According to your letter to Lankaweb, Thamilchelvan's statement of "War is not an option" is a good sign to all parties to get around the negotiation table. Let me ask few basic questions to understand clearly your suggestions.

1) How do you define the war (either you or Thamilchelvan)?
2) What do you mean by the proper devolution of power for the whole country and
3) What is this bill of rights for all citizens
