Denazify Radical Islamic Fundamentalism in Sri Lanka
Posted on May 5th, 2019

When LTTE was militarily defeated in May 2009 the mistake the then government made inspite of requests to do so, was not to denazify the LTTE & everything to do with Eelam ideology. As a result, LTTE political agents are continuing politically what LTTE strove with gun and some Ministers have the audacity to demand the return of the LTTE publicly. The same scenario cannot be repeated with Islamic terrorism based on a radical Islam that even Muslims do not wish to adhere to. Banning the burka for security reasons only is not enough. National interests must come first. People of all communities have to live together. No person has the right to claim individual rights or grievance if it undermines or infringes on the rights of another. If anyone’s ideologies don’t harmonize with that of the majority, then they must go & live in countries where those ideologies are legal & accepted. No one can kill people simply because they do not conform to their ideology. This is the simple principle on which people must learn to live. We must now take action to ensure no more lives are lost because of radical ideologies.

What are the ‘Denazification Directives” & Collective Guilt”?

The term was used by Pentagon in 1943 & applied following defeat of Hitler & the end of World War 2. The Western Allies comprising present day bullies as well as preachers of human rights, in 1945 declared not only Hitler & Nazi’s as guilty but denounced all Germans as guilty for both the war & Nazi atrocities.

A kangaroo court better known as the victor’s court or Nuremberg Military Tribunal was set up in November 1945.

The Denazification Process – Collective Responsibility: Collective Guilt”

  • Nazi party abolished
  • Collective Responsibility: Collective Guilt” meant posters put up across Germany You are Guilty” – Germans were made to feel guilty.
  • Germans had to fill questionnaires categorizing themselves (HR people call this racial profiling today)
  • Anyone or any group associated with Nazi’s was declared guilty
  • All physical symbols associated with Nazis removed including Swastika
  • Nazi links to cultural, social, intellectual, economic & even politics were banned.
  • Anyone who supported Hitler or Nazis were held accountable & charged with war crimes
  • German media, newspapers, radio stations, theatres, magazines, book publishers, book dealers & printers were all taken over by US
  • Over 30,000 books including textbooks related in any way to Nazism was banned.
  • Germans were not allowed to deny holocaust which EU criminalized in 2001 (if applied to SL – Tamils would be held responsible for all of LTTE crimes, Muslims would be held responsible for all Islamic terror crimes)
  • Eventually denazification process created Germany’s constitution on 8 May 1949 and ratified on 23 May 1949.

Germany is today a powerful nation because the ideology of Hitler & Nazism was annihilated.

Japan is where it is today because of the same.

Sri Lanka is where it is today because Sri Lanka failed to annihilate the Eelam ideology and now we are facing another ideology – radical Islam both of which has to now be eliminated!

What the US, UK & Allies did through denazification was to remove the ideology that inspired the terror. This was the reason to request Sri Lanka’s Government to remove every symbol and slogan associated with LTTE’s quest for Eelam. The separatist mentality needed to be legislatively & legally banned as a pre-requisite to reconciliation. The ideology of Eelam was the obstacle that needed to be removed.

Sri Lanka’s constitution is clear about anyone advocating separatism. Why have political parties not used the 6th amendment against individuals/political parties pushing for this quest by different names? This is the role of a government & its Attorney General.

Denazification of LTTE/Eelam should be to ban separatist roots – nullify the Vaddukoddai Resolution of 1972, any names with ‘Eelam’, Eelam emblems, slogans, monuments, flags and taking legal action against those that flout the rules.

On 21st April 2019, 9 suicide bombers were radicalized into killing non-Muslims. They attacked 3 churches, 3 hotels and 2 other sites killing over 250 innocent people. What was shocking was that 2 brothers, husband & wife were also suicide bombers.

Radicalism amongst Muslims was seen rising undetected initially as the focus was on LTTE terror.

