිවැරදි ලෙස විග්‍රහ කරනු ඇතැයි බලාපොරොත්තු වුවත් එසේ නොවුනු කල මෙවැනි ලිපියකින් ඔබ දැනුවත් කිරීම සුදුසු යයි හැඟුන බැවින් ලියමි.
පලාත් පාලන මැතිවරණය සදහා ප්‍රධාන ධාරාවේ පක්ෂ 5ක් තරග වැදිනි. රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා නායකත්වය දරන එජාප යත්. මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා නායකත්වය හා සභාපතිත්වය දරන ශ්‍රීලනිප ප්‍රධාන එක්සත් ජනතා නිදහස් සංධානයත්, මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතාගේ ආශීර්වාදය ලද ශ්‍රී ලංකා පොදුජන පෙරමුණත්. ආර් සම්බන්දන් මහතා නායකත්වය දරන ඉංලකෙයි තමිල් අරසු කච්චි පක්ෂයත් සහ ජනතා විමුක්ති පෙරමුනත් යන පක්ෂ පහයි.
මැතිවරණයේ ප්‍රතිඵල අනුව එනම් ජනතාවගේ තීරණය අනුව ඉහත සදහන් එක් එක් පක්ෂයට පලවූ ජනතා කැමැත්ත අනුව ඒ ඒ පක්ෂය මුලු පලාත් පාලන ආයතන 340 කින් පහත සඳහන් ලෙස ආයතන සංඛ්‍යවන් දිනාගෙන ඇත;
ශ්‍රී ලංකා පොදුජන පෙරමුණ – ආයතන 232
ඉංලකෙයි තමිල් අරසු කච්චි පක්ෂ – 43
එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය – 34
ශ්‍රී ලංකා නිදහස් පක්ෂය ප්‍රමුඛ එක්සත් ජනතා නිදහස් සංධානය – 9 ජනතා විමුක්ති පෙරමුන – 0 (එකම ආයතනයකවත් බලය හිමිකරගෙන නැත)
අනෙකුත් සියඑම පක්ෂ හා ස්වාධීන කන්ඞායම් – 22 (මහරගම, බේරැවල, බන්ඞාරවෙල, තිරප්පනේ ඇතුඵ ස්වාධීන කන්ඞායම් ජයග්‍රහණය කල පලාත් පාලන ආයතන 8 ක්ද තරඟ කලේ මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතාගේ ආශීර්වාදය ලබාගෙනය.)
මෙවර පළාත් පාලන ආයතන ඡන්ද විමසිමේ ප්‍රතිඵල වලට අනුව බහුතර පළාත් පාලන ආයතන සංඛ්‍යවක බලය හිමිකර ගැනිමට මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතාගේ ආශීර්වාදය ලැබූ ශ්‍රී ලංකා පොදුජන පෙරමුණ සමත් වී ඇති අතර මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා නායකත්වය හා සභාපතිත්වය දරන ශ්‍රී ලංකා නිදහස් පක්ෂය හතරවැනි ස්ථානයට පත්වී ඵෙතිහාසික පරාජයක් වාර්තාකර ඇත. තවද බලයේ සිටින රජයක් පලාත් පාලන ඡංදයකින් පරාජයට පත්වූ පලමුවන අවස්ථාවද මෙයයි. මෙය සිරිසේන මහතා ලැබූ පෙෳද්ගලික පරාජයකි.
ලැබූ ජයග්‍රහණයක් අවුරැදු තුනක් ඇතුලත කනපිට පෙරලවාගන්නට යහපාලන රජයේ ප්‍රතිපත්තීන් හා පසුගිය අවුරැදු තුන තුල ක්‍රියාකල ආකාරය සමත් වී ඇත.
පලාත් පාලන මැතිවරණයකින් පවතින රජයක් වෙනස් කල නොහැකි වුවත් ජනතා තීරණයට පිටුපෑමටද රජයට නොහැකිය.
ජනතා තීරණය මෙසේ වීමට ප්‍රධාන කරැනු කීපයක් තුඞු දුන්නත් ඒවා ගැන විවිධ ලිපි අවශ්‍ය තරම් පලවී ඇත.
