I ask Dr. Ananda Gamini to give an idea how the HAT communicate with the Robot. This is because I was there in the exhibition where some students from his department were displaying their wares. One was a Drone. I asked the second year student how the drone communicate with the controller. he said “Bluethooth’. I asked him what language used to implement the technology. He was clueless. Please give them an idea on what happens under the hood, including the ‘goodluck’ symbol that appears on all our mobiles to represent that technology. Perhaps the same is being used for this HAT as well.
