If this is true then we must do some control tests on people who got the virus, if proved it to be a genuine cure then obtain all the sole rights to the process and export it, perhaps to India and Pakistan first and then to nearby Indonesia. We could earn millions of foreign exchange.

All what is required is a properly constituted statistical test procedure to evaluate the efficacy of this medicine invented by the Ayurvedic Doctor Dhammika Bandara.

I do not see the necessity for a high powered committee of highly educated professors to sit around and spend time to device proposals to determine the efficacy of this medicine. Proof of the pudding is in the eating. If statistically significant number of test results prove that the proposed medicine is effective in curtailing Corvid-19 then only it is necessary to prescribe the medicine in an official capacity by the medical authorities.

On many occasions in Sri Lanka in the years gone individuals have come professing that they have discovered new energy sources – most common one was that of producing energy from water. It is commonly known that it is not possible to produce energy out of ordinary water economically. However on all these occasion politicians intervened blamed the engineers and spent the time of highly educated professors to prove that it is feasible. They kept their ‘educated mouths’ shut knowing very well that it is impossible, simply because they feared the politician’s wrath!

If having proved the initial results to be statistically significant then only need the Professors and other professionals to intervene.

This is not in anyway a slur against the well meaning Ayurvedic Doctor but simply a means of conserving valuable government funds and the time of the professionals lining up or lined up to do a simple task the long way about!