The clues were however obvious. Muslims began to change the lifestyle they were leading previously harmonizing with the Sinhala majority culture. The demand for azan via loudspeakers even resulted in a court case between two Muslim mosques. Proliferation of mosques where in some towns every 3 persons are having a mosque. A new type of dress in the form of burka began to be forced on women with Saudi influence. Even men started dressing differently. Then there was the demand for halal food labelling and insisting that a separate certificate of halal compliance is issued for a fee which was nothing but a business venture collecting money from non-Muslim businesses. Then came calls for Shariah laws and demand for Muslim laws over and above that of the country law.

Not only non-Muslims noticed these changes, even Muslims noticed and some were brave enough to alarm the authorities but vote bank politics and the concept false drilled into the minds of politicians that they needed minorities to win elections made the politicians favor the radicals against the moderates. Of course the politicians were swayed by money & other inducements which was play a major role in radical promotion & propagation. The amounts of money with people following search operations of late reveals the extent to which money plays a role in fostering radicalism.

What was visible was that a group of Muslims were getting heavily influenced by external forces promoting their version of Islam no different to the rising Christian cults using the power of money and manipulating Islam into a radical ideology.

What these groups are doing is indoctrinating youth and the gullible and misleading them. All of the suicide bombers were rich & educated people. Its baffling why they would take their lives and cut short the lives of others especially small children. Some of the bombers had children.

Muslims were indoctrinated to hate non-Muslims and that hate transcended to death on 21 April 2019 and is likely to lead to more deaths if left ignored.

Therein the collective guilt & responsibility is in Parliament for not taking action.

During LTTE terror a Peace Secretariat was set up manned by an excellent team that countered false media allegations with facts & figures. A similar state entity must be set up to counter falsehoods not only by the Eelam lobbyists but against the Radical Islam lobby as well.

Sri Lanka should take a more pragmatic approach & a higher moral ground by desisting from adopting the Collective Responsibility-Collective Guilt applied by US, UK & Allies against Tamils or Muslims but ensure that the ideology that continues Eelam quest is removed & the ideology that inspires Islamic radicalism is also removed.

In terms of collective guilt: collective responsibility media (vastly controlled by the Western Christian), UN/HR and other organizations also heavily influenced by Christian West, politicians, think tanks that propose divisive and dangerous proposals to governments, foreign intel that seek to undermine national security of other countries to benefit theirs and the many other invisible players are the guilty lot.

As for Sri Lanka denazification of both Eelam ideology & Radical Islam is necessary if Sri Lanka wishes to progress. Majority of people want to live in peace. No one should be indoctrinated by a religion or ideology to kill others. If their ideology does not harmonize with the life Sri Lankans lead they can take themselves & their ideology to countries where that ideology is accepted & live there amongst those followers.

Eelam Separatists & Islamic radicals are not welcome in Sri Lanka.

Political parties should not give nominations or accept them through national list.

Voters of any political party should not vote for any political party giving extremist & Islamic terrorist-linked politicians nominations in future. If voters are firm on this pledge political parties will think twice. Voters must now make their demands clear. We have had enough bloodshed – we do not want any more innocent people being killed.

Sri Lanka & Sri Lankans must have only ONE FLAG, ONE National Anthem in ONE LANGUAGE, ONE LAW Equal to ALL. No one’s rights are above that of the other. No one can demand any right if it infringes or denies the right of another.

If we can follow these basic and simple principles – Sri Lanka can prosper.

    BEWARE OF ISLAMIC DECEPTION
!

“Deny, delay, evade, confuse, mislead and if everything fails, cry!”

Be careful when questioning Islamists! They are permitted by the Koran to lie unashamedly to deceive anyone who they consider to be their opponents or enemy. It is called Taqiyya.

Be careful of artful deception and deceit – they are masters at the game and well versed in debating!
At the recent talk-shows after the Easter Sunday Massacre, it is clear how Muslims and Muslim Clerics respond to the line of questioning by the moderators as well as from other participants.

The moderators have a set of questions they have planned to ask. Many are in a hurry to go through one and to get to the other. There is no concerted attempt to follow one question till an acceptable reply or explanation is received.

