When President ReaganƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s Administration led or positively involved in disintegration of mighty Soviet Union perhaps never imagined that one day United States will become a naƒÆ’†’ƒ”š‚¯ve state in world stage.

Although USA never learnt its lessons from Viet-Cons former USSR did from Mujahideens. That is why South Ossetia and Abkhazia became only a single little gray area in modern Russia, reasons behind the conflict debatable indeed. Important fact is Russia determined not to fall into a lingering quagmire unlike in Afghanistan in early eighties even though Georgia is no match to the Red Army.

As East bloc started fading away since the collapse of Soviet Union the West was more actively spreading its political tentacles through out Central and South Asia. However they failed in making formidable allies but did antagonized scores of others with their dubious double standard and clandestine policies. Lending deaf ears to America by Israel related to the Jews settlement issue is a clear example that Israel not only keen on achieving their objectives and ready to undermine any peace initiative in the region. The big news is their willingness to dump America as the influential mentor as it once was. Most of the countries of former east bloc will never become ardent allies of the West knowing its poor track record of handling conflicts and its bona fides. By keeping their mockery actions confined to the drawing board during the Georgian conflict most of the would-be-allies became either distant from their early assessments or pulled back to a greater extent having plenty of qualms and confusions with them. Unlike their hay days, today West got plenty of homeƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s ever growing issues to confront with rather contemplating of proposed missile defense system in Poland or preparing to safe guard US west coast from North Korea. America led west has become so weak after all stern words from the State Department now making all diplomatic efforts to start face saving dialogues with North Korea.

Considering the current economic and political picture in the West with US still strive hard to maintain its position and to be at the helm, with never ending two conflicts will pull them deep into the black hole is inevitable. Their decree will have no effect to most of the determined democracies and states which shun WestƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s policies.

Contrary to the above, resembling of strewn fragments of former east bloc and assembling them into a neo-bloc takes place at present in different formation perhaps not necessarily to pose a threat to the West but simply in disbelief of its economic and political agenda.

Contemporary world most of the countries reluctant get labeled unlike post war era and adhering to a permanent foreign policy or dwelling in a certain bloc would be futile as policies and politics takes unprecedented turns in a rapid pace than ever before. Today Non-Aligned Movement or SAARC existing just to greet each other and hard to find a real bondage amongst the members which they enjoyed during the cold war.

North Korea may be a stubborn brat to US, as Secretary Clinton once stated but certainly not Iran, Venezuela, Libya and many, not forgetting Sri Lanka. West will never be able to wage any kind of a aggression towards Iran as for obvious reasons, Iran is far more difficult customer to dealt with in terms of direct conflict and pressing a another red button and starting the third would be a instant kamikaze to the West at least to the US.

By limping back from the two fronts by Britain, France and other allies in the most hour of need by US shows their plight at home. But that does not mean they will relinquish their vicious campaigns and activities against democracies unfriendly to them, and will not come to a halt in any foreseeable future, the manipulation will go on until they meet their Normandy Landing.

However Jews states might fill the gap by trying to show its fighting skills once again but their experience in conquering Golan Heights or Sinai would not be handy when itƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s come to Persian terrain.

Important fact is that so many other states which oppose the WestƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s self-served one sided policy too will woo the new camp. What ever issues India may have with China it will never become obedient brother of West. With Russia and China invariably on the opposite court another formation of a bloc cannot be ruled out, and for the West it will be something which they love to hate.
