Sri Lanka to allow burials for Covid-19 victims

Sri Lanka will follow the guidelines of burials followed by other countries over COVID-19.

Colombo, November 9 (newsin.asia) – Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, on Monday instructed health authorities to look into the possibility of allocating a dry land for Muslims to bury any COVID19 victims hereon.

Sri Lanka will follow the guidelines of burials followed by other countries over COVID-19.

To date Sri Lanka only allowed those who succumb to the virus to be cremated.