Islamists are experts in the art of evading the question, confusing the moderator, the interlocutor and taking the main line of questioning to an area where he is most comfortable. These are some of the tactics they use. If everything fails ‘tears’ – The tears in the eyes of the Moulavi on 24 April at the Aluth Parlimentuwa, Derana TV program are so real that it brings tears to any listener! These tears appeared in another TV program exactly in the same fashion and in same order – they were so real till we begin to understood the gist of what is happening!

This is what Militant Islam is about. The fact that it is about world domination is not a secret anymore. The Caliphate declared by Baghdadi is to include the whole of India and Sri Lanka. The number of weapons found all over Sri Lanka, including mosques in the aftermath of the Easter Sunday killings – bombs, bomb making materials, guns, swords, knives and other apparatus for killing are a clear indication of what was lying in store for the Sinhalese in particular and for others who are not Muslim in the island. The number of swords and how these would have been used is unthinkable and bring shudders to any sane human being. When the Minister of Muslim Affairs was asked about the swords his explanation was that they were to be used for ‘cutting grass’ in their cemeteries! A classic example of Taqiyya!

They will point out one part of the Koran which is outwardly peaceful in order to hide a vast majority of sayings which are absolutely hate-filled and anti-social.
At one point the Prophet has said that the killing of one human being is equivalent to the killing of the whole of humanity. Elsewhere it says to kill the non-believer if he does not convert to Islam.

The Koran must be understood in its totality and not in parts to declare whether it is a document that promotes peace in the world. What the Prophet preached to the Meccans in the early years of his life is different from that was preached in Medina at a later stage. This is what is called the Medina Agenda which is more warlike and used for warfare, which was the beginning of the Caliphate that finally led to the Ottoman Empire in the Middle East, Mogul Empire in India and other conversions to Islam by less warlike activities – mainly deception in South East Asia. These ideas are now followed by Wahabbis throughout the world for the same purpose as before – world domination!

World Governments are guilty of this overlook or rather wilful ‘overlook’ because of the lure of Oil and riches these resources entail! Today thousands of young men are taking up arms following this call to kill the INFIDEL as per the Medina Agenda, while conveniently forgetting that killing one human being is equivalent to killing the whole of humanity as preached to the Meccans!

Exposing the truth about the Koran, is an undertaking for the world governments before they are all fooled into believing what is stated in this holy book in full. Young Muslim children the world over are drilled in this ideology in Islamic Schools called Madraasas the world over. What is taught and drilled into these children at an impressionable age and who are the teachers are not closely monitored by governmental authorities anywhere in the world.
Even if they are told that they are Muslims and that they are different from the others who are not Muslim – is good enough to turn a child later into a young terrorist capable of killing Non-Muslims!

In Sri Lanka, Middle Eastern money and Muslim votes play a major part in the political thinking and resulting action. For the moment, the Muslim vote bank is a crucial part in the composition of the votes any single political party can muster and hence the outcome at an election! The current government will lose her majority in the parliament if the Muslim parties deny their support. The extent to which the current – ‘here there and mostly nowhere’ government will take action to bring to book the real leaders – other than the simple radicalised Muslim is yet to be seen. All what is seen are actions of the Security Forces in the island and not concerted actions of a responsible government.

A Buddhist priest is languishing in jail sentenced for 19 years with hard labour for merely shouting at a witness at a court of law. Sri Lankan people are witnessing the completely asymmetrical way the Sinhalese, especially the Sinhala Buddhists are treated and how others are treated. How politics will metamorphose in the coming days and months will be very interesting!

  2. Dilrook Says:

As long as executive presidency stays all major political parties will do whatever to get minority votes.

As for Sinhala voters, any terrorist, drug dealer, murderer, etc., etc. can be presented as clean with the blessing of their beloved politcal clan. A terrorist is not a terrorist if he supports their favourite political clan. A criminal is not a criminal if he supports their favourite political clan.

So there is no use appealing to voters if voters cannot punish their beloved political clans when they are wrong.

The winning argument seems to be – “this party is still better than the other party”!

So far police have captured terrorist suspects from UNP, SLFP, SLPP and JVP ranks. These parties are not likely to change.

