SARATH FONSEKA – THE LATEST MEMBER OF CLUB OF TRAITORS OF SRI LANKA (A GENERAL WITHOUT TRUE PATRIOTISM AND COMMON SENSE)

One does not need to analyze many facts or reasons to visualize what Sarath Fonseka is trying to do in Sri Lanka today. This high ego man has aligned with Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s most infamous traitors and tries to derail the successful path which Sri Lanka finally managed to adopt by the wise leadership of President Rajapaksha.

Any average person who values simple gratitude, loyalty and sincerity would never approve or appreciate Sarath Fonseka who started a vicious campaign against his own master who stood beside him during most difficult time.

The most ungrateful Sarath Fonseka has joined the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Wagon of the Traitors of Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ which is driven by Ranil the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Dangerous TraitorƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ just because of few hilarious personal reasons. The top reasons among them being return of two shiploads of arms consigned to Sri Lanka back to the ports of origin by Gotabaya soon after the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Humanitarian OperationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ was accomplished, not letting Sarath Fonseka to continue his service till the 60th anniversary of the Army and assigning a commander of the army who was not in the list of Sarath FonsekaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s recommendations.

Firstly Sarath Fonseka should never forget that if not for Gotabaya, he would have been a retired soldier more than three years ago.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  When Gota assumed his duty as the Secretary of Defense soon after his brother MahindaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s inauguration as president in December 2005, Sarath Fonseka was preparing for his retirement from the services. Gota requested MR to appoint SF as the Commander of the Army and the records say that MR had been extremely reluctant to that idea as SF had been identified by former presidents as one of the most dangerously opportunistic army officers. Some or how Gota could convince his president brother to promote SF as the army commander by, by-passing several other senior officers who were in the line with due rights. SF was well known to Gota in the battle field in former operations and helped him to rearrange the army the way SF wanted.

Gota could muster an unprecedented cooperation between the armed forces in Sri Lanka and brought all forces operations into one command successfully as the Secretary of Defense. Even though few others also previously had tried to do the same their efforts were unfortunately fruitless partially due to the loop holes in the strategies and mainly due to improper political support and guidance from hierarchy.

Most selfishly, SF wanted the whole credit for the win over the terrorism and tried several times to go over the line by issuing various demands to the army and criticizing politicians in India and etc,. He had been vehemently critical of the president and Gota during the war also and Gota had ignored those as no internal rift should be arisen during the crucial time of the operations.

Soon after the war SF, criticized the Navy and Air Force commanders shamefully and claimed that army under his leadership was almost 95% responsible for the victory and if not for the army, other forces would not have achieved any success.

Can a person in this low-low caliber assume the highest post of a country? What will happen to a country if such a person is crowned as a president at least for a minute? Disasters would be inevitable.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚

Regarding the final battle, in reality, SF was in China (apparently enjoying with his whole family including his son-in-law who was quoted as arms supplier to SL forces according to Asia Tribune?) during the final leg of the war when Prabha was caught. Gota had been giving field instructions to the commanders and was fully in-charge of the Humanitarian Operation. But this high ego SF claims that ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”HeƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ was the ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”BrainƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ of the war.

With all due respect to SF, on behalf of all Sri Lankans let me request General Sarath Fonseka the following:

Dear General Sarath Fonseka,

All Sri Lankans highly respect you for your brave and successful commitment for the Final Humanitarian Operation. It is extremely unbelievable how you have crossed the line and chose to align with the most dangerous and shameful traitors of Sri Lanka who wanted to see your end bitterly while you were serving the country honourably. Ranil, ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”The Most Infamous Traitor and Number One Enemy of Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ has chosen you as his final prey to retain his leadership in the opposition.

First General Kobbekaduwa was taken. Then Major General Lucky Algama was chosen, trapped and eliminated. Thirdly it was Major General Janaka Perera and the same fate!

Dear General, you are in the line now!

Please wake Up!

Do not become their next sacrificial body!

You are still not too late to be away from this heinous team of traitors.

The Sri Lankans will honour you and love you for ever if you change your mind and stay away from politics for a while.

The initial part of this article is highly critical of you for your present behaviour and you can contradict me by isolating the group of ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ”¹…”Ranil and the traitors with vicious JVPƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢.

Let me conclude by reminding you that the incumbent President Mahinda Rajapaksha has begun completing his noble endeavours one by one and nobody in Sri Lanka or anywhere can beat him ever.

All Sri Lankans are with Mahinda Rajapaksha and you too can help him and become the Best Hero of modern Sri Lanka. The choice is yours.

Thank you.
