   Wimal, Dinesh and Udaya must leave the JO/SLPP and form their own nationalist party. Sarath Weerasekera, Venerable Ellawala Medhananda, Venerable Uduwe Dhammaloka and Venerable Elle Gunawansa may also join them.

   It was Wimal and Udaya who salvaged Mahinda after the 2015 defeat when Basil escaped to USA. Now he is trying to kick them out.

   They should offer Gotabaya to contest from their party at the presidential election.

   Otherwise they must contest alone. They cannot win but can make a statement and win the critical balance of power in the next parliament. This they can use to steer the parliament and the nation in the right direction.

   I always suspected Basil to behave like this, not only to WW and UG, also to Gota.

   Mahinda can not do a Putin and save Mother Lanka, the way it goes.

   Anyway, Gammanpila is now coming back to original argument that ex-prez should not be removed while keeping 13A. Regardless of intentions, this is a good outcome that some of the “appears to be nationalists” mention 13A. OK, remove 13A first ! This is the way we want.
   Get together with UNP and remove 13A first and then lets us talk about ex-prezcy.