Abolish executive presidency first and make minority block voting irrelevent. This does not happen in parliamentary elections. Minority parties (except TNA) join any party than wins to get ministries and protection.

  3. aloy Says:

The only way the citizens can take a handle of this situation is not holding elections under the present constitution that has given substantial clout to the minorities. The parliament should be dissolved immediately and a caretaker government formed with a team of patriotic citizens to hold elections under our original constitution (the 1948 one) without delay.

  4. aloy Says:

This is actually going back to squire one and start from there. All others in the region have developed faster than us. No need to argue on TV shows involving eloquent orators till cows come home. If we get rid of the present constitution and free us from the grip of minorities we can easily catch up with the rest of the world.
It is pointless to send children to schools and educate them only for them to find employment in foreign contries as foreigners have encroached and infiltrated in to all spheres of activity including unskilled labour.

  5. Sarath W Says:

The racial and religious conflicts are created by the racial and religious named political parties such as Tamil congress, Federal party, Muslim congress, Bodu Bala Senawe etc. The very fact that the governments have allowed these parties is an admission they are needed to save guard those minorities. The politicians who lead those parties preach hatred to their members and create religious and racial conflicts. But most of those leaders are well educated, thanks to free and equal opportunities in our free education system. BAN ALL THOSE POLITICAL PARTIES.

  6. Ananda-USA Says:

It is LONG OVERDUE that Rishard Bathiudeen, MLAM Hisbullah, Mujibur Rahuman, Asath Sally, and other Muslim politicians were ARRESTED, and INVESTIGATED not only for their complicity in the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks, but their ACTIVE SUPPORT for ILLEGALLY creating a EXTREME MUSLIM presence within Sri Lanka over the last 2 decades using their positions in Sri Lanka’s government bodies!

ARREST them, INVESTIGATE THEM, CONVICT THEM if guilty, and PUNISH THEM to the fullest extent of the Law! If we let them away with their crimes, Sri Lanka will become an UNGOVERNABLE WAR ZONE like Somalia!

Speaker gives nod for probing MPs Alleged complicity with proscribed groups

Speaker Karu Jayasuriya, MP, yesterday, said that law enforcement and intelligence services were free to inquire into the members of parliament in connection with the ongoing investigations into multiple suicide bombings on Easter Sunday.

Speaker Jayasuriya said so when The Island asked him what would be his response to a spate of allegations directed at some members of parliament, including UNP Colombo District MP Mujibur Rahaman by another UNPer Dr. Wijeyadasa Rajapakse, PC, former Justice Minister.

Asked for further clarification of his position, Speaker Jayasuriya emphasized that it wouldn’t be his responsibility to direct law enforcement and intelligence services. The Island sought an

explanation as to why investigating authorities required his prior approval to investigate lawmakers, Speaker Jayasuriya said that though he was informed, in writing of such developments, authorities could go ahead with investigations without interference.

The parliament is scheduled to meet tomorrow (May 07).

Referring to clashes in parliament between Government and Opposition lawmakers in the wake of what he called constitutional coup perpetrated in late Oct last year, Speaker Jayasuriya said that he didn’t interfere in investigations. Therefore, law enforcement authorities could go ahead with investigations into the alleged links of members of parliament with recent incidents, Jayasuriya said.

Having visited Ven. Galagodaatte Gnanasara at the Welikada prison on Saturday morning, MP Rajapakse accused four politicians namely MP Rahaman, All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC) leader Rishad Bathiudeen, Eastern Province Governor M.L.A.M. Hisbullah (UPFA National List MP) and Western Province Governor Azath Salley (Former UPFA member of the Colombo Municipal Council) of backing those who perpetrated the Easter Sunday carnage.

MP Rajapakse also blamed former SLFP National Organizer Basil Rajapaksa for the current situation. Basil Rajapaksa had empowered Rishad Bathiudeen during the previous administration, Rajapakse, who switched his allegiance to UNP leader Wickremesinghe in Dec 2014 said.

