ඊයේ සවස ස්විට්සර්ලන්තයේ ජිනීවා නුවර මානව හිමිකම් කොමිසමේ මහා සභාව ඇමතූ මහාචාර්ය චන්න ජයසුමන ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුළ ජනවාර්ගික ප්‍රශ්නයක් නැති බවත්, නන්දිකඩාල්හිදී ලබා දුන්නේ දේශපාලන විසඳුමක් නිසා තවත් විසඳුම් අනවශ්‍ය බවත්, දෙමළ වෙල්ලාල නායකයන්ගේ ජාතිවාදී අභිලාෂ සහ ව්‍යාජ ඉතිහාසය නිසා සියලු ශ්‍රී ලාංකිකයන්ගේ මානව හිමිකම් කඩ වී ඇති බවත් පැවසීය.
මෙවන් කරුණු දැක්වීමක් මේ මට්ටමේ සමුළුවකදී ඉදිරිපත් කෙරුනේ පළමු වතාවටය. ඒ මහතා සභාව අමතන විට ශ්‍රී ලංකා රජය නියෝජනය කළ රාජතාන්ත්‍රික නිලධාරීන් මෙන්ම ප්‍රංශය, කැනඩාව, මැලේසියාව සහ මහා බ්‍රිතාන්‍යයේ කොටි ඩයස්පෝරාවේ නායකයන්ද සභාවේ සිටියහ.
මහාචාර්ය ජයසුමනගේ සම්පුර්ණ කතාවේ පරිවර්තනය පහත දැක් වේ.
සභාපතිතුමනි,
ශ්‍රී ලංකාව සම්බන්ධයෙන් දෙමළ ජාතිවාදීන් නිර්මාණය කර ඇති මිත්‍යා ඉතිහාසය සියලු ශ්‍රී ලාංකිකයන්ගේ මානව හිමිකම් කඩ කර ඇත. ක්‍රි ව 13 සියවසට පෙර ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුළ ස්ථිර දෙමළ වාසස්ථාන තිබී නැති බව යාපන විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ ඉතිහාස අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ පළමු මහාචාර්යවරයා වූ කාර්තිගේතු ඉන්ද්‍රපාල ඇතුළු විද්වතුන් පෙන්වා දී ඇත. 16 වැනි සියවසේදී පෘතුගීසීන් ලංකාවට පැමිණෙන විට යාපන අර්ධද්වීපයේ මෙන්ම මුළු ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේම බහුතර ජනතාව සිංහලයන් බව ක්වේරෝස් පියතුමන්ගේ වාර්තාවලින් පැහැදිලිය. ක්‍රි ව 1650 දී පමණ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ මුහුදු බඩ ප්‍රදේශවල පාලන බලය හිමි කර ගත් ලන්දේසීහු යාපනයේ දුම්කොළ වගා කිරීම සඳහා වෙල්ලාල දෙමළ ජනතාව වත්මන් තමිල්ඩුනාවේ කෙරමණ්ඩල වෙරළ ප්‍රදේශයේ සිට රැගෙන ආහ.
1815 දී ලංකාවේ පාලන බලය හිමිකරගත් ඉංග්‍රීසීහු වෙල්ලාල දෙමළ ජනතාවට සෙසු ජන කොටස්වලට වඩා ප්‍රමුඛතාවක් ලබා දුන්හ. 1833 පළමු ව්‍යවස්ථාදායක සභාව පිහිටුවන විට රටේ ඉතිහාසය ගැන හෝ ජනකොටස්වල සංයුතිය ගැන කිසිදු තැකීමක් නොකළ ඉංග්‍රීසීහු සිංහල, දෙමළ, බර්ගර් ජනයා වෙනුවෙන් එක නියෝජිතයකු බැගින් පත් කළේය. එවකට වසර දෙදහසකට වඩා ඉතිහාසයක් පැවති රටේ ජාතිය, භාෂාව,සංස්කෘතිය නිර්මාණය කළ මුළු ජනගහනයෙන් 75% නියෝජනය කළ සිංහලයන්ට මෙන්ම එවකට වසර 200 ක ඉතිහාසයක්වත් නොපැවති මුළු ජනගහනයෙන් 10% වත් නොවූ දෙමළ ජනතාව ව්‍යවස්ථාදායක සභාව තුළ සම නියෝජනයක් ලබා දීම කිසිදු ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදී මූලධර්මයකට අනුකූල නොවේ.
බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය පාලකයන්ගේ ආශීර්වාදය ලැබූ දෙමළ වෙල්ලාල නායකයන්ට අවශ්‍ය වූයේ මුළු රටේම නායකයන් වීමටයි. කෙසේ නමුත් 1931 වසරේදී සර්වජන ජන්ද බලය හඳුන්වා දීමත් සමග මුළු රටේම නායකයන් වීමට නොහැකි බව වෙල්ලාල නායකයෝ අවබෝධ කර ගත්හ. මේ නිසා අඩුම තරමේ දිවයිනේ උතුරු සහ නැගෙනහිර පළාත්වල පාලකයන් බවට පත් වීමට ඔවුන්ට අවශ්‍ය වූහ. බෙදුම්වාදී ව්‍යාපාරයේ ආරම්භය මෙයයි. එනම් දෙමළ බෙදුම්වාදී ව්‍යාපාරයේ ආරම්භය සිදු වූයේ දෙමළ ජනතාවට ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුළ කිසිදු අසාධාරණයක් සිදු වීම නොව දෙමළ වෙල්ලාල ජනතාවට මුළු රටේම නායකයන් වීමට නොහැකි වීම හේතුවෙනි. 2009 වසරේදී මුළුමහත් දෙමළ ජාතිවාදී ව්‍යාපාරයම නන්දිකඩාල්හිදී යුදමය වශයෙන් පරාජය කිරීම ඒ සඳහා ලබා දුන් දේශපාලන විසදුම ද වේ. එහෙයින් තවදුරටත් විසඳුමක් ගැන කතා කිරීම අනර්ථකාරීය. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සැබෑ ඉතිහාසය අධ්‍යයනයෙන් පෙනී යන්නේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුළ ජනවාර්ගික ප්‍රශ්නයක් නැති බවයි.

We salute Professor Channa Jayasumana and all Sinhala patriotic heroes who were in Geneva to talk on behalf of our motherland. It’s a disgrace and shameful for not having anyone from this treacherous yamapalanaya government to represent our country. These two spineless good for nothing scoundrels hardly care about the country or it’s people. They stay as if nothing happens in the country in whole. They don’t care about the high cost of living or people getting killed on daily basis or people’s suffering etc. They hardly notice anything what goes on in the country. We don’t have any idea who’s running the government? It’s in a mess. No one can rescue us from the mess we are in today so easily. Patriots who loves this country must unite soon as possible and take some action rather waiting for stupid politicians to do anything. We need a strong Sinhala Buddhist leader to save our motherland from these hypocrites who loves white man more than their own. These traitors have one place to go and that is ” HELL” and beyond.
