Giving the Left Cheek does not apply to Terrorist Murderers

When JESUS our redeemer said in Matthew 5:39 “whosoever smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also” it did not apply to terrorist murderers. I cannot understand the amount of foreign aid given by international nongovernmental bodies to terrorist murderers to sustain them in their sinful activities buy misusing scripture out of context and therefore creating problems within nations Scripture in fullness does not support terrorist murderers.

As Sri Lanka is a multi racial country it is of proper diplomacy to de-merge the north and the east provincial councils and to administer the northern council under a body of Tamil Diplomats and to administer likewise the eastern council under a body of Muslim Diplomats which will function independent of the government but will contribute to government taxes within one Sri Lanka.

This should be the focus of implementation which should be enforced in Sri Lanka and not the focus of terrorist murderers.
