The constant awareness of ever changing nature of man should assist us for a better understanding of problems arising out of society and individual. A criminal in the past may have changed to a better person at present but many hold him or her against the dark past. Similarly, a great person in the past turns evil now also tends to be identified with his dead past than the living today. Not much thought is required to know that both cases are wrong. The highly respected then national Army Commander has become a venomous enemy of the country and nation today. Along with nationƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s rejection and tough punishment is justifiably due to him on behalf of the defence of nation and country.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ How did yesterdayƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s valiant national army commander become a traitor today? Many reasons revealed already. As a matter of national duty and responsibility, a deep scrutiny is required to unravel changes hidden in his intention. FonsekaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s intention was to become the president. Should it mean, he wants to become a better president in serving the country? Then, he should have contested cleanly maintaining his prestige without colluding with the enemies of the country. Even then, it is paramount to examine if his intention is pure.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Over 30 years of rampant terror in Heladiva (SL) in clearer light is none other than attempted invasion of turning Heladiva into a second Tamil Nadu and the extinction of the Hela Nation. Although, this invasion could have been swept away much earlier ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” most past rulersƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢ kinship with non indigenous Tamils made them nurture invasive terror against the Hela nation and Heladiva. Over 100,000 Hela lives were barbarously massacred while robbing the sovereign Hela land and the leadership of the current president put a stop to it. Our president not only confronted the invasive Tamil terror but faced the uncouth Western agents, makes his achievement historically greater than DutugemunuƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s feat against Tamil invader. Security forces were in existence even before but the past rulers due to their bias to Tamil kin never allowed the forces to destroy the Tamil invasive terror. Therefore, not only Fonseka but the whole nation must be grateful and indebted to the president for giving leadership to the national defence exercises, in liberating the Island Country.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Facing this truth, no matter what reasons Fonseka had to challenge president in order to serve better than him; he could have been decent to work together with the current president for a while and to put himself forward for president later. Even if Fonseka wanted to compete for president now, he should have come forward independently without joining with enemies of the nation. Not only joined with traitors but made highly irresponsible statements against the president, government, security forces and putting the country and nation in a dire situation, in collusion with the Western bullies, demonstrated his extreme traitorous and illegal behaviour. In spite of his clear loss in the presidential contest, with the Western backing he continued to behave like a loose cannon. FonsekaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s crass and arrogant actions undoubtedly displayed his total disregard for the nation and country. In fact, most of the votes he received came from minorities because he promised them rights which will pave the way for illegal alien-national rights within Heladiva.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Eruption of Fonsekas is the destructive impact made by the long term gross violation of our national mindset by most of the past pseudo-national rulers. It left the Hela nation susceptible to extreme ego-centrism. As amply revealed Fonseka is a captain of corruption and here is a first hand experience with the then Army Commander. A group of us dedicated to a project meeting the Army Commander every 6 months. At our first meeting in 2006, when asked about the army activities, we can perform our tasks freely now was his pleasant reply. Also, his main complaint about the country was corruption. Our response was that the main cause for corruption is the violation of our national mindset, which sadly addicted us to extreme egotism. Given the wholesome national awareness again, we can rise as a nation to reckon with. On another occasion, we heard of the anti-American Hugho Chavez, the Venuzuelan leader was captured by a certain officer of the Venuzuelan army in collusion with America and was to be shot. The army commander got the news and managed to release Hugho Chavez. As this news concerned us if any such American interference within our army ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” we conveyed this news to our Army Commander and stated that we have our full confidence in him as not corruptible.

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Army Commander was close to death after the suicide bomb blast earlier ƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢¢”š¬…” could this massive impact have damaged his brain turning him into a dangerous traitor as he is now?
