As you are searching Balasingham, why not direct your thoughts to Mr. Pask--lingam the brain behind everything. I bet my last dollar that Pask--lingam is the man behind the throne and nor Balasingham. Balasingham is second to Pask--lingam. Isw--lingam former publicity Secretary of the LTTE (in London) is Pask--lingam's brother.He controls the economic side of the LTTE. Pask--lingam was responsible for purchasing the Three ships (first three ships) for the LTTE through a Sl Government Loan when he was the Secretary to the Treasury. He at present operates Six (6) Construction companies under Singapore Directors in Sri Lanka. (CID check on this and found correct). He is now in Sri Lanka as the special economic adviser to Ranil to buy the balance lot of properties and everything government is trying to sell to the Public.
If you like I can give some insight to Pask--lingam 's life during his PS days at the Ministry of Housing and Construction as the mastermind who turned the construction industry upside down to make money to himself and the LTTE.