ලුහුඞින් පැවසුව හොත්; හම්බන්තොට වරාය වැනි මහත්පල ගෙනදීමට නියමිත මහානර්ග ජාතික වස්තුවක් නොරටුන්න පැවරීම (රනිල්), එම ජාතික විනාශයට ඉඞදීම (සිරිසේන), අනවශ්‍ය විවස්ථා සම්පාදනයකට අර ඇදීම (රනිල් සහ සිරිසේන), මලසිරැරැවල කෑලි මිහිදන් කරමින් සිටි ජනතාවකට සාමය ගෙන දී ජීවිත දානය ලබාදුන් මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂයන්ගේ ප්‍රජා අයිතිය නැතිකිරීමට පිඹුරැපත් සැදීම (රනිල් සහ සිරිසේන), රණවිරැ දඞයම (රනිල්) හා රණවිරැ දඞයමක් නොදන්නාසේ හැසිරීම (සිරිසේන) , එතෙක් පැවති සහන කපාහරිමින් ජනතාව පෙලීම (රනිල්), මහ බැංකු බැදුම්කර වංචාවට සම්බන්ධවූවන්ට මෙතෙක් දඞුවම් නොපැමිනවීම (සිරිසේන), සිය ජීවිත කාලයම රටවෙනුවන් කැපකල මහින්ද රාජපකෂයන්ට එරෙහිව කිසිම ඔප්පුකල චෝදනාවක් නොමැතිව ඔහුට හොරා හොරා යනුවෙන් සමාජ ජාල තුල හා මාධ්‍ය සකච්චාවලදී චෝදනා කිරීම (මහ මැතිවරණයේදී පරාජයට පත්වූ එහෙත් සිරිසේන පත්කල මැති ඇමතිවරැ/රනිල්) යන මෙකී නොකී සියඑම කරැනු කාරනා සිරිසේන හා රනිල්ගේ පක්ෂ වල පරාජයට හේතු භූත විය.
සිරිසේනගේ විකල්පය
සිරිසේනට පවතින රජය වෙනස් කිරීමට හෝ රනිල් අගමැති තනතුරෙන් ඉවත්කිරිමට හෝ පලාත් පාලන මැතිවරණ ප්‍රතිඵල යොදා ගත නොහැක, මන්ද පාර්ලිමේන්තුව තුල තවමත් බහුතරය රනිල් සමග බැවිනි (බහුතරය රනිල්ට ලබාදුන් ආකාරය අප සියඵ දෙනා දන්නා කරැනකි). පාර්ලිමේන්තුව විසිරවීමටද මෙම ප්‍රතිපල යොදා ගැනීමේ සාධාරනත්වයක්ද නැත. නමුත් ජනතාව වෙනසක් ඉල්ලයි. ඒ බව ඡංද ප්‍රතිපල වලින් ඕනෑවටත් වඞා පැහැදිලි වෙයි.
සිරිසේනට තවදුරටත් පැවතීමට නම් කලයුතු, කලහැකි කරැනු දෙකකි.
1.තමා විසින්ම වංචාවක් සිදුවී ඇතැයි පිලිගත් හා ඒ සම්බන්ධව කරැනු කාරනා සෙවීමට පත්කල කොමිසමේ වාර්‍තාවට අනුකූලව මහ බැංකු බැදුම්කර වංචාවේ චූදිතයින් සම්බන්ධව ජනාධිපති බලතල ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම. තමා ජනපති ලෙස ඔවුන්ට නිසි දඞුවම් ලබාදෙන බවට දේශපාලන වේදිකාවේ පසුගියදා පොරොන්දුවූ බවද මතක්කරනු කැමැත්තෙමි. චූදිතයින්ට දඞුවම් කිරීමට බලතල නැතිවුවත්, ඔවුන් තව දුරටත් මැති ඇමති තනතුරැවල රදවාගෙන මහජන මුදලින් නඞත්තු කිරීමේ සාධාරනත්වයක් හෝ සදාචාරයක් ජනපතිට තිබිය නොහැක. එනිසා සියඵම චූදිතයින් පාර්ලිමේන්තු තනතුරැවලින් වහාම ඉවත් කොට ඔවුන් සම්බන්ධව දැනට පවතින නීතිය යටතේ ක්‍රියා කිරිමට නිතිපතිට යොමුකල යුතුය. මෙහිදි මහ බැංකු වාර්තාවේ සදහන් සියඵම දෙනා සහ ‘ෆුට් නෝට් කල්ලියේ’ සැම දෙනාම එකසේ නීතිපති දෙපාර්තමේන්තු ක්‍රියාදාමයට යටත් කල යුතුවන්නේය.
2.පසුගිය අගෝස්තු මහ මැතිවරණයෙන් පරාජයවී ජාතික ලයිස්තුවෙන් පත්කල හා පලාත් පාලන මැතිවරණයේදීද තම අසුනට අයත් සීමාවේ පවතින පලාත් පාලන ආයතන ජයග්‍රහණය කිරීමට අසමත්වූ සියඵම ඇමැත්තන් එම තනතුරැවලින් වහාම ඉවත්කල යුතුය. ඔවුන් තව දුරටත් එම තනතුරැවල රදවාගෙන මහජන මුදලින් නඞත්තු කිරීමට සාධාරන හෝ සදාචාරාත්මක හේතුවක් දැන් ජනපතිට ඇත්තේම නැත.
ඉහත කරැනු දෙක ඉටුකිරීම පලාත් පාලන මැතිවරණයෙන් පරාජය වුවත් සිරිසේනට ජනපති දූරයේ තව දුරටත් රැදීසිටීමට අවස්ථාවක් පාදාදෙනු ඇත.

