Often such reports are accompanied by the fine print that its authenticity has not been verified, purely to cover their rears, in anticipation of the backlash.

There is no information on the purpose of BanƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s visit or the topics to be covered at these meetings. Possibly, Ban is on a UN fund raising mission and Solheim is likely to bargain on ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”actionƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ on Sri Lanka in return for money (which they have coming out of all their body orifices). But there is the safety of the Security Council thank God.

The other conspirator is the former U.S. Ambassador to Sri Lanka (currently Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs) Robert Blake.
