Re-Books donations to Vanni

If I were you I will hold back sending any items of value to Vanni for another 6 months atleast. I am not fully convinced that the war is over. God only knows what the foreign govts are up to, by promising the earth to our people are they hoping that the support for the LTTE will diminish in time? I am also told by the LTTE folks here, in London, that they are not at all happy with the progress of the peace talks.