President Sirisena in terms of the Emergency Regulations proscribed National Thawheed Jammath (NTJ) and Jamathei Millathu Ibraheem (JMI).

TNA spokesman and Jaffna District MP M A Sumanthiran during debate on reimposition of Emergency Regulations in the wake of indiscriminate bombings, called for an investigation into Hisbullah’s activities.

Responding to MP Rajapakse’s accusations, lawmaker Rahaman told The Island yesterday the learned President’s Counsel owed an explanation as to what he in his capacity as the Justice Minister did after declaring in parliament in late Nov 2016 of some Sri Lankan Muslim families’ involvement with the ISIS.

MP Rahaman said that double Doctor Rajapakse should be ashamed of his pathetic conduct. “MP Rajapakse’s actions can be compared with that of singer Madumadawa Aravinda of the JHU. Both propagate lies as part of their overall strategy to whip up communal feelings. They are seeking political advantage out of the ongoing crisis,” Rahaman said.

Responding to another query, the lawmaker said that Wijeyadasa, without further delay should make available all information in his possession to law enforcement authorities and intelligence services. The UNPer said that MP Rajapakse should explain what he did with information he possessed before he was removed from cabinet in Aug 2017 and the period leading to Easter Sunday bombings.

Rahaman said that he was ready for an investigation at any level. Alleging his colleague operated from the Presidential Secretariat and was one of those advising President Sirisena, lawmaker Rahaman asserted that Rajapakse was making a desperate bid to divert attention away from those responsible for an unprecedented security lapse that facilitated the attack.

MP Rahaman said that it would be a grave mistake on the part of President Sirisena to blame the security lapse on former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando and IGP Pujitha Jayasundera. Fernando and Jayasundera couldn’t absolve themselves of the responsibility for the loss of over 250 lives, injuries to 500 and massive economic cost, MP Rahuman said. But, President Sirisena, who is also the Commander-in-Chief responsible for defence and law and order portfolios was responsible for the security failure, MP Rahaman said.

MP Rajapakse lacked the guts to blame it on President Sirisena, hence the little show, Rahaman said, adding that he definitely would move court against the President’s Counsel over accusations made outside parliament.

Rahaman said that all those who had been at the receiving end of Rajapakse vilifying campaign would move court against the UNP MP.

MP Rahaman called Rajapakse a bankrupt politician now struggling to make a comeback after a spate of setbacks, including the abortive bid to take over the government in Oct last year by way of a constitutional coup. Rajapakse was one of those responsible for convincing President Sirisena to sack properly elected Prime Minister Wickremesinghe, UPFA to quit the government and call early parliamentary election on January 05, 2019 after having dissolved parliament on Nov 09, 2018.

Rahaman called MP Rajapakse nothing but an opportunist. “I don’t have to tell, all know how he switched sides for his personal benefit and sought political advantage of any and every political issue.”

Strongly denying any involvement with those allegedly involved in April 21 massacre MP Rahuman said he was prepared to assist law enforcement authorities.

In addition to MP Rajapakse, UNP Chairman Kabir Hashim and Minister Harin Fernando, addressing the media, on separate occasions, alleged political involvement, with Hashim going to the extent of claiming one of the suicide cadres was a person released from judicial custody due to political intervention. No less a person than President Sirisena contradicted the UNP Chairman when he briefed the media regarding the developments on April 26 at the President’s House.

Responding to a media query, President Sirisena said that Kabir Hashim shouldn’t have made unsubstantiated allegations. The President said that he personally raised the issue with the UNPer who didn’t have a credible response.

  7. aloy Says:

More than 250 persons including children lost their lives due to detonation of bombs. The security forces discovered the bomb making factory and produced the bomb makers, mostly Bangladeshis, in court. And the court discharged them as there was no evidence.
Oh god, what is happening here?. The judges also, like those DIGs who put a minute on the paper that gave all info on the perpetrators and passed downwards, acted strictly according to the book. They will go and regroup some where else and make more powerful bombs.
How can the citizens be safe with a law enforcing apparatus like this?.