Any Govt that does not have ex-President Mahinda Rajapaksa as PM is NOT ACCEPTABLE to the majority of Voters who DELIVERED that VERDICT on Feb 10, 2018.
The Nulum Pohottuwa that BLOOMED on that MEMORABLE DAY is Mahinda Rajapaksa, and Mahinda Rajapaksa is the Nelum Pohottuwa!
However, as a CARETAKER Govt until General Elections are called EARLY as Mahinda/SLPP had demanded, this is PREFERRED compared to CONTINUED governance by the Yamapalanaya or the UNP-ONLY.
What is IMPORTANT to realize here is that the VOTERS REJECTED the Anti-National POLICIES of the UNP-led Yamapalanaya, not just a few Yamapalana leaders, including the Prime Minister.
Therefore, NOTHING SHORT of SWEEPING the STABLE CLEAN of the PILED-UP DUNG HEAP is SUFFICIENT. EVEN uniil a Parliamentary MANDATE is obtained through GENERAL ELECTIONS in a FEW MONTHS!
Thank you my DEAR Sri Lankan PATRIOTS; you have DISCHARGED YOUR DUTY to DEFEND and PROTECT our Resplendent Isle with COMMITTMENT that would make our FOREFATHERS PROUD of YOU!

I ENDORSE these REASONS for the DEFEAT of the Yamapalanaya:

But, there are MANY MORE:
1. Attempting to ENACT agreements, like the ETCA, that would settle large numbers of foreign citizens in Sri Lanka, as had happed during British Colonial time (1837 +) that brought hundreds of thousands of Indian Tamils to Sri Lanka as slave laborers.
2. Enacting policies that would allow foreigners to buy land, buildings and business sectors in Sri Lanka that would ultimately place the economy in foreign control and convert citizens to landless economically disenfranchised serfs.
3. Dismantling camps of the Defence Forces in the North & East that had only been liberated RECENTLY from separatists after a 30-year war, and leaving the Nation Defenceless.
4. Adopting policies that would lay open the country to invasion by foreign missionaries and foreign cultural influences, with LONG-TERM ADVERSE consequences to the Nation.
5. Collaborating with foreign nations to DEFAME the victory against the separatists and UNDERMING Sri Lanka’s Sovereignty.
6. Attempting to undermine the PRIMACY of Buddhism in Sri Lanka, and trying to convert Sri Lanka from the land of its Sinhala Buddhist majority into a multi-religious multi-ethnic multi-sexual multi-lingual society.
7. Theft and Corruption on a massive scale HITHERTO not seen in Sri Lanka, in which national leaders at the highest level stole and served themselves liberally from the Nation’s wealth.
Need I go on and on and on …..??
These are Yamapalanaya/UNP POLICIES that the VOTERS VEHEMENTLY REJECTED on February 10, 2018! AMERE SHUFFLING of government leaders CANNOT FIX THIS; a COMPLETE SWEEPING OUT of those CRAFTED and IMPLEMENTED these POLICIES in COLLUSION with Sri Lanka’s FOREIGN and INTERNAL ENEMIES is an ABSOLUTE NECESSITY!
It is not the FAILURE of the Yamapalanaya to fulfill their ELECTION PROMISES that led to their DOWNFALL, as they wouldlike to spin NOW, but this HIDDEN-AGENDA of BLATENTLY Anti-National POLICIES they tried to IMPLEMENT during the LAST 3 YEARS!! No AMOUNT of DENIAL of this ABSOLUTE TRUTH will help the Yamapalanaya NOW!
The UNDENIABLE CRYSTAL CLEAR VERDICT of the VOTERS on Feb 10, 2018 reflectec teir CONCERN & ANGER about these HIDDEN POLICIES inimical to their Motherland!
I say to the Yamapalana KALLIYA: In your unseemly HASTE to hang onto to POWER, IGNORE that MESSAGE of the VOTERS at YOUR OWN PERIL!

Sirisena and Ranil are both India puppets voted in by Indian Colonial Parasites block vote.
Chandrika the woman who did the work for from behind has lost and left (so says) the country to enjoy what she earned from her work for India. She may die in UK like her aunt.
Rejection of Chandrika, Sirisena and SLFP is a rejection of Indian Empire, Indian Colonial Parasites (except for the Malay Nadu Indian Colonial Parasites) and Indian hegemony.
And of course the rejection of Bandas and JRJ.
I hope and wish Mahinda is not relying on Indian or Indian Colonial Parasites finance.

Every citizen must understand that Mahinda Rajapaksa has won the election overwhelmingly without any fuss. Rajithaya and his cronies like Champaka and others should be taken to Angoda mental hospital to check their heads. Those are the vultures people have rejected twise in elections. You can tell a lie or two but these rattle snakes tells tons of lies on daily basis to hoodwink the masses. We should not tolerate all this for long. They should be punished one way or the other.
Now we don’t see these yamaballo will give up or leave any time soon as Americans and Indian parasites pressurising this evil government to stay put by hook or crook as they were all against Mahinda Rajapaksa our great President. We the sinhala buddhists must unite under Mahinda Rajapaksa at this point and start building a coalition with true patriots to motherlanka. We should have a strong force to face the enemies of our Motherland. We should not trust anyone except our sinhala buddhist population. Other communities always try to bargain with us for their rights which we cannot afford to give at this point. Sinhalaya must rule this land as it belongs to them. We do not have a another country to call home except this small island. It’s our cherished homeland and we should not allow any son of a gun to divide it or rule it. We should not allow any outside force to dictate us or pressure us on any issue. We should find our own destiny by ourselves and make our country great again. Remember the new symbol of hope pohottuwa led by our great President Mahinda Rajapaksa and stay with him until the day of victory.

We must only rely on and trust the Singhla Buddhists who have unfailingly come forward to DEFEND and PROTECT our hallowed precious Motherland throughout our history.
I do not make this statement lightly, because I am putting all my wealth to educate and help the next generation of Sinhala Buddists to carryon this stuggele knowing that SOME of their elders care about their future and their survival.

If my helping the neediest and the most vulnerable Sinhala Buddhist children in Sri Lankan society that no one else wants to help or cares about, so that they will grow up to become highly productive citizens and future leaders of Sri Lanka as COMMITTED PATRIOTS, why should that scare you and make you think it will “spoil” Sinhala society?
It should do so only if YOU ARE a DEDICATED ENEMY of Sri Lanka’s Sinhala Buddhist people like the EELAMIST SEPARATISTS!
If that particular HAT FITS YOU TIGHTLY, then I am QUITE PLEASED that it scares the pants off you! IT SHOULD because my example is being emulated by many other committed Sinhala Buddhist Patriots to defend our Motherland FAR INTO THE FUTURE!
